The entire staff, from the bellmen to the front desk to the housekeepers and restaurant staff are very polite and efficient. My single room was small, but very comfortable and all I needed. The room and bathroom have great design, fixtures and finishes, and everything works flawlessly. My single room was quite small, but it is designed well to be very comfortable for the size, like a luxury yacht. I knew going into it that the room would be small. Some of the singles differ in size, so make sure you clarify this ahead of time if you're looking for one of the larger ones.

• alfarrell (10/5): Amazing stay in Mayfair! - Ayyaz absolutely rolled out the red carpet for us, what an experience! Such a classic yet modern hotel in the best part of London. Look no further for your hotel in the city you won’t regret it. Ayyaz and his team were incredibly hospitable and made us feel incredibly special on our honeymoon. Also, breakfast staff was so nice and the spread was amazing. Can’t wait to come back.
• Milli (7/5): Attentiveness at a 5* hotel matters. - Gorgeous room and location. Staff lovely, except for the GM. What a bummer. The hotel manager could not have been more distracted when checking us in. Don’t ask about evening plans if you can’t be bothered to listen to the reply. Also, we received a parking fine for where the car was valet parked for us. The hotel sorted it out. But just another inconvenience.
• Finallytimeoff (10/5): Second Stay - This was our second stay at Flemings Mayfair in London. Once again, our room was beautiful and clean, bed was comfortable. This time our room was very large, beautifully appointed. The staff, as always were knowledgable, friendly. The location is fantastic... central to everything, quick walk to underground and major attractions. We again visited the Shepard Market just around the block that features bars and restaurants built in the 1700s. Also close is Tamarind, our favorite Indian restaurant around the block. Of course, Buckingham Palace is a very short walk away through the lovely green. We only stayed briefly this time; if we had more time, we would have booked the fabulous restaurants in the hotel. We would however recommend that those who stay recognize that some rooms, not all, will hear some street noise which ends during the evening hours as it is a small local street.
• MULLERS2 (10/5): Everyone cares and takes a pride in your experience. - Wonderful welcome from the porters and we immediately felt the warmth and professionalism of the reception team. There was nice convivial conversation, a genuine interest in us as people, and information delivered in a relaxed, unrushed way that was all about customer care. That same ethos was consistent throughout the hotel. The teams genuinely care and clearly take pride in what they do. Our room was extremely comfortable, with a large bed that was turned down in the evening, plenty of wardrobe space, an umbrella provided, plus all the usual tea and coffee facilities alongside a specialist coffee machine. We asked for extra milk and water and it was delivered within minutes. The bathroom was huge, with a large double shower and plenty of space. Overall, a fantastic city break for a special occasion. Nothing was too much trouble and we will definitely return.

We’ve been visiting London for the past 10 years, and it has never disappointed—largely because we spend much of our time staying in Flemings Mayfair, which has become like a home away from home for us. From the moment we arrive—often after a long, tiring 10-hour flight from San Francisco—the staff always greet us with such warmth and kindness. The service is consistently phenomenal, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who makes us feel so comfortable and cared for. We would especially like to thank Lorena, who went above and beyond in every way. Our family is truly appreciative of the warm welcome and exceptional hospitality she provided. Aman was also wonderful—he personally showed us to our beautiful suite and shared thoughtful details about the room’s design, which made our stay feel even more special. The hotel is perfectly located in one of London’s most elegant areas. Everything is within walking distance, yet it still feels private and peaceful in the heart of Mayfair. Traveling with two teenagers and a toddler, we found it absolutely ideal for our family. The rooms are beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and maintained to the highest standard. Housekeeping ensures everything is always spotless. The food is excellent as well—especially the English breakfast, which we look forward to every morning. This fabulous, luxury boutique hotel is in such a prime position perfectly located for shopping and all tourist attractions. It has a superb Michelin star restaurant where you can enjoy fine dining without the hassle or stress of arranging transport! It is like coming home with the most amazing team of staff providing a very personal and bespoke service ably led by Lorena Somera who with a wealth of experience ensures perfection for your stay. A special mention to Adnan who once again exceeds all standards, totally professional, committed and goes above and beyond to make your stay exceptional!! An asset to Flemings!! We wouldn’t stay anywhere else …thank you Lorena, Adnan and all the team at Flemings.

