We enjoyed short conversations with many and found them interesting people and dedicated to working with the Hotel. The only downside is that currently there is not much directly near, walking distance, from the Hotel. Everything is a taxi ride. That said, it is equidistant from the Atlantis and Downtown.

- Muhammad Faiq (10/5): Outstanding stay & highly recommend - Outstanding from the time checkin till checkout, the lady @ reception Mehak she is just amazing with her client service skills,well spoken, friendly and very helpful, she made our stay amazing as she upgraded us to their suit which is the best to stay and enjoy your quality time , I highly recommend this property the breakfast and the Restaurent was also very impressive, those who don’t want or like too much crowd in your surrounding I think this is best place for them, I stayed in different properties of Movenpick but this is really nice and amazing, bed and mattress is so comfortable that one really don’t feel steeping out of it , hotel is so clean and they are following amazing SOP’s for covid 19 everything seems well sanitized , staff is very helpful friendly the great thing is everyone has a smile on their faces. Tv channels and boss sound systems given in room which is also amazing so for those who loves and enjoy such things like myself I highly recommend. Inbuilt mobile charges provided which is also great thing to have . Once again thank you Mehak you are great

- Verified traveler (10/5): - In true Dubai fashion, it was a little hard to find the entrance to this hotel. After 3 tries I found it. That was the only issue I encountered on my 2-night stay. The room was wonderful, clean, and comfortable (the largest bed I have ever seen in a hotel room). The hotel staff followed UAE COVID-19 regulations wonderfully. I opted to buy breakfast for both days when I checked-in and I was not disappointed with the selection and quality. The TV in the room was also equipped with Chrome Cast, which I know doesn't sound like much, but for me, it's a huge bonus to catch up on Netflix shows. Overall it was a great stay and I am looking forward to staying there again soon.

The cleanliness level is extensive. The sound insulation of the rooms is the best I have ever seen - you absolutely cannot hear anything from your neighbouring rooms, neither from the corridor or outside environment. Valet parking is a great addition - sometines we took amd gave the car 4 times a day and the helpfulness and smile on the Valet parking staff was always as big and welcoming. Highly recommend. Will definitely book this hotel every time we will come back to Dubai.

They were hospitable, friendly, ever-helpful, and always wears a smile. The hotel staff made our 5-day visit very enjoyable - starting from the swift check-in, to answering our queries promptly, and assisting us with our itinerary. What I felt was a little on the downside was the availability of amenities - for a 5-star hotel, I was expecting more. In addition, the toilet faucets felt a little lacking in quality. Also, the sea view room is a misnomer as the sea is really far away and you almost are not able to notice it. Overall, the price point is amazing and given the 6-star service by its staff, it is highly likely that I will return and stay with the same hotel in my future visits in Dubai.
