- Les (9/5): Nice hotel and understanding staff. - Hotel in good position only 20 minutes along a beautiful river into the old town which has all the wonderful old sights to see. We were visiting for the world hedgehog wildlife convention held just outside the ancient area. Transport is easy as well now that I identify as a hedgehog I’m quite bulky but fit in everything even the lift which was a squeeze but the staff helped push me in with the aid of protective gloves. The hotel has a lovely bar on the top floor with a swimming pool with nice views and nearby is a carre five and a kebab shop if you need any bits and pieces or a slug Nothing not to like. Position conveniently placed nice hotel. Would definitely recommend and good for those who identify differently to their biological birth are all very welcome by the helpful and friendly staff.

- Filip (6/5): Not a relaxing stay unfortunately - It’s easy to find and well located. It’s modern and the breakfast buffet is good. The room was rather small. There was no ventilation and the temperature was too high to be able to sleep. Opening the window helped but there is a lot of traffic in front of the hotel, so that kept us awake too. All in all we had a terrible night here. The breakfast buffet is nice but it’s really overrun by people without manners and it is a very noisy space.

- Erika (10/5): Excelente estancia cerca del centro de Florencia. - Disfrutamos de una gran experiencia en este hotel. El tamaño y amenidades de la habitación son geniales, muy por encima de la media de lo que puedes encontrar en el casco historico de Florencia. El desayuno es muy bueno, y el restaurante es muy lindo. Las chicas de recepción fueron demasiado amables, siempre dispuestas a ayudar y resolver dudas. Tiene un rooftop con bar precioso con vistas panoramicas de la ciudad. Una de las cosas que más me gustaron es que podías pedir los taxis desde recepción y eran super rapidos, seguros y confiables. En general las instalaciones del hotel son muy cómodas, modernas, limpias y tienen un gran servicio al cliente. Me gusta que aunque esta cerca del centro de Florencia, está alejado de todo el caos y bullicio de la zona más turistica de la ciudad. La ubicación del hotel puede ser una desventaja si no viajas con un grupo de personas jovenes o dispuestas a caminar al centro. En mi casó viaje con un adulto de la tercera edad y tuve que tomar taxis desde y hacia el hotel. Que en realidad no es algo "malo" ni es algo que me haría escoger otro hotel, pero sí es algo que tomar en cuenta en el presupuesto del viaje y el tiempo de traslado.

Everything was good, the only possible bad thing is that it is close enough to Florence attractions but there is a little bit of walk to them.

The bar dining room was good, with plenty to eat for breakfast and the staff were very pleasant. It was about a 15 minute walk along the river to get to the centre of Florence. Fuicon coche de alquiler y contaba con un coste de 20 euros diarios porque así lo especificaban en la web del hotel y al llegar allí, el precio era de 30 euros. No deberían tener este tipo de información equívoca.

During check-in, there was a spat between the receptionist and me about city tax, which she insisted I had to pay, despite the final price I had received from Booking. Ultimately, the reception supervisor resolved the issue.

- Aaron (9/5): Refreshing, spacious and calm - This hotel was great, it was really modern and clean, even the public bathrooms were spotless. The staff couldn’t do enough for you, we paid for a room with a balcony, which was great, the room was likely a little bigger than the usual room as a result, which is not a complaint at all, there was more than enough space here. The bathroom was huge, with his & hers sinks, a separate shower and bath, and possibly space in the middle to dance if you felt like it! I loved this hotel. For a “quiet” room, it wasn’t particularly quiet, but it wasn’t intrusively noisy either. The walk into Florence is about 25 mins, which won’t suit everyone, although the views are fantastic. Even having said this, the walk wouldn’t put me off booking again. The food and drink isn’t cheap. The pillows are far too soft, they provide no support, my neck aches!

De hecho nos tocó un día de lluvia y pedimos paraguas para nuestro paseo y nos dieron 1 para cada una, abrieron paraguas nuevos para darnos. Después la recepcionista nos dio un mapa y nos explicó todo! Muy amable y atenta!

- Rominna (8/5): Esta bien...cómodo.. cumplidor - Personal amable y el.desayuno. Pueden mejorar la iluminación de la habitación. Era un poco oscura y era difícil encontrar cosas en la maleta. También es importante mantener la regadera más limpia ya que estaba en algunas partes sucias con moho negro. Pero en general muy bien. El desayuno bufete espectacular 👌 Pocas opciones de cena o de alimentos para pedir al.cuarto.

- Fabio (10/5): Struttura bella e confortevole, personale gentilissimo e professionale. - Struttura molto confortevole, aree comuni grandi che permettono di lavorare con altre persone comodamente, la stanza spaziosa, calda, ben organizzata. La posizione dell'hotel permette di raggiungere facilmente il centro anche a piedi, nei dintorni ci sono ristoranti e servizi di ogni genere. Trovo migliorabile la luminosità delle stanze che, così come sono, danno l'impressione di essere sempre un po' in ombra. I corridoi avrebbero necessità di una bella pulita alla moquette, macchiata in varie parti non è un bel vedere.
