And 8 minutes to the pier. a perfect, honestly, location to be at in a new city. Breakfast - I am used to a bigger selection of food, and lot's of vegetable. It was not bad, and everyone can find something to eat. but if you are used to a variety of vegetables, you will not find it here. A simple cut vegetables

Este en concreto está anticuado y no parece un NH. - Nada a destacar No hay rampa de entrada al hotel y hay que subir a pulso con las maletas al hotel. La recepcion esta a unos 35 metros de la entrada y es imposible que nadie ayude. El parqué de la habitación es de plástico y está destartalado. El parking es una tomadura de pelo. Te dicen que hay parking alrededor cuando reservas el hotel, pero lo que no te dicen es que cuesta 50€ diarios. El hotel no tiene concierto con ningún parking y te tienes que buscar la vida a ver si hay plaza en alguno de los que te dicen.

Günther (2/5): Nie wieder NH Hotels - (Kein Betreff) guenther.bredow@web.de Sie NH Hotel Napoli War bisher Fan von NH, nach Eigentümerwechsel allerdings katastrophale Serviceverschechterungen festzustellen. Hotel hat weder Pool, noch Gym, noch Dachterrasse, noch Garagenplätze. Garagen in der Umgebung kosten EUR 40 pro Nacht, unfassbare Abzocke! Hatten mehr als eine Woche für angemessenen Preis gebucht, dann kurzfristig noch einen weiteren Tag Verlängerung, hierfür wurde uns - obgleich VIP Mitglied - ein viel höherer Preis abverlangt, totale Abzocke! Auch nach Diskussion wollte man hier nicht nachgeben. Zudem waren meine diversen früheren vielwöchigen Reisen nicht im Member Programm verzeichnet, zB Buenos Aires, Mexico City, Genua, Spanien etc. Auf eine entsprechende Reklamationsmail vor 2 Wochen erfolgte bis heute keine Reaktion. Mittlerweile scheint sich ganz Neapel und Umgebung auf Touri Abzocke verlegt zu haben, Mondpreise auf Ischia, Procida, Positano, Amalfi etc, zudem überall extrem überfüllt. Kein schönes Reiseziel mehr Haben das Hotel daher vorzeitig verlassen und sind früher abgereist. Das vermittelte Taxi wurde von einem Verbrecher gefahren, der uns für 5 Minuten zum Bahnhof einen angeblichen "Festpreis" von EUR 20 abzocken wollte, Pustekuchen, nicht mit mir. Aber immer großes Drama! Vielen Dank für diese tolle Taxi Empfehlung. Schlicht Shiet Service und Abzocke, never again NH, werde meine Mitgliedschaft kündigen.

Stosunek ceny do jakości - mija się z celem… zapłaciłam za 2 noce za pokój premium 2700zł - a dostałam pokój w którym ciągle coś szumi i słychać mocne trzaskanie - nie wyśpisz się w tym hotelu… nie wiem czy to spowodowane było umiejscowieniem pokoju przy windach (stąd te trzaski) czy to inny powód… moim zdaniem za tyle pieniędzy nie powinno do tego dojść, że przez całą noc słychać co chwilę trzaskanie… ostatnim minusem, że musiałam się 4 dni upominać o fakturę… ogólnie pobyt na minus…

Joelle Eliane (9/5): Vacances centrées sur la découverte de la ville et des îles. - J'ai été surclassée à mon arrivée. Grande chambre avec lit king size très confortable et, surtout, une vue fantastique sur le port ! L'hôtel est assez standard en termes d'équipement et de déco. Rien de transcendant, mais le secret de cet établissement réside dans son emplacement absolument idéal. Il est situé à côté du centre historique, du port (avec les départs pour Capri notamment), des bus "hop-on hop-off" et du terminal de bus pour l'aéroport. Tout est à proximité, c'est juste parfait ! Enfin, le personnel est très sympathique et efficace, ce qui ne gâche rien. Le petit moins est peut-être la déco et le style impersonnel. Mais le plus important pour moi était l'emplacement et la propreté. Contrat rempli!

tinkers234 (6/5): Book elsewhere - We stayed a couple of nights here. Hotel looks entirely uninviting - grey, drab and tired. Our first night we stayed in a standard room with sea view. It is what we booked but the room was awful - very small with furniture in front of the cupboard and mini bar which meant you could not access them without moving the furniture. Room very spartan. Bathroom had body lotion fitted in the shower area vs shower gel and as they are nailed to the wall we had to call to have it switched out. I provided this feedback on the room to the front desk team on check out who just ignored it. Our second night we were upgraded to a better room because of my GHA status. I requested it and thankfully there was availability. That room (a premier room) was significantly better. Both rooms were clean. You are only provided one carton of complimentary water even if there are two of you. The hotel is conveniently located so it is easy to get to the sights, restaurants, port (for the ferry) and there are lots of cafes nearby for breakfast. We have stayed at the NH chain before and we know they are not a luxury chain. However this one is the worst we have stayed in. If ever in Naples again I will book elsewhere.

Rose (10/5): Super séjour - La position centrale de l’hôtel, la décoration dans le hall, les chambres décorées de manière simple et efficace et la vue est très belle. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et il y en a pour tous les goûts !!! Mention spéciale pour La gentillesse et l’efficacité du personnel : j’ai oublié mon portable professionnel et j’était déjà à l’aéroport quand je m’en suis aperçu, la réceptionniste (exceptionnelle !!!) me l’a fait parvenir par taxi… c’est un hôtel à découvrir à Naples

Shaakira (5/5): - I found a fish moth in the bathroom. There was no top sheet on the bed. There are no cupboards for clothes. This should be mentioned in the booking. The basin drain was slightly blocked. This was quickly attended to. Doors don’t close properly (interleading and bathroom) The entrance is very dark, unlike the picture shown on the booking site. There should be more lighting. The neon signs at the front make the entrance look very tacky, especially when it is so dimly lit.

TracieL1964 (10/5): Perfectly placed hotel - We have just returned from a 4 night stay. The area immediately around the hotel is a bit shabby (but safe) however, a very short walk and you're in the centre of things so an excellent location. The hotel itself is modern and clean (note, there are steps up to entrance ) and the reception staff are very helpful. Check in was easy and quick and luggage was taken to the room for us. We had a sea view room on 20th floor. Not the biggest room but fine for 2 of us. There wasn't much storage (no drawers) particularly in the bathroom but room was well equipped, hairdryer and toiletries all supplied, along with complimentary snacks and a mini bar. The bed was unbelievably comfortable! There was no kettle (important to us!) But reception were able to sort this out easily. Breakfast was OK, usual buffet style with something for everyone - again, staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was from 7 till 10am which was perfect as many of our trips involved early pick up. Overall, we had a great stay, the hotel was perfect for us and we'd stay there again.

The hotel’s location is ideal, making it very convenient to explore the city on foot and reach the main points of interest without hassle. 812johan (8/5): Thanks to Rosa maria - We booked two communicating superior double rooms with sea view for us and 2 grandchildren for 4 nights. At our arrival we received 2 rooms at the 24th floor but we were very deceived. Small rooms, small window with a side sea view, but impossible to open , and the airconditioning was not not working. They didn't feel at all as "superior". Luckily, at breakfast we spoke with Rosa Maria who did her utmost best to cheer us up, and to arrange a family room on the 27th floor, which was superb! Impressive views on the port and the sea, 2 bathrooms, and a much much bigger room. We thank Rosa Maria, she saved our holiday, as well with the rooms issue, as with her touristic advises and friendlyness. The best ambassador for the Panorama Hotel you can find!
