- NURUL WAZNAH (10/5): Will definitely choose this place to stay again - We had a pleasant stay at Anggun Residence KL. One of the biggest highlights is the location. It’s about a 10–15 minute walk to Dang Wangi and Medan Tuanku MRT stations, making it very convenient to get around. Along the walking route, there are also a few hidden gem food spots, which made the stroll enjoyable. Also a very nice place to take pictures. The apartment is close to Quill Mall, Supamala Hot Pot, Rosco, and The Row (where you can find Cheevit Cheeva). Right in front of the residence, there’s a nasi lemak stall and a mamak restaurant, so food is never an issue. The area feels lively, happening, and safe for tourists. The view is another major plus—we loved the beautiful views of KLCC Twin Towers and KL Tower, especially at night. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with two king beds in the bedroom. Facilities were tip-top, including a washing machine with dryer, refrigerator, and other essentials, which made our stay very convenient. As for the downside, some of the curtains and bedroom lights need fixing. We also tried to watch Netflix, but it wasn’t connected or playable. The WiFi was a bit slow, though still usable. Overall, despite a few minor issues, everything was okay and we enjoyed our stay. A good choice if you’re looking for a spacious unit, great views, and a strategic location in KL.

- Nadira Syuhada (10/5): Great gateway - Check-in was easy, but we had to park outside first instead of driving in to collect the keys. We registered at the guardhouse and then walked to the mailbox to retrieve the keys. After that, everything was smooth, from entering through the guardhouse to parking in the basement with two tandem parking bays, and taking the lift up to the unit. The house was spacious and very comfortable, with three bedrooms. All the basic necessities were provided, including a kettle, microwave, large refrigerator, TV, soap and shampoo, as well as an iron and ironing board. just note that there’s no water dispenser. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and one toilet, the place was truly comfortable. Definitely will stay here again whenever I’m in the area. It’s not that I didn’t like it. everything was generally great. Just a small note for improvement: you may want to check the lamp in the master bedroom as well as the air-conditioner in the master bedroom.

Easy check in/ check out Room suitable for 4-5 people. Comfortable for a family to stay. Nice view as well (twin tower & menara KLCC) Toilet is clean. Shampoo and shower gel provided. Got hot water as well. Kitchen are very nice. Got microwave, oven, water heater, cooking utensils and fridge. A lot of space to keep your stuff. And provided with clothes hanger and drying rack. Also have washing machine and dryer (although the dryer might have some issues-clothes still wet after drying) During my stay, the sink at the kitchen need fixing. But the maintenance can’t fix it due to not having appropriate tools. So we can’t use the sink during our stay 🥲. But the host allow late check out (12PM) in exchange to the broken sink that can’t be fix😊 One of the seat in the living room already broken. So have to be alert with the condition of provided necessities.

Idealhub only release the checkin info at 3pm (supposed they promised at 2.40pm), therefore earlier arrangements are troublesome.

Not all the list of item - For such an expensive place, one of the lift was not functioning since we checked in on 3/10 until we checked out on 5/10/2025 The caretaker does not let us to do self check-in. Made me wait for 10 mins at the guard house to take us to the mail box to hand over the keys.

A visual guide would be more helpful than the current text-only description. I'm reporting two problems: 1) Leaking Kettle: The water kettle is leaking. 2) Faulty Bidet: The bidet is not functioning correctly. It leaks water onto the floor around the toilet, and the puddle remained even after a full 24 hours.

A chair in the room had multiple cigarette burn holes even though it's a no smoking property, there was a leakage in the sink, the freezer stank and the floor could be mopped better. It's also very loud at night, you won't hear your next door neighbour's but the ceiling is really thin so you hear a lot from upstairs and also from outside. We were on the 21st floor but the windows don't hold back any sound from outside so it's motorcycles and kareoke all night long

- Nasha Razak (5/5): - location was strategic, near mamak shop, convenient stores 7eleven and KK Mart, walking distance to Quill City Mall, most mornings are nice to walk because it is cool and shaded area. had hot & cold shower, provided iron + iron board, hair dryer, fridge and microwave, towels and basic cutleries. enormous cabinet to store things. aircond worked pretty well, wifi was fast keys had to be taken from mailroom, register ID and car park at security was smooth & easy customer service was fast to reply, but sometimes they handover to different people 1. no toothbrush & toothpaste (have to bring yourself) 2. our unit's TV was working but display was very dimmed , after reporting to customer service and help from technician, doing some trouble shooting they told us that they cannot do anything. I would highly recommend to change the entire TV to avoid future complaints and disappointment from customer (unit: 19-13A) 3. of course they have netflix account but it is limited and subject to availability 4. took quite some time to reach parking, too many floors (2A,2B, 3A, 3B, etc ) 5. not providing complimentary mineral/ drinking bottled water

- Moe (8/5): Good room for long stay to enjoy KL - This room is spacious, clean, and conveniently located. There are cheap and clean supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. There are also stylish restaurants and casual and delicious restaurants, so there are many options for meals. Check-in and check-out are easy, and there is a friendly security guard at the entrance, so it is safe. In addition, cleaning service is provided once a week for long-term guests. It is close to Dawangi Station, and a 30-minute walk to major towns such as KLCC and Bukit Bintang is good exercise. The KL Tower at night was beautiful. The TV was not bright, and the washing machine broke during my stay and I couldn't use it. There were some annoying noises at night, such as the music from the 24-hour restaurant. The room was not as gorgeous as the photos. However, these were not a big problem for me, and the host responded sincerely. It would be nice if we could check in earlier to match our flight.

The linen and bedsheets were not changed, and no staff attended to clean the rooms throughout our visit. However, there is no on-site support staff, and communication is only available through WhatsApp. Responses are often delayed, and most replies appear to be automated or pre-written
