- Liliana (8/5): Buen hotel pero un poco ruidoso. - La atencion del personal y la limpieza No hay extractor de vapor en el baño; para acceder a las habitaciones hay que apoyar una tarjeta y suena un timbre fuerte. Los de la habitacion de al lado llegaban a las 3 de la mañana y cuando sonaba su timbre, me despertaba. Se escucha todo lo que pasa en las habitaciones contiguas.

- Özgür (9/5): Her şey güzel olsa da organizasyon önemli - Temizlik, çalışanlar iyi Odamız otelde kalan öğrenci grubu katında idi, akşamları bu öğrenciler gürültü yapıyordu, bu anlamda oda organizasyonu kötüydü. Ek yatak konulan odamız daha büyük olsa iyi olurdu.

- Elena (8/5): - La chambre est propre et la literie est de bonne qualité. L'hôtel se trouve à l'extérieur du Milan. Il faut 20-25 min de taxi et les transports en commun ne sont pas commodes. Seulement le problème est de trouver un taxi un Milan! Je me suis retrouver à minuit et demi au centre du Milan sans pouvoir trouvé un taxi. J'ai appelé plusieurs fois l'hôtel pour qu'ils me commandent un taxi mais c'était sans réponse. En arrivant finalement vers 2,5h du matin à l'hôtel j'ai vérifié si leur téléphone marche. Je n'ai entendu aucune sonnerie. Donc, ce n'est pas la peine de les appeler. La réception renvoie la sonnerie vers le répondeur directement la nuit. Pour un hôtel de 4 étoiles c'est clairement pas suffisant comme service!

- paolo (8/5): - Hotel confortevole,pulito e poco rumoroso. Possibilità di parcheggio. La fermata del tram per il centro é a 100 m. La vasca da bagno non la usa più nessuno. Sarebbe meglio, per mio gusto, un box doccia.

- Lucio (7/5): Milano e lavoro - La struttura si presenta pulita ed accogliente. Lo staff è molto gentile, una buona colazione Avendo la camera al 1° piano con affaccio sulla strada, un pochino fastidioso il rumore delle auto. Ho trovato dei tappi per le orecchie in stanza ma credo che la soluzione, anche se più dispendiosa, sia quella di avere finestre insonorizzate.
- Alberto (3/5): Non all altezza di un 4 stelle e non all altezza di Milano. - unica nota positiva il materasso comodo colazione descritta sulla app come favolosa: pessima direi; uova strapazzate liquide immangiabili, affettati terza scelta, due torte di numero e surgelate, cornetti surgelati. Parcheggio a pagamento del quale sulla app non é comunicato il prezzo (allego la foto). Riscaldamento in camera non modificabile e quindi sudi nella notte. In camera c é ancora la vasca come negli anni 80. Parcheggio che oltre ad essere a pagamento, il cui prezzo non é indicato sulla descrizione nella app, é esclusivo per auto sotto un certo peso a discrezione della reception al momento in cui ti presenti di persona e chiedi di usufruire del servizio. Tavoli per la colazione esclusivamente per due persone….. Per essere un 4 stelle a Milano veramente sotto le aspettative.
