Food della colazione scadente, uova stracciate fredde già alle 7 del mattino in apertura, bacon di pessima qualità e freddo anche lui...immangiabili. Ich verstehe den Zusatz "Touring" im Namen nicht, denn es gibt keine Parkplätze. Das nächste Parkhaus ist 7min zu Fuss weg und kostet von Freitag bis Sonntag 100€

- Katie (8/5): Really gorgeous and comfortable stay. Only a couple of downfalls which are really easily fixed. Last at breakfast was lo - Close to the airport, room was absolutely stunning. We were upgraded to the VIP floor which was a lovely surprise, for our first family holiday (8 week old baby) my 30th birthday and our honeymoon trip! Beautifully decorated and felt really well looked after. Less so in the bathroom but I will get to that. The items given for our boy was so cute! He had his own towels. Slippers and robe. Granted too big but it was a lovely touch. The teddy was such a sweet gesture. As well as his own toiletries. Really sweet touch and something I will take back (as a hotelier myself) to help with families staying at our hotel. Gorgeous celebration plate in the room as well as a mini afternoon tea set up for breakfast. Made us feel really special. Breakfast was the best I have had at an Italian hotel. Really well stocked and presented. Hats off to you! Bathroom was the only downfall, as well as accessibility. Bathroom, sink, bidet, toilet all really clean. Shower needed attention. Grout was grubby and a shame as this is just a build up of being carelessly cleaned over time. Our shower leaked and leaked BAD. Flooding the floor around it every time. The shower tray must have a split and the seal on the shower door needs replacing. Otherwise it was immaculate. Accessibility was not thought of at this hotel. Difficult being on split levels but from the entrance there is no ramp. Making it difficult to get our pram with our baby, in and out. The security almost always, was inside. We did not get offered help with our luggage or the baby, in and out. Not that it should be expected but would’ve been a nice touch. My poor husband had to do several trips

- Graham (10/5): Great stay :) - The gentalman that check me was very polite and super kind. He even upgraded me. So from the start, my stay was fantastic. The restaurant staff were very attentive, and the female room service attendant was incredibly lovely. I would prefer water bottles in the gym rather than paper cups, but I do understand that plastic is not good for the enviroment so I should remember to pack my water bottle.

- Chama (5/5): Not clean, a cockroash found in my room - The reception staff, they re helpful and lovely The room service staff including the camereras and cleaners, my room on Sunday was not cleaned, I requested for the cleaning, they did not come, Sunday night I found cockroach on the curtains, I could not sleep, or eat, or touch my clothes. It was horrible

- Sabrina (8/5): - Servicepersonal ist sehr nett. Es riecht sehr gut und angenehm im Hotel. Die Lage ist super man kann sehr viel gut zu Fuß erreichen. Der Ausblick von Zimmer 754 war nicht sehr schön, man schaut direkt auf die Feuertreppe. Die Baustelle vor der war leider etwas nervig.
- C. G. M. (10/5): - Top freundliches Personal. Für eine Nacht Mailand und mit Hund perfekt, da direkt ein Park um die Ecke liegt. Alle Designer Boutiquen sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Betten sind bequem und die Zimmer gut isoliert. Wir hatten auch bei unserem 3. Aufenthalt nichts auszusetzen.

- Nikolai (10/5): - I wish I could give more than 5 stars! We stayed here in Milan to celebrate a special occasion, and the hotel made everything feel truly memorable. From check-in to check-out, our experience was beyond perfect. A special thank you to Marino at reception, who welcomed us with a warm smile and was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. Without us even asking, he explained everything we needed to know as tourists in Milan, including where to go, what to see, and where to eat. He also gave us a wonderful room, which made our stay even more special. When we arrived in the room, we were welcomed with a lovely bottle of sparkling wine and a beautiful plate of macarons, fresh fruit, and berries. The amenities were also amazing, with so many thoughtful details such as different toiletries, shaving kits, earplugs, face masks, and more. One morning, we only asked for coffee capsules, and they surprised us by bringing freshly made coffee, croissants, and pastries. Such a kind gesture. Everything was perfect the staff, the service, the room, the amenities, and all the little surprises. We will definitely stay here again whenever we come back to Milan. Highly recommended!

- Flavia (8/5): - Super feines Frühstücksbuffet ! 😍 Leider mussten wir beim check in und auf am morgen beim check out sehr lange anstehen. Es war nur eine Person an der Rezeption obwohl es eine lange Schlange von Personen hatte die alle aus checken wollten. Ich denke nur eine Person an der Reseption am morgen ist absolut zu wenig.
