- HR14 (6/5): Well located budget rooms - It is located in the heart of Saigon, with all the historical locations (museum, Tan Binh market, cathedral etc) are at 15-20 minute drive. Also, cabs are easily available, and all the essentials including restaurants are just a 2 min walk.