• samanthadM5465XR (2/5): Terrible customer service - Unfortunately had a bad experience at this hotel, whilst travelling in London. We had booked this stay using booking.com and prepaid. The layout of the room we booked and the narrow, windy shared corridors with many stairs wasn’t workable for us with young children and a stroller. The hotel reservations manager had approved a full refund for our stay according to a email Booking.com, then the hotel subsequently didn’t follow through and refused it. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to others.
• MusicGrazer (10/5): Don’t hesitate! - We stayed four nights at Flemings Mayfair upon arrival from the US at the start of our 5 week visit to Europe. We booked a studio suite but upon arrival they had upgraded us to the penthouse apartment - a full two bedroom apartment that was absolutely fantastic. Other than a little bit of a long wait for the suite to be ready, everything was about as good as it gets. The staff - and I mean everyone - was incredibly warm and gracious. If you have the chance to dine in Ormer for dinner, you must. A fantastic Michelin star experience. The food and service both were a 10. Don’t hesitate to get the wine pairing as it was wonderful and interesting. Aman, the hotel reception manager, was especially terrific!

Το χειρότερο ήταν η υπηρεσία του πάρκινγκ που προσφέρουν, με χρέωση 90€/μέρα. Μας χτύπησαν το αμάξι χωρίς να το παραδεχτούν ποτέ. Με το που παραλάβαμε το αμάξι, το είπαμε αμέσως στον παρκαδόρο. Ο άνθρωπος κοκκίνισε και είπε θα το αναφέρει άμεσα . Στέλνοντας email για να διευκρινίσει η κατάσταση, η απάντηση τους ήταν οριακά εριστική, βγάζοντας κάθε ευθύνη από πάνω τους. Με το που μπαίνεις μέσα , σου βγαίνουν επιπλέον χρεώσεις τις οποίες δε γνώριζες. (Είχαμε ήδη πληρώσει για το κατοικίδιο μας 50€/διανυκτέρευση και μας χρέωσαν άλλα 15€/διανυκτέρευση για μπολ που δε ζητήσαμε). Τέλος, ακριβό πρωινό χωρίς ιδιαίτερο λόγο.

• Isabela (10/5): Perfect!!! - The hotel’s location is excellent — it is about a 5-minute walk from Green Park station, which is also very close to Buckingham Palace, and it is conveniently located near the main shopping streets, Oxford Street and Regent Street. The room is not very large, but it has enough space for two people. The bed is very comfortable, and the room includes a minibar, hair dryer, safe, umbrella, and a small table. The bathroom is also not very large, but it is perfectly sufficient for two people. Housekeeping is done every day, and the towels are also changed daily. The staff are very polite and helpful. The hotel’s restaurant is excellent, from the service to the food.

Upon arrival we were greeted by the operations manager Lorena Somera who was exceptionally professional and just so lovely to be around during our stay . Lorena looked after us very well , With nothing being too much trouble for her at all .Our room a king deluxe was bright airy very clean with an extremely comfortable bed . We enjoyed our breakfasts very much with the team in the restaurant and bar being so attentive and very professional . The Reception and concierge staff members were first class . This hotel is in a perfect location situated in Mayfair so close to everything , it’s quiet so relaxing and felt like no other hotel we have visited before and there have been many we have visited all over the world . Fantastic in common with a number of London hotels, the underground could be heard from our room, so very light sleepers could be affected. Not a criticism, just a reality
• T6882SAsaraj (6/5): Hard Beds - Lovely hotel made very welcome and given an up grade which was very much appreciated Unfortunately the mattresses on the beds are unbelivable hard which ruined are nights sleep. I had hoped to use this hotel later on in the year but based on are nights sleep we will not. I was a little bemused as to why the lift needed to be serviced through the most busy time of the day. Being on the 4 th floor and having to trot down 4 floors and then back up to pack and then haul your baggage down the stairs seems absolutely mad Surely this could of taken place in another part of the day.

