Blanca Esther (10/5): - La recepcionista, muy, muy amable. Limpieza a diario. Hervidor e infusiones en la habitación. Pequeño frigorífico que funcionaba bien. Cama grande y muy cómoda, así como las almohadas. La insonorización de la habitación muy buena. Llegamos tarde, fuera del horario de check-in, y se portaron muy bien: permitieron que nuestra hija que ya estaba en Nápoles, pudiera recoger las llaves. Todo muy bien. Si volvemos a Nápoles, repetiría. Está muy bien localizado. Por decir algo, había aparato de aire, que no pudimos modificar, para dar un poco más de calor. Era mediados de febrero y hacía un poco de frío. La habitación solo era para dormir. Había ropa suficiente en la cama y no pasamos frío. Imagino que en verano funcionará bien el aparato.

Nadja (8/5): Come a casa - La signora Alessandra è professionale, premurosa e precisa. Nonostante l'orario d'arrivo non fosse stato accettato da Booking, ci ha contattate al momento della prenotazione per rassicurarci e il primo giorno, appena arrivate, ci ha accolte personalmente. Inoltre, ci ha illustrato il territorio, dandoci consigli preziosi sui percorsi da seguire e sulle tappe da non perdere. L'alloggio è in pieno centro. Da lì si raggiunge facilmente la Stazione Centrale, la Metro, il Centro Storico, Spaccanapoli e poi negozi, bar, ristoranti, supermercati, tutto a piedi in dieci-venti minuti. La strada su cui affaccia è sempre trafficata, ma le finestre insonorizzano bene i rumori esterni. La stanza è pulitissima, i servizi sono comodi e pratici. È come stare a casa propria, ma con le monoporzioni di bagnoschiuma e qualcuno che ti ordina le cose quando esci. La doccia è alla mano, ma fa quello che deve fare. C'è stato un piccolo intoppo con il lavandino che è stato sistemato immediatamente. Il materasso era piuttosto duro per la mia lombalgia, tuttavia ho potuto usufruire di numerosi cuscini morbidi e sono riuscita a riposare tranquillamente. Infine, non avevo capito che mancasse la colazione, ma è stata una piacevole scusa per provare gli ottimi bar della zona. Ci siamo trovate molto bene. Quando tornerò a Napoli, è più che probabile che alloggerò di nuovo qui.

Lorena-felicia (10/5): Best accomodation in Piazza Garibaldi - Honestly this accomodation exceeded my expectations. I needed a place to stay close to the train station. This place was amazing and the price decent. Most of the accomodations in this area are very expensive given the poor services they provide. I was definitely pleased with my choice and I highly recommend Alambrado rooms. Things I liked: - very good price - main station nearby - clean and spacious place - balcony with main street view - friendly staff (they reply within minutes to every request you might have) - a sfogliatela and coffee shop next door -lots of retaurants nearby (L'Antica Pizzeria Da Michele just a few minutes away) - great wi-fi

The hostess was very friendly and made our whole family feel very welcome. The one thing I'd have changed if I could.. the single beds were more comfy than the double. But still had a good night sleep.

Rhys (10/5): Great accommodation to explore Naples and surrounds - Excellent accommodation with friendly, helpful staff. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Location is great with easy access to Napoli centrale station and metro. Plenty of food options nearby. We read plenty of previous reviews about the bad neighbourhood but this was just a typical Naples area (maybe guests had only experienced other parts of Italy previously) - the accommodation is secure in a private building on a main street which is well lit and plenty of people around.

Mangelillas (8/5): Good price/location room in napoli - B&B is closed to Garibaldi and central station and in a main street, but you don't really get any noises. In around 10min you are in the city center and in 30min in the sea. Personal was very nice and helpful and they always reply very quickly in booking or WhatsApp. Room was big enough, we didn't spend much time there, just sleep and shower. But everything went great Can't say anything bad about it.

Sinead (9/5): Great location, great staff and a clean room at an affordable price! - The accomodation was in a great location, close enough to the train station but also to the town. Also we had arrived a bit earlier, and the lovely cleaning lady let us check into our rooms a couple of hours before hand. The room was spacious and spotless and despite the building being on a really busy street, we did not hear any of the noise in our room. Considering the price we paid this accomodation was very good! The only thing we weren't big fans off was the bed sheet, we felt like we were sleeping on a type of plastic underlay, which isnt great for comfort. But other than that the place was spotless

Stefan (7/5): Good - Location was as expected, very close to the station and just on the edge of the old town and, although right in the middle of the noise, the room was not noisy as the windows were on the side of the building. There was nothing that I could fault and the staff members that I've met were really kind and helpful with those couple of questions and demands that I had. AC was working properly and it made a difference considering the warm nights that we had but with the room quite small, it felt like blowing over the bed and a bit too noisy. Liked that we had a good working fridge. Although they were nice and everything worked as expected, the room was a lot smaller than expected from the pictures. For the two of us is felt constantly crowded and this would be the only reason for me not to return but try and look for something else. I did not like the lights at all, they were all the white economic colour, the "hospital white" as I call it. A bit of effort to make the room welcoming and "warm" would have been nice.

Julio Cesar (10/5): The best option in Naples - We had a perfect stay in Naples and Alambrado B&B contributed to it. Location: it's super close to Piazza Garibaldiz, a walking distance that less than 10 minutes. If you get there by train or probably going to Vesuvius/Pompeii, that's a perfect spot. Besides that, it's near to two of the best pizzas I ate in my life: Sorbillo (indicated by the owner of Alambrado, whom was very helpful and friendly all the time, and Da Michele). Room: everything fresh and new, good space, air conditioning works perfect, refrigerator in the room, bathroom is also all fresh and an amazing shower, all you need at the end of the day after walking on Pompeii. Staff: just wonderful! Explained all about the city, how to get to Pompeii and even printed the timetable of the trains to/from Pompeii. Besides that, since there ir no reception 24/7, he offered his personal number in case we needed something. Really nice! Cleanliness: daily cleaning, everything you expect when staying at a hotel. Overall: I'd totally stay in Alambrado again and when I come back to Naples, for sure I will book here.

Larissa (8/5): Preço bom em Nápoles - Acho que demos azar, pois chegamos em um domingo de manhã e só tinha a camareira no local, que não fala inglês/ espanhol e foi dificil a comunicação e até encontrar em qual andar estava o hotel. Estava com check in disponivel a partir das 11h mas chegamos nesse horario e tivemos que deixar só as malas e voltar depois das 14h para o check in. O quarto é confortável, limpo e novo! Fica super perto da Estação Central, além de dar pra ir caminhando pra parte histórica da cidade (embora a redondeza não seja bonita)

The hotel is very basic, but had the amenities we needed. We were disappointed to have to pay 15 euros for a late check in. The location was good but at night was a little scary.
