• Sebastião (9/5): Um bom lugar em Florença. - Apartamento completo com o necessário para uma estada tranquila. Vários mercados, bares, restaurantes e demais serviços na região, alguns a passos da unidade. Acesso por escada ao segundo piso estreita e degraus altos, o que dificulta um pouco quando se está com malas um pouco maiores. A zona é dotada de bares e restaurantes. Portanto, a vizinhança é ruidosa. Mas, para quem gosta, é um local perfeito.

• Anthony (8/5): Attentive hosts, spacious and clean , bathroom needs work - The host Sofia was very attentive and helpful as I was a little worried about the code situation - especially in the dark- spacious, very central , quite comfy , bottle of wine on arrival Bathroom too small - shower very basic but manageable, very hot when we arrived but this was sorted , beds were fine although mattress a little soft , worried about power cuts so no use of oven

L’odore dell’appartamento era nauseante…per niente areato tra un soggiorno e l’altro… odore di cucina molto pesante.Inoltre il bagno è piccolo e freddo con una tenda doccia per niente invitante…mancava la macchina caffè elencata nelle dotazioni
• Dan (9/5): This is a fantastic, modern, and conveniently located apartment that we highly recommend - This three-bedroom apartment in Florence was a tremendous step up from our previous accommodation in Rome. The space is clearly updated, well-maintained, and felt completely comfortable. The radiant heat worked flawlessly throughout our stay, which was a huge relief and a definite plus. The location is truly a 10/10: we were within easy walking distance of all the great shopping, famous bridges, and Renaissance art that Florence has to offer. The convenience and quality of the apartment made our time in the city wonderful. The shower enclosure is incomplete, and while a curtain was mounted on the outside, it was ineffective. A significant amount of water inevitably splashed onto the bathroom floor. This design flaw created a bizarre "logic trap": the host had a sign explicitly forbidding the use of towels to clean up the floor, threatening an extra charge. It is frustrating to be penalized for an issue that is entirely the result of the property's deficient plumbing enclosure.

• Ludmila (7/5): - Excellent location. Easy access. It was very cold in the appartment especialy in the bathroom. Beds are not convenient.
• Weatherington (7/5): The apartment was okay but would not stay again. - Host left us a bottle of wine. The two single rooms were great for our older children. Apartment was generally clean, except the floors. The area was just too noisy for us and there was little to no sound proofing from the windows. There were bars at the end of the street open late and the market was very close which created lots of noise early morning - I was surprised not to hear any other reviews that mentioned this. Check in was the most complicated of the 4 places we stayed during our visit to Italy and we had to take our own rubbish out which was also the only place we were required to do this.
• Kristin (5/5): Misleading on number of beds. - The location was great and it was easy to get in to the apartment. I picked out where to stay based upon the number of beds available since I was traveling with teenagers. I booked the apartment. I was later told that I was only allowed to use 3 beds and if I wanted to use the 4th bed I would have to pay extra. They assume that there are couples.

La paroi qui a été cassé et remplacé par un rideau de douche ..qui mesure 4 fois la douche .. Le canapé lit.. c'est une honte d'appeler ce un canapé lit .. il est complètement pourri.. nous avons dormi en mode recourber car il est sommier n'est pas droit.. Cafard dans l'appartement et dans l'immeuble. Les poignets du meuble du salon vous restent dans la main quand vous voulez ouvrir un tiroir ..
• Mariana (7/5): Boa - A casa era bastante central. Foi possível fazer tudo a pé. O check in foi bastante fácil de realizar através da informação fornecida pela proprietária. Tivemos um problema com um estado da cama e proprietária mostrou-se disponível para o arranjar imediatamente. A casa necessita de alguma renovação. O sofá precisa de ser substituído. Sente-se que é um apartamento "de férias", beneficiaria de maiores elementos que fizessem sentir a casa como "confortável". As camas dos quartos de solteiro não são muito confortáveis e beneficiariam de uma renovação.

• Zhengbang (10/5): A perfect, convenient, lovely place for a family trip. - The facilities inside the room are complete and with good condition. The location is fine, a relatively quiet place inside the local residential area. They provide a bottle of wine for a surprise !!

• Helen (9/5): - Location to the markets, restaurants and duomo was fantastic No air conditioning in the living area and no fly screens on the windows meant mosquitoes. Also the single bed in the second bedroom had some broken slats on the bed base and it was a little uncomfortable. But overall our stay was good.

• Jaime (8/5): Nice, but... - Spacious 3-room apartment and welcoming bottle of Tuscan wine on tne table. Having to take the garbage out added unnecessary stress on our check-out day. We are a family of 5. We visited 6 different cities in Italy + 2 cities in England in three weeks. This apartment was the only one that required us to do that. It was also the most expensive of all and charged the highest cleaning fee (€ 120). The check-in platform was frustrating (It took me about 30 minutes to register 3 of 5 of us, and they did the remaining 2). There was no follow-up on their side on arrival day nor subsequent days. There were no napkins / paper towels in the kitchen and very little dish soap. I contacted them on day 3 to request an extra mat for the bathroom, for we had given just one for 3 nights. I wouldn't stay again here. It felt very business-oriented and lacked the human connection we had in all other cities. There were just too many rules.

