Hotel design was excellent, better than London, similar to Berlin. Breakfast was poorer than NHow facilities in other European countries.

In addition to being well located and extremely comfortable, it has a very modern and fun personality . Thank you to all of the staff , especially Malik who helped us with transportation and great plans for getting out and about . Also to Enrica in dining , making our stay most memorable.

It’s the standard NH plug and play down to the sinks and the switches and USB sockets only in Hot Pink with overdone Contrast overdone Roman patterns in a bordello style that is anything but relaxing. Staff can’t be bothered to help with much yet alone an iron. I was directed to go downstairs to the ironing room if I wanted to iron. This is no 4 star anything

• Trip40846877941 (10/5): Worth the stay!! - The hotel is lovely! The lunch and dinner is chefs kiss. We definitely enjoyed the room service. We also thoroughly enjoyed the free water and chocolate and all the other thoughtful items that were in the room to make it a pleasurable stay. We highly recommend it here!! It’s also very close to the main attractions by foot, so if it’s your first time in Rome definitely stay here.

Vi hyrde Vespa och tog oss runt med -perfekt om man är van med mycket trafik och vill ta sig runt smidigt. Matsalen är mörk i bottenvåningen men frukosten var varierad och bra påfyllning inför aktiva dagar.

First and foremost, it absolutely nails the essentials - the room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything felt well looked after. After long days exploring the city, it was the perfect place to come back to and unwind. What really makes this place stand out though is its personality. It has a genuinely quirky charm that you don’t often find. There’s a random room filled with arcade games (which was a fun surprise), and even the lift has a karaoke screen - definitely not something you expect, but it adds to the experience in a really memorable way. The styling throughout is a bit unconventional in places, but that’s exactly what gives it character. It feels unique rather than generic, and importantly, still very welcoming and relaxed. Overall, if you’re looking for somewhere that combines comfort with a bit of fun and individuality, this hotel is a great choice. Clean, cosy, and just the right amount of quirky - I’d happily stay again.

Being right beside Villa Borghese park was such a bonus; it was lovely to start the day with a peaceful stroll through such a beautiful setting. The area also felt very safe and quiet, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself has a really cool, unique vibe that made the experience stand out. A well-deserved 5-star stay.

We had a Baccus Beats suite and it didn't disapoint. We had a nice big terrace overlooking the park, 2 showers/toilets, 3 TVs and 2 sitting areas! There were lovely touches for my husband's birthday in the room when we arrived. We both enjoyed breakfast and it wasn't too busy on any of the 3 mornings. Very reasonably priced. Our only small complaint was a bit of a smell from drains in the hotel in various places. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book again.

• Kentaro (8/5): nhowは最高です(^ー^)ノ - ①アメニティ 部屋の一部にも使われているハウスカラーのピンクで統一されている豊富な数のアメニティはウキウキさせてくれ、土産代わりに持って帰りたいと思わせてくれた ※スリッパが有るのが何よりも有り難かった。 ②レストラン 付属しているレストランのウェイトレスに物凄く急いでいると言ったら、行き先/所要時間を計算してくれた食べ物をクロックムッシュとポテトフライを用意してくれた(日本人にはちょっと量が多かったけど、、、) ③コンシェルジュ 訓練されたプロフェッショナルな感じはしなかったが、コンシェルジュの女性らは美人で、聞いた事を面倒と思わず調べてくれてた ④ロケーション 木々が沢山有るボルケーゼ公園は目と鼻の先で、 タクシーに住所を見せたら、分からない人は1人もおらず、スムーズに帰れた ⑤パスルーム 清潔で、シャワーもカランのお湯も押しボタン式で使いやすかったし、シャワーヘッドからの水漏れも無かったし、バスタブに溜める際に熱いお湯が使っている内に少し水温が下がったけど、元々の水温設定が高かったので、適温を保ったお湯が張れた ⑥スーパー 徒歩10分のところにある。フルーツ、スナック、飲み物等を買い揃えて置けば、ちょっと何かを口にしたい時に良い 1️⃣設計 タクシー🚕を降りて、まず始めに6段程の階段を大荷物を持って降り無いといけないのと、降りたら、まずその1階下のフロントデスクまでエレベーターで降りないといけない設計。 その上、部屋のフロアに上がる時は別のエレベーターを使わないといけない。 部屋から出てタクシー乗り場に行き、寒いなと思って部屋に戻る時は一連の作業をしないといけない。 2️⃣部屋の大きさラゲッジスペース クイーンサイズのベッドと壁の間が90cmくらいしかなく、スーツケース台に乗せてスーツケースを開けるとベッドに10cmくらい乗ってしまい、そこの通路が通れないので、この先の電源を使わないといけない時はベッドに乗って移動しないといけない。

The vibes, the colors the playful design, perfectly on brand - Everything especially the room decoration, the colors, and how they pay attention the the little details for ex. they gave us extra chocolates every day.. the branding is overall 10/10. The only downside was that during departure no one offered to help with our luggage, even though we were clearly struggling with heavy bags on the stairs.

This was part of our Babymoon, and the staff was so nice to give us an upgrade to a room with a very very large and sunny balcony faced to Villa Borghese. Also otherwise, staff was so helpful and nice. The only thing I could mention here is that the shower was a bit leaking.

I was surprised with welcome chocolate. Very comfortable bed, i got a good rest. I couldn’t hear my neighbours in other rooms, so thats perfect. Loved the design of room. Breakfast was full of choices, also i had a room service and dinner in my room, so they were very flex and brought me food which i wanted. Everybody were attentive and i will come back. On Friday evening it was noisy because i had street view.

• Federico (9/5): Un gioiello tra Villa Borghese e Via Veneto - Ho soggiornato in questa struttura dopo che mi aveva incuriosito per la posizione strategica tra Villa Borghese e Via Veneto: è stata davvero un'ottima scelta, sono stato accontentato sia per tipologia che per piano della camera. Ambienti molto curati e con materiali di pregio, cordialità al ricevimento, colazione in sala molto ampia e con ricco buffet ben disegnato per evitare la calca. Bellissimo il terrazzo con vista sul parco, si dorme benissimo la notte. E' scomodo avere un accesso all'hotel che non ti permette di salire subito in stanza, ma bisogna scendere di un piano e poi prendere l'ascensore per andare in camera: mi stupisce che non ci abbiano pensato in fase di ristrutturazione.

The atmosphere is magical. The dinner at the restaurant was delicious, with excellent service. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and the music, lighting, and overall ambiance made the evening truly special. A special mention to Elvita Pavone, who was very attentive to our well-being and made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. I had previously stayed at nhow Berlin and loved it, but nhow Roma has confirmed that nhow hotels are the best I have ever stayed in. I can’t wait to visit more nhow hotels in the future. Highly recommended.

• BurfordSo (10/5): Beautiful visit, would stay again - Many, many thanks to Nhow Roma for making our Rome trip memorable and romantic. From secretly organising flowers from their local florist, chocolates and prosecco for our surprise engagement, to their friendly, welcoming service throughout our stay. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to Villa Borghese gardens and is about a 10-15 minute walk to plenty of restaurants and bars. All other tourist attractions are walkable but we took a taxi to things like the Colosseum. The hotel room was spacious and pretty, with a safe and plenty of room to store clothes. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices ranging from hot to cold.