• 328hp (10/5): Gem in Mayfair - I was searching for a hotel in London in a location that would be central to going out and about to celebrate my husband's birthday. I'm a Hilton Honors member and also wanted to be able to use points for my stay. I was looking for something unique that felt luxe. I found Flemings Mayfair, part of the Small Luxury Hotels collection, and it was an absolute gem - exactly what I wanted. The hotel interior design and decor is beautiful. Each area is rich in color with layers of texture - the furnishings and details through to the tea service and tableware are integrated with the overall design. It provided a feeling of calm, comfort and elegance. Upon check in we were provided an upgrade to a King room and a complimentary bottle of Prosecco with a birthday message. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and well appointed. A continental breakfast was included with our stay and I was delighted with the presentation - it included a make your own bloody mary station. Fresh juices were available. The staff were attentive for the table service and on the second morning I noticed that our waiter, Jaymin, also remembered our coffee and breakfast orders from the day before. It truly felt like a personalized experience. The manager helped us with an extended check out and he was also so kind and helpful for our stay. I highly recommend the Flemings and look forward to my return.
• Y352QXdeborahm (10/5): Perfection - It’s hard to put into words how spectacular Fleming’s Mayfair is. I just left after a seven night stay and it was amazing! It’s a beautiful boutique hotel in the center of Mayfair and there is not a detail that wasn’t perfect. The staff was amazing, the breakfast was delicious, the one bedroom apartment was beautifully maintained daily. Upon arrival and throughout our stay, we were greeted by Ayyaz Junjua and we immediately felt welcomed. Ayyaz helped up find the room that worked best for our family, and it was beyond perfect. Each and every time we walked through the door, we felt like family. There is really nothing like a beautiful boutique hotel in the middle of a big city. Thank you Fleming’s Mayfair! We will certainly be back

• Michelle (9/5): A beautiful hotel in stunning Mayfair. - The warm welcome, the room was calm, comfortable and spotless. The hotel has an understated luxury feel you hope for in Mayfair but it's not stuffy or pretentious at all. Great location for the theatres, restaurants (Ormer in the hotel is absolutely phenomenal) and just having a wander around. Would definitely return. It's a shame that we could not get drinks in the bar later in the evening.

Room well set up and spacious. Quiet. Lots of services and restaurants nearby. The restaurant was superb and the breakfast worth getting up for. Highly recommend.

It has a fantastic Mayfair location near Green Park with many attractions within a pleasant walk's reach. It is am excellent value hotel and puts many other five star establishments to shame.

• 143kyliel (10/5): Perfect hotel experience - Flemings has genuinely been one of the best experiences of all time. The location is perfect and not a too far of a walk from everything, the rooms are incredible, but the best part has been the staff. From being met at the cab outside to being immediately welcomed in, the atmosphere has been nothing but friendly and just perfect. Ayyaz has especially stood out. He is intentional in every interaction and genuinely cares about the guests. He has made this stay in London so valuable and I would come back just to see him. I genuinely do not think our stay would be the same without him!

• 4REGKent (10/5): Fantastic boutique hotel in Mayfair - 3 night stay - Flemings Mayfair is always my first choice when staying in London. From the moment I check-in I always feel relaxed at the hotel. This was my 9th stay. The hotel is 3 mins walk to Green Park tube station and there are numerous bus routes (including 9, 14, 19, 23 & 38) that stop outside the tube station. The Mayfair location is perfect for a walk in Green Park, a spot of shopping (in Fortnum’s, Jermyn Street or New Bond Street), checking out the nearby art galleries (the Royal Academy, Portland Gallery, Halcyon, Maddox and Moco Museum London), plus the hotel is walking distance to the West End theatres as well as 2 cinemas (Curzon Mayfair and Vue cinema Piccadilly). The Buffet breakfast offering is impressive. There is also a good selection of cooked options. I would highly recommend the Eggs Benedict or the Full English Breakfast. Manetta’s Bar is very comfortable. The Drawing Room is a peaceful place to have afternoon tea or even just a coffee and to read. There was a Nespresso coffee machine and complimentary water in my room. My bathroom had a large walk-in shower, heated marble floor plus the lovely Asprey Purple Water shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. The Andy Gotts celebrity photos (including Robert DeNiro, Harrison Ford, Gillian Anderson, Hugh Bonneville) dotted around the hotel and the guest rooms are fun. I have had the pleasure of knowing Lorena for about 20 years (since she previously worked at The Capital hotel in Basil Street). She is very personable and makes a point of speaking to all the hotel guests over breakfast. I have already booked another 3-night stay in June and another in October. Cannot wait!
