Деньги списали сразу 09.11.2025. 13 марта Флора связалась со мной и попросила оплатить жилье. Сказали, что не могут списать оплату через букинг, так как у меня, якобы, не работает банковская карта. И дали линк на оплату напрямую. Напоминаю, я уже оплатила свое жилье в ноябре. На это Флора извинилась, типа, они не заметили оплаты, но вот теперь видят. Второй пункт - стоимость проживания. С иностранцев при оплате картой не должны брать НДС. На мой запрос о возврате НДС (все документы им выслала) получила следующий ответ: "При бронировании система автоматически взимает НДС в размере 21%. При регистрации, после предъявления загранпаспорта и подтверждения оплаты картой, выпущенной за пределами Аргентины, соответствующий НДС в размере 21% будет возвращен." Надо ли говорить, что никакого возврата я не получила. На связь Флора больше не выходит, ни в Ватсап, ни здесь на букинге. Все это попахивает мошенничеством. Удивлена, что букинг сотрудничает с таким недобросовестным поставщиком услуг

• Juliocr24 (6/5): lo mejor es la ubicación - la ubicacion es excelente, el depto es amplio, la comodidad de la cama matrimonial, el baño es cómodo, agua caliente en 7 dias de estadía no fueron a limpiar ni cambiar toallas o sabanas. me consultaron por mensaje para ir a hacer el aseo, les dije que si, pero nunca fueron le falta mantenimiento al depto: luces sin funcionar en la habitacion, en el balcon y en la puerta de entrada sobre la escalera tiene un par de ceramicos de piso sueltos y otros rotos la canilla de la cocina falseada cuando hice la reserva solicite cuna, luego por mensaje tambien lo recacqué. al llegar no habia cuna, hice el reclamo y la llevaron al día siguiente

Las camas muy buenas, el baño amplio, todos los ambientes son amplios y cómodos. Por su ubicación hay mucho ruido y se escucha hasta cuando hablan. Pero realmente vale la pena. Me encanto. Volvería. Es un detalle simplemente, hasta medio lógico porque es zona céntrica. Si buscan silencio total no es el lugar conveniente

Que entraran al departamento personal de jardinería en nuestra ausencia, habíendo acordado que entraban cuando estábamos nosotros. Olor muy fuerte a hongos de humedad al abrir los cajones de bajo mesada, wifi arrojaba errores al conectar páginas aleatorias.

• Claudia Mabel (10/5): Cómodo, cálido y amplio - El departamento está excelentemente ubicado. Muy cálido, amplio, muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para pagar unos lindos días en Puerto Iguazú. Muy organizado el sistema de ingreso al dpto. Al llegar nos dejaron ingresar antes del horario del check-in y como no nos funcionaba el qr del ingreso, envié un WhatsApp y enseguida se comunicaron conmigo y solucionaron el inconveniente. Muy predispuestos a estar cerca del cliente a pesar de no haber tenido contacto personal. Leí que antes hubo problemas con eso último, pero evidentemente lo solucionaron. De diez. Ah y nos encantó la caja con juegos de mesa! Al llegar nos olvidamos la mochila de nuestro niño en el hall de entrada, detrás de unas macetas y al salir a buscarla alguien ya se la había llevado. Era una mochilita de jardín con los juguetes que había traído para el viaje. Nos sirvió un montón: jugamos a la lotería y al jenga y pudimos salvar el mal momento. Muchísimas gracias, Flora!!!! Algunos dijeron que era muy ruidoso por las noches. Estuvimos de martes a sábado. Había un poco de ruido pero nada del otro mundo para quienes vivimos en la ciudad. Así que pudimos descansar muy bien. Por lo tanto nada estuvo mal.

Huge apartment for 2 people with separate lounge and balcony, as well as a big kitchen with all amenities including oven. We didn’t cook dinner there but you could definitely do this easily. Lots of storage and very secure building. Great place to relax in after a day at the falls! The bedroom faces onto a main street so it was noisy at night.
• luis h s (10/5): perto de tudo - entre a rua dos bares e feirinha e do terminal de ônibus, cerca de 5 minutos de caminhada, dá para fazer tudo a pé. o checkin foi tranquilo e atualmente disponibilizam as chaves através de uma caixa com senha na entrada do prédio, não necessitando buscá-la e ou devolvê-la em outro local. apartamento bem espaçoso, não achei muito barulhento, mas dependendo dos carros e motos que passam pode incomodar. cozinha completa com abridor de vinho, torradeira e chaleira.

Eneste minus er at det var svært at få fat i dem, da vi ville hører om det var muligt med en senere check ud eller om der var et sted til bagage, da vi først skulle mod lufthaven hen på eftermiddagen.
• Marco (8/5): Estadia agradável no centro de Puerto Iguazu - Apartamento espaçoso localizado no centro de Puerto Iguazu bem equipado e com várias opções de restaurantes, bares, padaria e comércio, além da feirinha, nas proximidades. A comunicação para acesso ao apartamento foi ruim e o mecanismo para retirada da chave complicado e de difícil manuseio. Apresentou problema de vazamento na pia do banheiro social, mas com exceção dos pontos levantados, tudo funcionou muito bem. Foi um ótimo custo beneficio.
• Lorraine (8/5): A few flaws but still a great place. - The apartment was spacious. It was free of clutter. Very comfortable bed and I loved the closet in the bedroom, especially the extra pillows we found in there. I thought it was a good value for the cost. It is conveniently located near the bus terminal. Location was great! Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The tub has a crack in the base of it which allows water to leak on the bathroom floor. There was no hand towel in the bathroom to dry your hands after washing them. The air conditioner in the bedroom never really cooled the room down much. The second night we were there one of the neighbors was using his weed eater at 4:00 in the morning!

