• Houlker (4/5): - Location and parking The beds were hard as a rock and the bed frame was metal and felt like it was falling apart.
• Darius (1/5): Nice location need better management - It’s close to everything The bathroom door handle was lose the tv don’t work and they never came to clean the room so we had to flag down people just for new sheets then to top it all off instead of. New toilet paper rolls they leave out the used ones for you to use

Housekeeping was great The receptionist was not very friendly. Everything had to be done through a booking agent when we extended our stay. The shower rod was not installed correctly causing the curtain to fall to the middle and did not keep the water in the tub causing the bathroom floor to have a puddle every time you used it. The tv could not sustain a signal in the room so we were unable to unwind and watch tv

The location is in a very nice area with a lot of - The location was in a great spot but had to go over to the holiday in to get breakfast which t was a bad walk. I didn’t like the fact that the room I stayed in didn’t have a fan in the bathroom so we had to use hot water so it smell. Also didn’t like the fact that my sink countertop in my bathroom was broken and looked like it was repaired but it was a bad job doing it.

• Nicholas (1/5): Bugs, weed, stains, and awful staff. - Absolutely nothing The beds had bedbugs in them, the fridge was broken, the sheets were full of stains, the room stank of weed. They ended up double charging me for my stay and refused to refund me for one of the charges. The staff was incredibly rude, and I couldn’t see myself staying again.

Once I got to the third room it had no ac and it was very uncomfortable. Customer service then wanted me to just leave without refunding my money. My family and I stayed in a very hot room with is room 232.

• MELAINE (2/5): Furada enorme. Fujam para as montanhas. - Absolutamente nada. O quarto estava sujo, todo cheio de piso rachado, banheira rachada, pouco iluminado, geladeira nao gelava. Cama rangia absurdamente ao menor movimento. Funcionários descompromissados e sem vontade de atender. Nada prestava. Uma estadia lamentável.

• Sarah (5/5): Serviceable, but only because I'm an ambulatory wheelchair user, not full time. - The pool was small but nice, had an accessible pool lift. ( 300lb max) My "accessible" room left much to be desired. The only real accessibility was a slightly wider walkway and grab bars. The microwave was shoulder height for me standing, unreachable in a wheelchair, no lower bars for closet, toilet was at an angle bathroom did not have room to turn around and many chairs would not even fit in at all. There was a two inch step up into the room. There was no waterproof shower curtain only a cloth one that did nothing to keep water in the tub. The bathroom flooded because of this. Staff did not fix. We ended up buying our own shower liner at Walmart. The beds were incredibly noisy even my small child made it creak very badly. The beds were also too tall for a wheelchair transfer. No shower stool. The tub drain couldn't be fully closed for a bath either. No movable showerhead. They could do with an accessibility consultant if they are going to offer rooms like this up as " accessible"

• Clayton (2/5): - Nothing!! For one, it is a party area. So it is very loud all through the night even into the A.M the beds. The AC didn't work. And the beds feel like they came from the 1950s because they're so loud. Very outdated. It feels like a roach and bed. Bug hotel would not recommend maybe a 1☆ hotel!! The photos are not what they actually are in person. It's crazy that it says a 4 star on here. But when you go on their actual thing, it's like a 2 and a 1 star.

La habitación que nos reservaron estaba aún sin limpiar, al solicitar el cambio la persona de la recepción fue súper ruda, después entendió y cambió la forma, pero no era el modo de tratar a nadie desde un principio. Las habitaciones están descuidadas, grifos oxidados , camas ruidosas, todo viejo. Que mal que una cadena piense que por ser "barato" el costo, puede tener un hotel en estas condiciones.

Los aires a condicionados prendían y apagaban mucho .

• David (1/5): Would not stay again - Reception staff were rude and disinterested. The room was grubby and floor was gritty. Hotel felt unsafe. The main door did not lock properly and police were in the car park most of the night checking people who were loitering. Concerned raised with staff and were dismissed.

Even if you have your do not disturb sign out, they just come in. I also do they kick out multiple people who had already paid and refused to even tell them a reason. Just told them to leave or the police would be called. If you have an issue with bugs in your room, they’ll try to blame you. Never mind the bugs running around outside everywhere. Everything, although the night shift workers were really nice and professional

En general la.habitacion se veía bastante descuidada además que no le hacen limpieza adecuada. Sin embargo si lo unico que necesitas es dormir y darte un baño este hotel esta bien.
