Guest Reviews
- Margaret (8/5): - Room is tiny but well appointed. Staff was friendly
- Patrick (2/5): - The room is tiny and not suitable for two people. No space to put anything and the bathroom was falling apart
- Zlatko (6/5): - All you get is a small room & a bathroom, there isn't much room to move around. The room is clean, and the hotel is close to activities..
- Robin (10/5): - Great location, easy walk to metros, stores and cafés. The staff was always friendly and helpful, especially Widnel!! Thanks. Although they do need to get their ice machine fixed!!
- Jose (10/5): - Close enough to the Eiffel Tower.
- Cameron (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay would recommend to anyone
- Lee (2/5): - When I arrived at the property and got my room, it was 31c inside the room. The property has no climate control or air circulation system. I had to open the window which made it very noisy and a lot of light came in at night. One afternoon I was taking a nap and the door opened a stranger walked into my room. Thank goodness I was not undressed or worse. They saw me and left. Nobody contacted me I had to go down to the lobby to complain. They said it was a mistake and apologized, it was insincere. They don't respect the privacy or security of the guests.
- Marie-Catherine (10/5): Agreable hotel calme - Sejour agreable et reposant.
Hotel tres bien situé.
- Alma Erika (10/5): - Excelente servicio
- Wen (10/5): - Clean and quiet boutique hotel, which is a rare find with ubiquitous police sirens blaring everywhere right before the Olympics. The room is on the smaller side. Close proximity to Commerce Metro and couple of bus stops, very convenient. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower. Good News Coffee Shop down the street and La Chouette nearby are good spots for breakfast. The staff are always fantastic. They even prepared coffee and croissants for us for our ride to the airport!
- Roupen (6/5): Stair Master - Single elevator broke with us staying on the 5th floor. Hotel room was a good value, but the balcony looks out onto a street and school. Not much of a view. Overpriced breakfast, which should be complementary.
- Sandra (10/5): - Love the hotel, the staff was always nice and very helpful
- Nooshin (10/5): - Nice clean boutique hotel. Front desk staff were super helpful and nice. We travelled as a family with my elderly father who sometimes sat in the lobby, watched people and talked with Arif who was very courteous to him.
Room was small but clean with a comfortable bed. Many restaurants only a short walk away. 5 minute walk to the Commerce Metro.
- Dominique (10/5): Superbe endroit - Merci beaucoup pour votre accueil chaleureux et la superbe chambre du dernier étage
- Verified traveler (2/5): A fuir !
- jose (8/5): First timers in France - It was a good hotel just a bit tiny and relative far from the tourist areas. it was alright
- Salvatore (6/5): - Propre...mais petite chambre....salle de petit déjeuner petite et mal placée...hôtel silencieux...rapport qualité prix convenable....bien positionné dans le quinzième...
- Cornel (10/5): - Great stay! Great breakfast!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Tiny Rooms in Great Location - All-in-all this is a great stay. The location is great, the staff is very friendly and the place is clean and well maintained.
The rooms and the bathroom are tiny and the breakfast is just ok for the price.
- Tanaya (10/5): - Property was nice and small. Not a lot of people in and out. Only thing is the temperature of the rooms are all the same. Not a fan of that.
- Josefina (10/5): Paris….New Home!! - Love, Love, love the hotel,
Very Chic!!
- Peter (10/5): - This is a GEM of a hotel to stay at while in Paris. VERY friendly and kind staff, clean and well designed rooms, and the breakfast was excellent. 2 blocks from Paris Metro! I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends!
- Roberto (10/5): - Excellent Boutique Hotel with wonderful staff willing to help you and guide you!
- Nick (10/5): Nice little place - Very friendly , quiet and pleasantly off the beaten track
- Verified traveler (6/5): Nice location - Reception staff were helpful. Location was great, lots of restaurants and bakeries close by. 2 nearby metro stations and a 20 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. Quiet area. The room itself was clean, however, smaller than expected and bathroom was tiny too. The room as cold, the thermostat didn't go above 20 degrees celsius, which is the reason I give this hotel a lower rating. Otherwise, this is a great place to stay in central Paris.
- Jarimy (2/5): WORST HOTEL IN PARIS! - HORRIBLE! BEWARE! Do NOT stay at this place. It is more like a 1/2 star. Gross, unclean, rude, underemployed, and totally misleading and dishonest. Hotels.com rating system is usually really good. However this one is really really BAD! This is the first time the rating system was wrong.
- Verified traveler (8/5): One day getaway in PARIS - Overall great experience the moment we step in the front desk gave great service. The hotel is small and cute. The rooms are small ,cute and clean. I didn't eat the breakfast but it looked good when I passed by in the morning to go get some coffee.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great location, only a mile walk to the eiffel tower but didnt feel like a touristy area. Room was chic and clean and staff was super friendly and helpful. Room is very tiny though! Breakfast was great, and a cozy little courtyard peovides some privacy.
- Nelly (6/5): - Clean hotel , clean room. However bathroom was separated from the rest of the room by curtain and no door, bottom of the shower had a plastic flooring for some reason which made very loud cracking noises when you were showering. But location was good - close to subway and local restaurant etc
- Emmanouil (8/5): Worth your money - Nice and clean but small room free coffee and water every day very nice breakfast ,comfortable bed close to market place
- Lars (10/5): Perfect stay for a romantic getaway - This was a great stay! We really enjoyed how the neighborhood felt local but that it was within comfortable walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. There were plenty of meal choices in the area that were not as expensive as the more touristy parts of the city. Staff was very nice and hospitable and the room was clean. Excellent value!
