• Adam (5/5): Good place with big shortcomings - The place was really big and nicely located in the historical district. Very high ceiling and lots of useful amenities like heaters and AC. The cleanliness of the place was the biggest problem - there were leftover nails in the bathroom, we had a roaming cockroach, what looks like black mold in the refrigerator, and most of the surfaces weren't cleaned at all based on the layers of dust, toilet brush had leftovers feces from other guests. Couldn't use the inside terrace as it was infested by a swarm of flying bugs. The place was informed about the problem with cleanliness, but did nothing to fix that, other than a sorry message. The 'view' is just a window to a building with drying clothes. TV is too old to use streaming services other than Netflix.

• Sarah Louise (9/5): Fabulous apartment with a great location - The property is extremely well placed, right in the centre of Malaga old town and is easily accessible with a wheelchair. The area is full of lovely restaurants, bars, shops and museums and the harbour is only a 10min walk and has a really nice walkway, again with nice coffee shops, etc. There are also some really nice 'beach-hut style stalls, selling good quality, well priced clothes and souvenirs. The property is very well equipped with cooking utensils and although you will have to buy all basics (salt, pepper, oil etc) the supermarket only in the next street. The bed is extremely comfortable and although the property is on a little side street with a number of bars, you don't hear any noise in the bedroom. The apartment was cold initially as the heating wasn't working properly, but the letting agents were in constant contact and supplied extra electric heaters which were more than adequate. We would definitely stay here again.

• Lina (6/5): Perfekte Lage aber in der wohnung wird an vielen Ecken gespart - Die Lage war wirklich perfekt, die Größe der Unterkunft war auch super! Wir haben sehr gut in dem Bett geschlafen! Die Einrichtung war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, der Couchtisch sah nicht mehr so schön aus, überall ist der Lack abgeplatzt. Von der Theke aus konnten wir leider gar nicht essen, da die Stühle viel zu hoch waren. Die Küche war etwas sparsam eingerichtet. Sowas wie Backpapier oder Öl wären super gewesen. Leider war das Fenster zur Straße wirklich sehr sehr dünn sodass wir die Baustelle gegenüber zwischen 8 und 15 Uhr eigentlich immer gehört haben. Auch am Toilettenpapier wurde gespart, sodass es nicht bis zum Ende unseres Aufenthaltes gereicht hat.
• Barbara (8/5): Alles in unmittelbarer Nähe und gute Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung. - Top Lage, hübsche Einrichtung, Küche recht gut ausgestattet. Der Balkon entsprach nicht den Bildern beim Buchen. Er ist quasi in mitten der Wohnung, also umgeben von deren Wänden und einfach ein Loch offen gegen oben. Natürlich befinden sich noch mehrere Wohnetagen darüber. Es ist somit kein Ort zum Verweilen und Geniessen. Er bildet eher die Abstellkammer für die Putzsachen, was Sinn macht. In meinem Fall wäre eine Waschmaschine von Vorteil gewesen.
• Britt (9/5): Dejligt sted, og vi kommer gerne igen. - Perfekt beliggenhed Lidt ærgerligt over terrassen. Lejligheden ligger på 1. Sal, så der er ligesom en skakt altanen ligger i bunden af, så ingen sol og masser af fjer fra duerne.

The building had a very unpleasant cooking smell which got worse as the week went on. Very difficult to sleep.as bed uncomfortable. Bathroom needs upgraded too. Overall disappointed with Apartment which spoilt my weeks break.

• Jasvinder (1/5): Never again - i feel cheated of my money. - location. There were cockroaches in the apartment. The floor was sticky and dusty. There were mites in the sofa. The smell of frying is very strong and hard to take. The drying rack is under the aircon condenser so clothes were wet. A neighbour told us off for using the aircon saying that the owners know about the issue. The counter table is impossible to use as it is too high. it is shocking that this place wanted a deposit when the place is unhygienic. I will be contacting booking.com too.

• Rosa (9/5): Superb - The apartment is nice and spacious with a great kitchen. We missed some small things like a kitchen towel and some extra blankets. The apartment also got pretty cold and its a bit weird that there’s cameras hanging around (even if it says they’re not on during the stay).
• Helena (10/5): Exceptional - The location was excellent, very near Picasso Square and the apartment was well equipped, and we stayed for 7 nights. WiFi wasn't working when we arrived but emailed the agency and it was fixed immediately, a very quick response. A plug in the sink in the bathroom sink would be handy.
• Tonni (9/5): We had a very pleasent stay at this apartment, and we would not hesitate to rent it again! - One of the many positive things to highlight is the staff - they were very friendly and helpful in all matters, and always easy to reach by WhatsApp. The apartment itself was clean, nice and cozy and everything (dishwasher, washing machine and so) was working as it should. There is a big super market just around the corner. Providing a sleeping blanket (and sheets and linens) for the comfortable sofa bed, would be a nice (and simple) upgrade. The 3 white barstools for the kitchen table is a bit too clumsy in my (and my friends) opinion - two simple ones could do the trick. Besides these small "issues", there is nothing else to mention here.

• Mohammed (8/5): Very good - The apartment was cute, comfortable and in a great location. It would have been nice in an apartment to have a few more items in the kitchen, like some dishtowels, some salt and pepper, a small bottle of oil. Then it would feel like a proper apartment, with a kitchen ready for cooking.