• Kladova (7/5): Large but noisy place. Poor customer service. - Great location. Specious, well equipped apartment. The apartment needs good maintenance. Many small things leave the bad taste. Like noice of dropping water from broken A/C into plastic container in the master bedroom. Old windows let all the noice in from the busy intersection. Also they should improve their customer service. I was never able to contact the owners. All my messages remained unanswered.

Didn’t provide check in instructions until the 2pm on day of check in when we were already at the entrance. We didn’t have any reception or Wifi to receive the instructions and were stranded at the entrance as there was no reception or staff there. Had to find a local to call the number to ask the staff to come to let us in. Very frustrating process. Also provided no toilet paper.

• Svetlana (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful and cozy apartment right in the city center. It is near the bus station. There are a lot of restaurants and shops around yet it's very quiet inside. The apartment has a balcony. We loved to have a rest there after arrival and visiting the waterfalls. Highly recommend.

• Laura (1/5): There was no stay because there was no key in the lockbox. I expect a full refund. - The keys were not available to us when we arrived. We were traveling all day and did not have internet access on the day of our arrival. Hours before our arrival, the host emailed (which we could not access) indicating that our rental was unavailable. We found phone service and called and left messages for her with no response. They Key was NOT in the lock box. We were locked out and had to find another place to stay at 8pm after a long travel day. VERY DISAPPOINTING. The keys were not in the lockbox when we arrived. We were traveling all day and did not have internet access on the day of our arrival. We called and left messages for the host with no answer. They Key was NOT in the lock box. We placed a note in the lockbox indicating that we could not get in and had to find another place to stay for the night. We were locked out and had to find another place to stay at 8pm after a long travel day. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

• Li (8/5): It's a 2-3 star apartment. Don't expect more than 3 star. - The apartment is huge. There is no phone number to contact the host. Message through Booking.com take 18hrs. Unfortunately, the shower curtain hunger dropped and we could not reach the host to get it fixed. Our 2 showers turned into 1 during our stay. Also the refrigerator did not work (only freezer works).

• Luuk (8/5): Very good - Nice clean appartement on a good location with good facilities. Staff was friendly and gave us all needed info ahead of time. As some other reviews have written it can de a bit noisy at night. We didn't have loud music till late as we where there during weekdays but every now and then loud cars with loud music passed by waking us up. Probably you will have the same problem in some other locations in the city as well so my advise is to just bring earplugs if you are thinking about staying here.
• Rosemary (7/5): Two night stay in Puerto Iguazu - The apartment is huge. Each room is big and there are 3 balconies so there is plenty of space for 4 people. There is also a large laundry room. The location is great, so close to the bus station and downtown area with lots of restaurants.

• Joseph (6/5): Ok Stay in Annex Apartments - These apartments are ran by a nearby local four star hotel, where you pick up the key and drop it off, the hotel is a few blocks away, although it was not a problem for us they did not offer any form of transportation to the apartment besides walking. The apartment was fairly clean although there are a few features that need some updating. This includes the kitchen countertop some of the tiles on the flooring were loose but overall clean. The service at the hotel upon receiving the key was fine but when we returned the key for check out we asked if we could work in the lobby on our laptops due to our flight not being until later that evening. The receptionist told us that the lobby area was for guests only but we could go to their on sight restaurant. Once we said that we would have coffees from the lobby cafe they allowed us to stay. Overall not the most stellar experience but was not bad but feeling unwelcome in the hotel lobby before our fligh made us feel uncomfortable.

• Karin (8/5): - The apartment was very spacious. The bed was a king size bed and was very comfortable. There was plenty of space for unpacking for everything. The kitchen had plenty of terrific appliances to make everything comfortable. They was also tea, matte, sugar, coffee and brown sugar containers, along with a bottle of water in the fridge. Just a note that the brown sugar had bugs in it, but that should not deter anyone from staying there. The entire apartment was well cleaned. I would think that the bugs were just due to the moist climate. The location was wonderful. Right near the bus depot as well as convenient taxi pick ups. There is a supermarket very near by as well. And alot of great restaurants to choose from that are close by as well.
• myoung oek (6/5): - 집은 좋았는데 check-in 할때 직원을 무려 1시간을 넘게 밖에서 기다려야 했습니다. 게다가 현관문도 구멍이 나있어서 숙소에 모기가 엄청 많았습니다. 그리고 2층인데 계단이 없어서 캐리어를 옮기기 힘들었습니다. 그래도 그 외에 집은 새거고 시설은 깨끗하고 만족했습니다. 다른 숙소에 비해 가성비는 괜찮은 것 같습니다.

• Thiago (8/5): Noisy but great - It was great, being located in the heart of the city, makes the place very noisy but the location, space and the facilities turns the apt into an amazing choice.