• Poema (9/5): Wonderful Stay for a Trip to Florence - The apartment was very spacious, nicely decorated, and clean—it accommodated our family of 5 perfectly. It had all the necessary amenities, starting from a microwave, dishes, proper fridge, bedding and towels, and many more. The location of the property made it very easy for us to navigate and explore Florence since it was close to everything on foot. It was a bonus that it had access to a market, cafes and restaurant not even 5 minutes from the apartment. We liked the neighborhood a lot, Wifi worked well and the staff was very nice and easy to communicate with + we loved the wine gift :) Everything was mostly great, just maybe the bathroom could have been a bit more renovated (kind of old compared to the rest of the apartment) and extra slipers for guests in the apartment could be offered, since there are just tiles and no carpet
• Victor (8/5): I would highly recommend - authentic local feel yet great tourist connecivity / location. - Perfect self-catered flat; quiet but well located with wonderful local shops, restaurants and 'local Italian' square within 50m walk (and beyond). Public transport options nearby were easy to access, could easily plan over Wifi. Accommodation - everything managed over email / online platform and WhatsApp worked nicely, host very responsive. Air con in bedrooms, fan in kitchen / social area was necessary given temperatures 30 - 40C. A couple of minor, niggling faults in the bathroom - door handle broke and shower door coming off rails; host offered to repair while we were there but we chose not to have that completed while we were there. Kitchen well-appointed but missing a few obvious utensils - wooden spoon, serving spoon, slotted spoon. Ran out of toilet roll by the last day.

• Murray (9/5): Great location!Supermarket around the corner.Great place to stay for 4-5people.Beats hotel prices! - Very easy to get into the unit. Good amount of space for the 5 of us who stayed. There are three bedrooms. Two have twins. One has a king and then there is a sleeper sofa. Excellent location and a great deal for the money and location. It has one bath on the smaller size...so just be ready to plan who is taking showers at what time so you can get out the door when you want.

• Denitsa (10/5): A very specious and tastefully decorated apartment - A very spacious and tastefully decorated apartment in the heart of Florence. The moment we entered it, we felt that it set the tone for the entirety of our stay in this charming city. It had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, also with all small supplies you would not typically find elsewhere. We could enjoy a family meal whenever we wanted to spend a quiet evening. The welcome bottle of wine was a special touch and such a pleasant surprise. We would definitely return! The bathroom is somewhat dated and a tad small, but it was very clean and everything functioned well.

• Maureen (8/5): Roomy, safe, met our needs. - The apartment was adequate, the bed linen and towels provided were very good. The welcoming bottle of red wine was a really nice touch. If it was a hotel I would rate it a 3 star, not luxurious by any means but it met our expectations. More than big enough for 4 adults. The air conditioning is only in the bedrooms and whilst that was advertised, the living area got very warm, so air conditioning throughout would be a nice addition. Bathroom is on the small side and is tired, perhaps needs a revamp at some time soon.

• Laura (1/5): HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! DO NOT STAY HERE AT ALL - Beds DO NOT STAY HERE. The staff were extremely difficult and aggressive towards us which made our stay extremely difficult. A glass door shattered on our friend which was a result of a fault in their facilities (which we later found out has been a fault that has occurred before) which we had to take her to hospital and receive medical attention. The staff proceeded to show no remorse whatsoever for the injuries that their ammenities caused, and then blamed it on us. we were bullied, The manager screamed at us, threw cleaning things at our feet and told us to “clean it up ourselves” after he saw the blood and cuts my friend sustained. They were extremely unpleasant to deal with, showing absolutely no empathy for the situation. this interrupted our whole stay and we had a terrible time here. It’s extremely unprofessional to scream at your clients, and treat them the way we were treated. Don’t give them your money, you will regret it.
• David (8/5): Great location and really nice apartment, well managed. - Nice clean and spacious apartment. The three bedrooms all had air conditioning which was essential for the week of our visit as the temperatures were regularly in high thirties. Good shower and very nice towels. Only a short walk to the main attractions of Florence. The room where the sofa bed was located did not have an a.c. and was considerably warmer than the bedrooms even with the doors left open.

A welcome bottle of wine on arrival was lovely. Some work is needed on repairing loose tiles on the stairs and the rails need attention - for safety. The kitchen sink needs a plug.

• Nicola (7/5): Lovely apartment, great price but too noisy at night time. - The size of the apartment, the 3 bedrooms was great. The beds were very comfortable. The noise outside the apartment was regular. Evening noise till about 4am then quiet till 5.30am noisy shutters of shops opening. I had ear plugs but husband found it very difficult to sleep.

• Patricia (10/5): An excellent base to explore Florence - The apartment was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was particularly welcome. The location was marvellous. It was about 15 minutes walk to the major attractions eg the Duomo and there were some excellent restaurants very nearby and a particularly good pizzeria. There was also a very useful mini-mart directly beside the apartment. Communication was excellent and we appreciated the bottle of wine which was waiting for us on arrival. Would definitely recommend.

Best part of all: location is fantastic, with wonderful restaurants just around the corner and most major attractions within walking distance. Thank you! None; more informational: the bathroom could be a little tight for someone who is overweight or has trouble moving around small spaces (although I think the two flights of stairs will sort that out before they reach the bathroom!). All was excellent.

Some clumsiness with keesy sevice (it's a remote key service). 1 master bedroom, and 2 single bed bedrooms for the kids. Great atmosphere. Very small shower (not a deal breaker. But fyi) Overall, good experience.
