Abbott (6/5): Overall a decent hotel with restaurants close by. Walking distance to downtown sites in Naples. - View was great off our balcony. We got to the hotel early so our room was not ready. After several hours I talked with the man at the front desk with the beard and he was very rough sounding to me (female). I felt like he was deliberately holding our room hostage It really put a damper on my stay and a bad feeling on Naples as a whole. The hotel should inform their guests on their website that there is major roadwork right in front of the hotel. It’s a major project blocking off certain areas in preparation for the Americas Cup in 2027. The breakfast was lovely each morning. Room attendants very nice.

Petr (9/5): - Pěkné místo s výhledem na moře a starou tvrz, kousek pěšky do přístavu na loď. Snídaně s kouzelným výhledem na moře. Vše bylo ideální, jen na snídaních nebyl tak široký výběr jak by si takový hotel zasloužil, ovoce hlavně ananas a saláty z ananasu. Přesto by jsme se vrátili, poloha je kousek od starého města.

Thank you Luca - I liked this hotel a lot, largely because their staff and particularly Luca on reception are so professional and courteous and helpful. Luca gave me the most amazing room with sea views and helped me with information. The hotel is in an excellent location with excellent facilities, great breakfast, immaculately clean rooms and the most professional staff I have encountered in any hotel in Italy. I guess they must invest in good training for their employees. Thank you for a great stay. Everything was fine, the only thing missing was some clothes hooks in the bathroom to hang your bathrobe and night clothes.

Vista mozzafiato. Il prezzo è davvero molto alto, gli ascensori sono lentissimi e nonostante dovrebbero ospitare 8 persone ci si sta solo in 4. La piscina era vuota nonostante ci fossero già 30 gradi e per cui era inutilizzabile.

Que o " guarda malas " só pode ser ultilizado por algumas horas e minha intenção era ficar 3 dias em Positano com uma mala menor e guardar nossaa malas em Nápole já que retornamos para essa nova estadia de uma noite. Antes de Positano havíamos ficado 4 noites no hotel e mesmo assim negaram o pedido de guardarem as malas até a volta o que nos gerou um custo de quse 100 Euros.

Lo que lo hacía especial era ese diseño deco que mal mantenido pasa a ser viejo. Lo mejor del alojamiento es el desayuno y el restaurante. El difícil acceso en taxi, motivado por las obras callejeras. Somos una pareja mayor (80 y 75) y no recibimos ninguna ayuda con nuestro equipaje.

The roof top pool was closed as it wasn’t yet the summer season but this area was a great location for chilling. Also out of the hotels control but the promenade right outside was sadly being upgraded so there were roadworks right outside.
