• Anna (6/5): Fine place for a few days. - The location was exceptional!!! One of the windows couldn't be opened. Difficult to get the door keys (box doesn't open smoothly). Minor things need fixing.

We're able to get in early and drop bags so didn't have to fund suitcase storage on first day. Had a little balcony. Hot water wasnt available until 08.00 so cold shower on morning we had an early start. Sofa bed mattress wasnt very comfortable.

• Anke (10/5): Ich würde das Appartement jederzeit wieder mieten! - Sehr hübsches, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement, das sehr zentral gelegen, aber dennoch absolut ruhig ist. Statt des Straßenlärms hört man nur die Vögel im Hinterhof. Der Vermietungsprozess lief sehr seriös ab.
• Wiebke (9/5): Mit Oropax perfekt für eine wunderschöne Woche in Florenz im Frühling. - Die Unterkunft ist klein und schnuckelig mit allem was man so braucht. Am späten Nachmittag konnte man auf dem Bett sitzend wunderbar die Sonnenstrahlen genießen (Reisezeit: Anfang April). Der Vermieter Alessio ist sehr bemüht und bietet seine Hilfe an. Die Schlafzimmertür liegt direkt am Treppenhaus, da hört man alles und die Fenster lassen sich trotz perfekter Anleitung aus konstruktiven Gründen nicht dicht schließen, da hört man stark den Straßenlärm (Mopeds, Autos und Partypeople).

Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, eine Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine konnte den ersten Kaffeedurst stillen. Teebeutel, Zucker, Salz etc. waren ebenso vorhanden. Mit dem Check In hat alles gut geklappt. Der 'Balkon' verdient seinen Namen nicht - eigentlich ein Austritt für Raucher mit 1 qm
• Malaika (10/5): Superbe appartement - l'emplacement est parfait, dans un quartier qui garde de l'authenticité (et pourtant à 10 minutes à pied du centre hyper touristique), la petite terrasse vraiment agréable, ensemble très propre, communication facile avec les gestionnaires. Le matelas du lit était trop mou pour moi, mais il pourrait plaire ainsi à d'autres voyageurs, c'est une question d'habitude !

Location: excellent location, really short walk away from the Basilica down a nice road, loads of shops outside including a really nice coffee shop over the road, felt really safe Facilities: bed super comfy, spacious apartment, little balcony super sweet, kitchen stocked with everything we needed to cook our own meals and also had a dishwasher! Cleanliness: very clean, no complaints! Very random but stairwell up to apartment is very dark so make sure to turn the light on by the flat door or front door downstairs or have your phone torch handy!
• Emma (4/5): Logement décevant au vu du prix - Le logement est bien situé, la salle de bain est correcte En arrivant au logement, nous avons pu constater que le frigo était minuscule. Nous aurions aimé que le propriétaire nous en informe au minimum. Quand nous lui avons évoqué notre surprise face à la taille de frigo, il n’a pas paru plus embarrassé que ça a l’idée de nous laisser une semaine avec cela, il nous a seulement expliqué qu’il avait cassé avec les précédents locataires et que c’était une solution de dépannage. Pratique quand on veut déjeuner à l’appartement… Le logement est très mal isolé et les fenêtres ne ferment pas. Nous avons donc très mal dormi. Aussi, les ustensiles de cuisine et couverts étaient mal lavés, nous avons du tout relavé soigneusement le premier soir. Enfin, on a continué à déchanter quand le dernier soir nous avons eu le droit à une coupure d’eau pendant notre douche. Logement à éviter vu son prix.

• Brandy (10/5): A fantastic place to stay in Florence - The apartment is in a great location. Nice and clean and very quiet as we were at the rear of the building. Everything we needed was there and the owner very nice and easy to contact. As others have mentioned there is no lift which wasn't an issue for us. You can walk to everything and there is a grocery store near by if you need/want supplies. Maybe more pillows would be great as the ones on the bed are thin as crackers. There isn't anything we didn't like and would happily stay again.

Ci ha dato anche la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli qualche ora in più. Alloggio molto pulito. Un po rumoroso a causa della finestra che dà sulla strada principale.

There was nothing that I did not like, but for others, just be mindful that there is no elevator.

Para quem chega de viagem ( no caso 99% dos hóspedes), com bagagens e enfrentam àquela escadaria para chegar no apto, pelo menos uma água para refrescar ajudaria um pouco.

Kuş sesleri ile güne başlayacaksınız.Mutfak eşyaları var fakat bir kısmı yıpranmış. Bulaşık makinesinin filtresi temizlenmemiş, banyo gideri tıkanıyor, yastıklar çok ince ve başla seçeneğiniz yok. Mutfak teflon tavaları çok eskimiş ve ev sahibi bu konuda çok ilgili umarım yakın zamanda yeniler. Bize getirmeye çalıştı ama biz artık son günümüz olduğu için istemedik.

• Sergey (7/5): Our deepest gratitude to the owner for helping us call a taxi on the day of departure at 4am. - Warm and welcoming host, excellent location of the apartment in the historical center, cleanliness and reasonable comfort in the room, high-quality Internet. The location of the apartment is not clearly marked and differs from the instructions in the owner's letter. Thus, the description of access to the apartment does not indicate: - that you need to go up 4 flights of stairs; - the apartment number is not indicated (number 3); - there is no sign on the door (there was a sign in the photo). All this is misleading and causes problems for both the owner and the guests.
• Simon (8/5): Highly recommended - Spacious, well equipped, in good condition, excellent Wifi and great location Balcony is tiny but the advert makes it sound much bigger than it really is - this needs to be made clearer. The air conditioning works but is limited to a minimum temperature of 18C - it would be good to have the option of making it a bit cooler. The shower is also very weak with poor water flow (although temperature range is good).

