- Luda (8/5): Economical Hotel in the heart of Asakusa - The hotel is small and economical but close to the train station and in a nice area near Sumida river. The room is small but has everything you need from fridge to electric kettle. I opted for not having my room cleaned and had fresh towels left by the door every day. The staff was nice and helpful. Nothing - I had everything needed for a nice stay.

- Casey (8/5): - very friendly staff! they took a parcel in for me the day before my arrival and saved me lots on shipping fees back home, so thank you! amazing location. two minute walk to asakusa station. sensoji temple a short walk and we were lucky enough to get a view of the temple from our room, which we didnt expect they had a lot of free toiletries for you to take as needed the rooms are a little old fashioned and the brown sheets are a bit off putting, but wasn't a big deal for us

- Carin (10/5): Kleine Zimmer mit traumhaften Aussicht auf Tempel - Zentral im Stadtteil Asakusa gelegenes Hotel. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit traumhaftem Ausblick auf dem Senso-Ji-Tempel. Hotel ist leicht zu finden und liegt in der Nähe von sowohl Zug als auch Metro. Es ist sehr eng. Eignet sich daher nicht für sehr grosse Personen mit riesigen Koffern.
- Iuliia (10/5): Cozy Place to stay - Wonderful hotel. The location is excellent — everything is nearby. The metro is just a 5–10 minute walk away, and there are shops, a market, a temple, and various attractions close by. There is also a park with cherry blossoms nearby that is open 24 hours. The room was very clean and had a variety of toiletries. The staff were very friendly. On the day of departure, we forgot our glasses in the room, and the administrator kindly sent them to us in Osaka — many thanks to him for that. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

- Ruvini (8/5): Excellent Location - Just 5 to few minutes walk to the Senso-ji temple. 5 to 10 minutes or so walk to the Asakusa station. A lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Excellent location for visiting the temple and the area. Cheaper than many hotels in the surrounding. A coin launder is there in 10 minutes walking distance. The room was small but in this touristy area a cheaper room like this was a good value. The pillows were hard rock. Other than that the location was excellent.

- Zachary (2/5): Very unsatisfied - Good pricing initially Unfortunately I could not attend due to having an unexpected illness and was admitted to hospital. Whilst trying to get some assistance in rescheduling and compensation they flat out refused. To be fair this was late notice so whilst it was upsetting they didn’t want to engage I somewhat understand. What I found offensive was the email they replied with, in that they do not “give a refund for customer convenience”, as if me unexpectedly going to hospital counts as this. Again - please work on your customer emails as I found this pretty disgusting and unnecessary, could have been written a lot better hence why I have to give it very poor.

- Sayo (1/5): 全く快適ではありませんでした - 全てにおいて清潔感が無く、汚い。 換気線、エアコンは、ホコリだらけ。 浴室のドアを開けると、なんとも言えない匂い。 おそらく、排水溝とカビの匂い。 バスタブにお湯はりをしたら、髪の毛が浮いている。 お湯に浸かるのを諦め、お湯を流せば排水溝が詰まっており、床が水浸し。 連泊でしたが、グラスも交換されず、そのまま。 フロントを通る際も、一切挨拶がない。 二度と利用しません。
