• Ayoub (10/5): Amazing, definitely visiting again - Amazing room we had with a great view of galleria umberto, i really recommend staying here its next to the city center and close to all transportation. The staff were lovely they helped us in everything we needed, very clean room and you are lucky if u get a reservation here, really worth it Nothing.

• Ozge (10/5): Perfect - De kamer had een prachtig uitzicht en was perfect centraal gelegen. Alle bezienswaardigheden waren op loopafstand en het contact met de host verliep ook zeer goed. Onze host was goed bereikbaar en reageerde snel. Helaas was de lift defect maar onze koffers werden voor ons gedragen, de host kwam gelijk met oplossingen. Het was een zeer prettig verblijf en mocht ik ooit weer terugkomen naar Napels, dan zal ik zeker weer hier verblijven.

• christine (8/5): A pleasant nights stay. - Stayed for one night. Unique place located on the top floor of a 150 year old shopping gallery. Very clean and nicely decorated.

• Lisa (3/5): Disappointing for the price point - We stayed 3 nights and, despite some appealing features, this hotel does not deliver the 4-star luxury experience it advertises. The location on the harbor is undeniably beautiful—quiet, scenic, and within reasonable walking distance to the main port and restaurants. The junior suite had a lovely view, the bed was very comfortable, linens and towels felt high quality, and was spacious and clean. Staff were generally pleasant, and breakfast offered a good selection with excellent cappuccino. The shortcomings are significant for the price: Too many things are worn and poorly maintained. Wicker furniture on the terrace and in the bathroom was damaged, ceiling paint was peeling, and bathroom amenities (soap dispensers, bottles) were visibly degraded or broken. The decorative blanket looked stylish in photos but in reality was very shabby. No tissues were provided, and the absence of a kettle—only supplied upon request—is a surprising omission at this price point. The restaurant is overpriced and underwhelming: a limited menu with multiple unavailable items and disorganized service, including confusion over billing. The advertised “partner spa” is misleading—located a 30-minute hike away, or 20€ taxi, is very basic, and poorly explained by staff. There is also no meaningful concierge service; guests are simply given a QR code listing local vendors. Most concerning was the checkout experience. We were assured a 6:30am departure would be straightforward, yet the reception exit was locked and 3 emergency contact numbers went unanswered. We were forced to find an alternative route involving multiple very steep sets of stairs and a long walk with heavy bags to avoid missing our ferry. As a retired couple, this was extremely difficult and entirely unacceptable.

Невероятно, что апартамент находится прямо внутри Галереи Умберто в настоящей красоте и истории. Апартамент в целом комфортен на 2 человек. Есть общий балкончик. Окна выходят в саму галерею, мало свежего воздуха, есть небольшой запах. Завтрака нет.

Roberta was very welcoming and helpful with great tips about the nearby shops and very authentic Italian food and a place for my business meeting! Even helped us to plan the next phase of my business trip. It was also a nice touch to have some water and Italian pastries awaiting us upon arrival.

• Daniela (9/5): Incantevole - Ottima posizione, luogo spettacolare, vicino a tutto. Letti comodissimi e pulizia al top. Purtroppo ha fatto più freddo del solito a Napoli e anche col condizionatore acceso la stanza non si scaldava. Ma dovendoci stare poco non è stato un grosso problema.
• FRANCESCO (8/5): Da consigliare e da rifare - Staff e accoglienza gentilissima. La colazione ottima. La posizione super. Stanza molto pulita. Contatto molto semplice. Grandezza della camera perfetta. Bellissima Location dentro la galleria. Silenziosa. Stanza e bagno un pò freddini. C'è il condizionatore/pompa di calore che una volta accesso scalda molto e velocemente. Siamo capitati a fine marzo con un picco delle temperature verso il basso non previsto. In ogni caso abbiamo dormito bene. Phon un pò deboluccio, magari metterei qualcosa di un pò più potente.

Fulvio the owner was lovely helped me with getting my bank card cancel after having my purse stolen in the streets. Also the little cakes and bottle water was nice 🤩 thank you fulvio will definitely recommend this place. Not a thing.
• Michele (8/5): Lovely room in the heart of the city with a great host. - Location was great to explore the city of Naples. Room and bathroom were exceptionally clean, bed was comfortable, and the shower was great. Fulvio was an excellent host and explained everything to us, gave us restaurant recommendations etc. He helped us get a driver to the airport since we had an early flight on departure. Since the rooms are located above the main area of the Galleria, it can be noisy at night but that’s to be expected in a city location.
• Siobhan (1/5): A nightmare - The location The mould on the walls, the front door doesn’t lock, not heating, the homeless people sleeping in the door way screaming and shouting all night.
• Julia (1/5): - Absolut gar nichts!!! Leider ist ein Stern noch zuviel. Als erstes kam einen schon total muffliger Geruch entgegen als man das Zimmer betrat. Im Bad war die Dusche verschimmelt und in der Toilette noch Rest vom Vorgänger. Im Zimmer war ein Stuhl mit vielen weißen Flecken drauf und auch die Decke auf dem Bett fleckig. Laut Beschreibung soll das Zimmer ein Balkon haben mit Blick auf Sehenswürdigkeiten es war jedoch ein Balkon mit Blick auf einen Schacht mit Klimaanlage den man sich noch mit dem Nachbar Zimmer hätte teilen müssen. Wir sind sofort wieder abgereist. Der Versuch unser Geld zurück zu bekommen ist leider gescheitert keine Einsicht vom Hotel. Angeblich steht nichts von einen Balkon in der Beschreibung was einfach nicht stimmt. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Особенно понравился завтрак, который мне предоставили в виде комплимента. Спасибо, было вкусно. Также мне любезно заказали такси до аэропорта.

• Iulia (7/5): Great location…bad smell from the bathroom - Location👍🏻👍🏻 great communication with the host who did their best to accommodate us. Even left some sweet treats for us in the fridge. Room clean and quiet at night…windows do very good soundproofing Bathroom had a smell…probably coming fron the drain since it is an old building….as it had no windows, it went in the room a little. Also the electric heater in the bathroom was semi-cold, so the bathroom was cold-ish If not for the bathroom smell, it would be amazing value for money

On arrival Michele met us and explained everything, a long with some sweet treats, which were very much appreciated. The room had everything you needed. The view of the Galleria Umberto was exceptional. Location was fantastic and we had a very enjoyable time in Naples. Would definitely return here. Nothing - all was great

• CHI LUNG (7/5): Central location - Location is very central, close to all tourist spots by walking or metro, especially close to the funicular to St Elmo Castle for the sunset and night view. Many restaurants nearby. Bath room is smelly. Shower room is small. Some walls are mouldy. The bedding and duvet do not look clean and a little bit smelly.

• silvia (8/5): Vale sicuramente per la location - Location spettacolare. La vista dal quarto piano della galleria è bellissima. Camera ampia con arredo molto carino, letto comodo, finestre apribili (ma con il rumore della galleria), 2 bottigliette d'acqua, piccolo frigorifero, bollitore, tazze e bustine di thè e caffè. Bagno piccolino ma con l'occorrente. Condizionatore. Soffione non funzionante ma si supera utilizzando il doccino (ma immagino lo sistemeranno).
