- Deryck (6/5): Good location but some problems - The Hotel Quirinale has an excellent location, well served by public transport and with lots of restaurants and shops and some of Rome's top sights within a short walk. It has an old-school charm and the rooms are large, reasonably comfortable and equipped with large TVs which support casting from your own device. The reception staff were friendly, professional and helpful, happily dealing with our group of 7 people, arranging transfers to and from the airport and dealing with a bag lost by the airline. The rooms are a little jaded and the accessible bathrooms flooded with shower water. Soundproofing is also poor, both between rooms and from the street. While reception and housekeeping staff were lovely, service in the bar was erratic to say the least. One evening, with no sign of any barman to serve us, we asked at reception. A barman eventually appeared, did some admin work for a minute or two, took our order and then went to a serving area exclaiming "Cazzo". I don't think it's acceptable to swear in any language in front of paying customers. The breakfast was poor with lukewarm scrambled eggs, oily bacon and watered down orange juice. Even worse, the coffee machines dispensed some of the worst coffee I have ever tasted. They seem to use instant coffee - unforgivable in Italy.

The beds were hard and gave us neck pain, the bathtub was too high and I almost fell, the floor panels were loose and getting stuck to my feet and I got a splinter on my foot. The rooms need more modernization. There is also a lack of drawers.

First time out of the room I had forgotten there was a step down and I fell and cut my left are badly. We had brought our own first aid kit so we bandaged it ourselves.

- Annj (9/5): Overall we were delighted with our stay. Thank you Hotel Quirinale team! - Helpful friendly staff, from reception, room cleaning, breakfast and bar staff). We arrived early and we were allowed to check in straight away. Good rooms though varied as we were a booking of 5 rooms at different price points some larger and more expensive than others. Services provided in the rooms were great. Good a/c, good water pressure for showers, kettle and tea/coffee provided, comfortable beds though they feel a bit hard when you first lie down. I had a room with juliet balcony that opened overlooking a busy side street so it was noisy but 4 floors up it didnt bother me. Its the price one pays for being in central Rome. Some of us had quieter rooms facing away from roads. Beautiful building. Lovely courtyard garden. Handsome lobby and variety of lovely reception lobbies to sit together and enjoy refreshments throughout the day.

- Assem (10/5): Highly recommended to see the soul of Rome ! - Antique hotel with great location, own history, including a lift, pictures, stairs attractive and lovely. Renovated, good quality of furniture and bathroom facilities. Breakfast policy might be reconsidered, powder milk, kind of eggs, just a recommendation.
- Gideon (9/5): Fijn hotel met historisch karakter en ideaal gelegen. - Ideale locatie: metro/trein/bus/winkels/opera/ enz. Hotel met historisch karakter en charme. Nette kamer en moderne badkamer. We zaten aan de binnenkant van het hotel: geen mooi uitzicht maar wel heerlijk rustig. Er werd goed rekening gehouden met onze specifieke wensen. En uitgebreid met ontbijt met mogelijkheid om aan of in de groene binnentuin te zitten. Niets