• Marcelo (6/5): Fair stay in a well located, but no very well maintened studio - This studio is located in Piazza San Marco, close to the main attractions of Florence (Palazzo Vecchio, Duomo, Uffizi Gallery, etc). The location is very good, but one has to consider that Florence is a small city, so most attractions are close by. The manager Alessio was very nice and responded to my messages very quickly. This studio is located on the second floor of a historic building, with no lift available. The entrance of the building is poorly maintained and not very clean (needs to be repainted and cleaned at least twice a week). During my 9-day stay, I never saw anyone cleaning the entrance.The room is small, but the bathroom is fine, with an adequate shower box. The studio has no microwave, toaster or washing/drying machine, all of which are essential itens in any accommodation and were available in the studio I stayed in Rome. The air conditioning has no power to keep the room in a confortable temperature (around 22 degrees Celsius), so I felt hot in at least 2 nights of my stay (I would suggest either changing the A/C to a more powerful one or adding a fan to the room). The room needs to be repainted so as to give a better impression of cleanliness. Also, the building has no place to accommodate luggage for visitors arriving before check-in time or leaving after check-out time. The only option available is to store luggage in another place, located 700 m away from the studio.

• Markéta (6/5): Bad accommodation - The accommodation is really in the center. Walking distance from the station. Close to cafes, shops. The shower was great. A very narrow staircase leads to the room. The room was a disappointment. Dirty walls and splotches of dead mosquitoes, mold on the bathroom window, dust. The room was full of mosquitoes. I have never experienced so many mosquitoes, we were bitten all over. The kitchen is no longer in the best condition. Electric kettle and coffee maker dusty and dirty. Noise from passing cars under the window. We really didn't enjoy it. The photos on the booking do not correspond to the actual condition. We wanted to post pictures of the mold, but for some reason it doesn't work.

• Abby (5/5): Passable - I loved the location. It was very easy to get around Florence as it is a small town and it is close to the train station. The airbnb was accommodating in letting us leave our things in the apartment before check-in. The cleaning staff left all of the windows open (we stayed in May), and upon arrival it was extremely hot and filled with bugs! The mosquitoes were the worst, my friend and I had trouble sleeping with so many in the room and going by us at night.

• Seneca (8/5): Very good - Really go location walking distance to city center. Apartment clean and comfortable. The kitchen was a bit small but adequate enough to make a hot meal. My main concern was the how hot the water was. Someone could hurt themself. It took time to adjust it to a good temperature but a lot of water was wasted as well as electricity in doing so. Please if possible set the maximum hot water temperature to 50-60 degrees on the boiler.

• Miah (6/5): It was fine but regret staying there for as long as we did - It was a good location, very walkable to anything we wanted to do It was small, stuffy, a little grimy and didn’t have good luggage access. Shower pressure was okay but temperature wouldn’t last longer than 4 mins. Kitchen was small, would be okay for a short stay but definitely not for how long we were there (9 days)
• Carolina (7/5): Good - Perfect location, close to city center! Main bedroom nice and clean, nice big shower! Place needs a bit of general cleaning, especially sofa bed accessories like duvet or topper! Sofa bed not very comfortable, very hard to sleep in it. Check out a bit early and no possibility to leave luggage so not very convenient for tourists with few begs, luckily there’s lots of luggage’s drop off places where to leave them! A welcome kit would be nice, even just a bottle of water in the fridge would be appreciated!
• Helen (10/5): Perfect location, lovely apartment. - The apartment is a lovely size and right next to all the places you will want to visit in Florence. The apartment is so quiet inside it it lovely to chill out in after a long day sightseeing. The added bonus is the balcony, even though it is small we still enjoyed sitting at the table with a glass of wine looking over the roof tops, We would definitely book this apartment again. Nothing.
• Debbie (5/5): Passable - Location was very good, apartment was spacious Place needs a deep clean, didn't feel comfortable using any of the kitchen equipment apart from a glass which I washed myself first. Floor felt sticky, shower only wiped over, definitely not cleaned properly. Hosts even messaged to ask us not to leave a review lower than a score of 8 which I found very strange. Lots of stairs to walk up which we were warned about but very difficult with large suitcases

• Daphne (9/5): A very cozy room in the heart of Firenze - The location was great! The apartment was located in a relatively quiet area of the city but still very close to all the activities and restaurants in the old city centre and the Duomo (10 min walk) and the train station (15min walk). The apartment covered all our needs and the bed and bathroom were very comfortable. The apartment had very good airconditioning and a smart tv which we really enjoyed. Not a complaint or a problem for us; but for those who cannot walk very well it is good to be aware that there will be stairs in the building the apartment is located and no elevator.

Gave us a number for the parking that is supposed to be provided but we text and called and no response. Very inaccessible for people with mobility issues but no mention of that, very steep stairs. Terrace was very dirty. Sofa bed is uncomfortable. Host asked us not to leave a review if less than 8 ... very weird, keep that in mind.

Owner responded very promptly and was very helpful. Stairs were pretty steep and narrow for my husband. Wish there had been an elevator. The kitchen could use better pots/pans and a new cleaner cutting board. Wish there was a washer instead of a dishwasher.

The location is convenient to all the place, and 20mins max to the train station! the photo shows isn’t our room. our room is very small so we can hardly open our luggage. the other thing is we have to climb to the 2rd floor. if u don’t have luggage it is fine!
