- ミドジュノ (8/5): - 目的地からも近くて回りにコンビニや飲食店もあって便利でした お部屋も１人で利用しましたが ベッドも広くて寝心地良かったです アメニティも揃っていて２泊したけど補充もあり親切だな とおもいました お部屋も清潔感があり良かっです カーテン開けたかったけれど 直ぐ隣のビルがあった為 気になって開けられませんでした ロケーションが良くなかったです

- Gabriele (8/5): Nice location, ideal for a few days - The location of the hotel is really good, with lots of convenience stores and easy public transportation. The employees were always very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. Although we were already expecting, the bedroom was really small but okay for a few days. The pillows were very hard also, and there was only one elevator.

- Roxanne (9/5): A great stay in a quiet room that is conveniently located near public transport. - I have stayed here when I visited Japan before and it was still excellent. The room is quiet, which I find very important. I like the neighborhood too, including the nearby shrines. Staff is always friendly. Easy to travel from here to other parts of Tokyo as public transport is nearby.

- Anastasiia (8/5): - Близко к станции метро, удобная ветка. Рядом красивый парк. В отеле меняют полотенца каждый день. Рядом с отелем family mart. Кровать очень удобная и теплое воздушное одеяло. В номере чайник, фен На весь отель один лифт, ждать иногда долго. Кондиционер центральный, у себя в номере не поставить на обогрев ,например, а в номере прохладно. Бесплатного кофейного аппарата нет, как у нас было в отеле в Осаке и в Киото, а цена за номер намного выше. Хотелось бы больше бесплатных ушных палочек (всего 1 в день на человека)

- Petra (10/5): Hotel se skvelou polohou, kdybychom se vraceli do Tokya, ubytujeme se radi znovu. - Krasny, cisty hotel na idealnim miste - 10min od zastavky Komagone na zelene lince, na ktere lezi vsechny dulezite zastavky. Takze pro dopravu po meste idealni lokace a okoli hotelu je velmi klidne, se spoustou kombini a restauraci kolem. Pokoj byl mensi, ale funkcni.

- JJ (10/5): - 5 minutes walk from komagome station which is a JR yamanote line so you basically connected to every popular district in Central Tokyo. Located in a quiet street and convenient stores nearby. Bed is super comfy and we loved the TV channels provided. Hot shower and in-room amenities are great as well The room is relatively small but okay with the price paid. No complaint.

- Harunobu (8/5): 疲れた身体をREFAIN出来るホテルであった。 - 立地場所は都内中心地から離れているが、料金は都内のホテルよりの中でも安く設定されていること。また、毎日、ベットメイキングのサービスがあること。長期出張に向いている事。 冷蔵庫があと少し大きく、クール宅急便も安心して預けられること。ゴミ箱をチェックしてIDカードなど重要なものが間違って捨てられていないかをチェックして欲しかった。書類は捨てるときに破っていなかったら捨てないで欲しい。間違って捨てたかもしれないから。帰って来たら一言声をかけて、捨てたかもしれないIDや書類については捨てた方がいか聞いて欲しかった。長期出張では、疲れているので、間違う可能性があるから、長期滞在の場合は、チェックサービスをして欲しかった。

- Mark (8/5): Convenient, comfortable, clean. - Well located. Very clean. Straightforward to deal with. The large tv at end of bed & the AI concierge. But they weren’t a big deal.

- Fabrice (9/5): Confortable et pratique - Hôtel calme et propre. La chambre est spacieuse et bien équipée. Il y a un espace sous le lit pour les valises, ce qui est très pratique. Le petit déjeuner était très bon. L'hôtel est bien placé, proche de la ligne Yamanote et Namboku qui permettent d'aller dans tous les quartiers principaux de la ville. Le personnel était très compétent et sympathique. Dommage que je ne pouvais pas ouvrir la fenêtre de me chambre pour faire aérer. Une laverie serait appréciable pour un hôtel de ce standing.

- Junko (3/5): 2泊3日、熱帯の部屋で、ゆっくり休むこともできず、ひたすら疲れただけです(泣く！)時間とエネルギー、返してほしいですーー！宿泊代もーー！！😱😱 - 良かった点もあると思いますが、今は浮かびません 14階(最上階)の部屋に宿泊しましたが、12月なのに、室内の温度が28°〜30°近くまで上がってしまい、暑くて暑くて、死にそうでした！ スタッフの人の対応も途中まで、ぜんぜんダメで。。。全室、一貫 空調で、各部屋で、温度を調整することができない！ということです！ そのため、最上階の私の部屋は、太陽の暑さが屋根からと、東側の窓からも伝わって、昼間も、夜の23時ころも 27〜28°から下がらず、夜も熱帯夜で、なかなか眠れませんでした！ 結局、2泊3日の真ん中の日は、部屋でゆっくりしたかったのですが、仕方なく外出したり、夕方や夜はスタッフ2〜3人の方が、冷風機に氷水を入れたり、ほんの少しだけ開く窓と、部屋のドアも開けて(夜の23時、24時に廊下から部屋の中が丸見えで、セキュリティ上、すごく危ない状態)風通しを良くしないと、なかなか部屋の温度が25°にも下がってくれない状態に。。。(熱帯夜状態で！泣く！) 結局、夜中の0時前後に、小1時間くらい、全室に冷房を効くようにして、私の部屋の温度は、やっと23°〜24°くらいに下がりました！ 熱帯夜はなんとか逃れて、朝まで眠れましたが。。。😱😱 アパホテルさん、すごい勢いで、ガンバッテいますが、 まだまだスタッフ(社員)教育も行き届いていないし、社風も “進出” することばかりに目が向けられいるなあ〜、というイメージが拭えませんでした！！ 若い人や外国人など、一定の層には、人気かもしれませんが “いろいろな層のお客さまを大切にする” という謙虚さというか、真心や、歴史は、浅いなぁ〜、と感じました 部屋には、アパホテル代表の書籍が3冊も置かれていましたが、経営者の自慢？や、戦略、などなど書かれており、戦略や、進出、経営に自信があるのはいいですが。。。何かはきちがえているな〜、という印象は拭えませんでした！ とても残念です！

- Fabien (9/5): Sympa pour un séjour court - Business hotel tranquille et tout confort. Les chambres ne sont pas grandes, mais assez bien aménagées. Le quartier est paisible, l'hotel pas très loin de la station, et possède un service de garde baggage simple et efficace. Le checkout est ultra rapide!