- Verified traveler (10/5): Modern, Very Clean, and Convenient Hotel - A very nice boutique hotel in the 15th that is modern, very clean and well-equipped for a good stay (no carpet - Yay!) The 24-hour staff are very thoughtful and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and with residential, shopping and restaurants around. Would definitely stay here again on next trip to Paris.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Loved my stay in Paris here! The hotel is all new & very clean, staff is super friendly and speak English. Breakfast is delicious, area is quiet and also near to cafes and shops for convenience. Short walking distance the metro. Would definitely stay here again!
- Mike (10/5): - Nice boutique hotel, good breakfast. 20 minute walk fron eiffel tower.
- Don (8/5): - This is a very cute boutique hotel in the 15th arrondissement. You will feel like a local when you stay here in the best possible way. Easy access to multiple metro lines make it easy to see all of Paris. Very clean and great staff.
- RK (10/5): - Very clean. Friendly, helpful and engaging staff. A hidden gem! Out of main tourist area, but close enough to walk to sites (Eiffel Tower for example) in about 30 min.
- Ann (10/5): - Service was wonderful
- David (10/5): Wonderful Paris break. - An absolutely wonderful 5 night stay at this hotel. The hotel is beautifully laid out and the staff are welcoming and friendly. It is handy for the local metro to get around to see all of Paris's main attractions. The local area is excellent for getting a real feel of local life and has some excellent, well priced eateries.
- Barbara (10/5): - This location was very central to our needs. We were able to walk to local eateries and even walked to Eiffel Tower from there (the train station was close by too for those who didn't want to walk). I found the concierge at the hotel amazing and were super helpful with everything. Loved it was a small hotel but had all the amenities we needed. Breakfast looks lovely too (although we didn't have it)
- Nathan (10/5): Good location - Small rooms. Awesome breakfast.
- Andre (6/5): - The room we ordered was a twin room. We were supposed to get a "Superior Twin Room" . It was an extremely small room, with 2 good beds but which could be barely separated. Thee word "superior" was solely related to the bill, at a cost of the room of 166Euros/night, including taxes but without breakfast. The very disappointing experience of getting such a room was partially compensated by the kind and cordial service we got from staff
- Manon (10/5): - The rooms are very small but the staff is great and rooms are very clean and modern.
- Sameer (10/5): - Arif was amazing
- Michelle (10/5): Nice place - Hotel was new, clean and in a good location. Staff was attentive and very friendly. Would stay again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Excellent!
- G.I. (10/5): - What a jewel this little hotel is. So clean, staff so friendly, went out of their way to help with anything we needed. I am looking firward to returning and staying rhere once more. Everyone in our party was equally as thrilled to having stayed there during our trip.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was diversely prepared. The rooms however were quite small. Everything else was Magnifique!!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Wonderful! Excellent location, extremely helpful staff, and very nice room! We would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend!
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great small boutique hotel - Very clean, modern with an above average breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff.
In a residential district with bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets very close. Commerce metro station a 4 minute walk with easy access to the sights.
Easily walkable to the Eiffel Tower - about 20 mins. There is a lovely park across the street with a large fountain.
Nice courtyard garden for breakfast which we also used to eat on an evening when we brought food in. We were even offered plates and cutlery.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - We've booked the "Superior Double Room, 1 Queen Bed, Non Smoking, City View" 2 months prior to our arrival date however what we got was definitely not this, there was no queen bed but two separated single beds. When we asked to change it the response we got was: "oh sorry there was a mistake but we don't have any rooms with queen bed available for you." - basically saying they couldn't give us the room we've booked for 2 months ahead. As for the "City View" there was nothing but the back of the concrete block buildings - not even a street visible. Overall, all I can say is this is false advertising at its best and we are utterly disappointed. It is a shame that there was no form of compensation offered either.
- ttx (10/5): - Great hotel, We had no problem. Everything was quite fine.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - I loved everything about the hotel. Its small but very clean and well maintained. The staff was great and really helpful, they printed out tickets for me and even helped book my shuttle to the airport. The breakfast was great- crepes, pancakes, yogurt, fruit salad, cereal, croissants, etc!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Polite and friendly staff, good location. Room very small but as expected. Shelf in shower was falling off but apart from that clean and well looked after
- Verified traveler (10/5): - We have been to Paris many times. This was the 1st time we have stayed in the 15th. We wanted somewhere quieter but still a hotel with great beds, towels, breakfast, fluffy white robes, etc. the staff was fantastic and the location ideal. This hotel is a gem!
- Leslie (10/5): A Perfect Stay That Won't Break The Bank - Our stay here was absolutely perfect. The room was somewhat small, but it was extremely clean and well designed. For me and my wife by ourselves, it was perfect. Since we went during the summer, we needed a room with climate control, and ours was perfectly cool the entire time. The front desk attendants were always extremely kind and helpful. The location was also very nice - it seemed safe in the area, and we had easy access to all of the major spots in Paris. It was only about 15-20 minutes walking to the Eiffel Tower, and only a minute or two to the nearest subway station, with plenty of bus stops even closer. If you're looking for a good hotel in Paris that won't break the bank, I highly recommend this one!
- Dario (10/5): - In on word Excellent. The location is great super clean and the staff is friendly. For those who need fast internet the internet in this hotel is one of the fastest I have encountered in Paris. Conveniently located near the Eiffel Tower and many other locations, shops and restaurants.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - It's seclusion. Only 20 minute walk to Eiffel tower. If you want to see how Parisian's live, this is the place to stay. The staff could not have been more helpful. They help with the rental car, places to see, restaurants to eat at. Know request was denied, they bent over backwards to help us. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.
