Justin (8/5): - Check in was a horrible process. They didnt have my apartment. One room had a guy in it and the other was dirty. It took atleast an hour and a half to get everything figured out but after we figured out everything and got the guy out and the rooms cleaned the rest of the stay was awesome. I would stay again but id call first to make sure they knew i was coming and that they knew i want the whole apartment not just a room or two
Christian (10/5): Muy buen lugar - Estuvo excelente nuestra estadía, la recomiendo por su ubicación, tiene cerca supermercados, y restaurantes. La comodidad y limpieza estuvieron muy bien.
Verified traveler (6/5): - Te cobran un impuesto que según es para la policía pero esto es mentira por que solo está el impuesto de los 3 euros por noche por persona nos cobraron 15 más para la policía, el agua en la regadera cuando te estás bañando sale muy fría o hirviendo aunque tú la hayas regulado debes tener cuidado o puedes quemarte... deberían arreglarla!!
Fátima (2/5): Horrible servicio - El servicio de este sitio es nefasto. Les envío un email para intentar concertar una hora de checkin y al ver que nadie me responde al mensaje me presento allí cuanto antes para evitar problemas (y tasas de comisiones de falta por no ser puntual) y una vez allí me dicen que ellos me esperaban a la hora que les dije pero que olvidaron contestar el email y que por este inconveniente iría una chica inmediatamente para darnos las llaves. Tras muchas llamadas y 4 horas de espera se presenta un chico muy joven para firmar el contrato con un lápiz y cobrarnos una factura del impuesto de turista de Italia (por supuesto, de esto no hubo factura ninguna). Le pido que me ponga en contacto con alguien para poner una reclamación y la chica con la que hablo me dice que me llamaría al día siguiente para resolverlo. Aún sigo esperando la llamada... Les envío emails y no contestan a nada. Que solo hablen para recaudar dinero y no para dar un buen servicio da mucho que hablar... Además hablando con los otros inquilinos nos dijeron que también esperaron 1-2 horas a que les dieran las llaves, pero que no fue tanto como a nosotros... Para un sitio de hospedaje me parece insultante que se trate al huésped de esta forma, que ni siquiera puedes abrirles una queja de manera formal ni nada... Increíble... Por no hablar por un dinero que nos hicieron pagar a la entrada para la limpieza del cuarto que no hubo en ninguno de los días que estuvimos allí... No repetiré más con este hospedaje por supuesto.
