• irina (9/5): Very good hotel, but a bit noisy at night. - This hotel is in the center of Florence and very close to the train station. We had a beautiful view out of our window. We were able to keep the windows open at night for some fresh air. Noise at night. There are a few restaurants very close to the hotel, and they can be noisy at night.

Nicht so große Auswahl für Frühstück, Kopfkissen waren ein bisschen hart.

• Companion26439825237 (8/5): Hotel Roma offers a nice stay in a very good location with Excellent reception service - Very good location right on Piazza Santa Maria Novella. Excellent service provided by the two young ladies at the reception desk. They were very helpful with restaurant recommendations &reservations and also recommendations for places to be sure to see and dishes to eat in Rome which was our next stop. (One of them is from Rome). The room was fine although did not provide a view of the piazza due to the height of the windows. Cleanliness was very good. Breakfast was fine however quite busy as we were there on a weekend. All in all a good stay at a fair price in a very good location. We definitely recommend Hotel Roma in Florence

The location in the middle of old town Firenze with all the Attraktionen within Walking distance is great. The staff was extremly friendly and kind, breakfast had all you need and the room was nice, Italian style and very clean. If we come back to Firenze, we will definitely stay at Hotel Roma again, mille gracie!!!!

• Sandeep (9/5): Wonderful hotel in excellent location to discover Florence gems - Excellent location - minutes from the train station and walking distance to all major Florence attractions. Comfortable refurbished rooms overlooking the lovely piazza and cathedral. Good bathroom with excellent shower. Adequate breakfast in the morning. Very helpful front office staff - nothing was too much for them. Breakfast area is a little small and can be full during busy times. The air-conditioning controls in the room only allowed heating so room was a little warm in the night - opening window not an option because of noise from the piazza. We visited in early April - may be this will be corrected for peak summer months

Они любят свою работу и стараются своих гостей сделать счастливыми! Нам разрешили выходить на трассу и встретили нас бутылочкой замечательного вина! Чистота идеальная! Интерьер продуманный, очень уютно, стильно и красиво! Кровати удобные! У нас был номер с двумя ванными комнатами, что для 3 девушек было очень удобно! В ванной есть всё необходимое, причём хорошего качества! На завтраке было всё очень свежее и вкусное! Было много разнообразной еды! Нам ОЧЕНЬ ПОНРАВИЛОСЬ! Не понравилось окно в двор-колодец, немного было слышно вытяжку, идущую от кухни на крышу.

• Rupanjana (8/5): Lovely hotel in the centre for a moderate budget trip! - The location was fantastic. The cleaning staff were great. They kept a close eye on the needs of the guest in the room. Mini bar was replenished regularly. Same with toiletries. The view from the room was fab too! There is a taxi rank right opposite the hotel. And that was helpful. Also they kept in mind every detail about my requests. The hotel has an old world charm about, and it was close to everything. From the river to duomo to museums! Since the weather changed, it became very hot on the rooms. It definitely needed the central ac to start working. I could open my room window, but it was very noisy outside, so it hindered with my sleep. Also their key system needs to upgrade. The key to our rooms had a keyring that was as heavy as a stone and it was massive! It made our bags so heavy and could not be carried in pockets either. Also they need to do up the breakfast room and the lobby. The breakfast room barely had space for everyone, and it was also slightly dark. The hotel was super busy and there was no space to get around the buffet. And the lobby looks very outdated. Desperate need for tlc.

• J781ZQrichards (10/5): Excellent! - We spent three nights at the Hotel Roma and had a room overlooking the Piazza. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and our room and the rest of the building very clean. Breakfast offered a plentiful selection of meats, cheese, pastries, cake, cereal and fruit giving the opportunity to load up on calories and not get hungry again until the evening. The location was perfect. Close to the railway station, the river and all the main sights in Florence. There is a taxi rank outside and several places to eat and drink around the Piazza. There is also a convenience store two minutes walk away if you need extra drinks, snacks etc. In short, the Hotel Roma is an excellent place to stay for a city break.

Muito bem localizado na Praça Santa Maria Novela, cinco minutos a pé da estação de trem e da catedral e maioria dos pontos turísticos. A limpeza e qualidade dos serviços também foi excelente. Café da manhã muito bom incluído. Atendimento excelente dos funcionários. Ficamos num quarto família que tinha dois quartos anexados por uma ante-sala com uma vista linda da praça. A qualidade da internet do quarto família, por ele ser um pouco mais afastado da parte principal das demais áreas do hotel é ruim, muitas vezes não funcionava.

Extremely friendly and helpful. With an eye for detail and high level of service. Room magnificent. We were allowed to check in a bit earlier, which was great. But what (even after more than 30 years travelling (really surprised me, was the fact that even when putting a sign of "do not disturb" as we didnt want our room to be made up, the cleaning lady came in the afternoon to ask us if we needed towels or toilet paper. And that I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED. This is an Hotel (and an employee) that knows how to serve it's clients. Very nice detail. fantastic Hotel. And breakfast was more than OK. ...that we had to leave.

• Kai (8/5): Zentral gelegenes Hotel zum fairen Preis - Die Lage (wenn man denn mal mit dem Auto hingefunden hat :-)) ist wirklich sehr gut. Alles fussläufig gut erreichbar. Zimmer sind geräumig und gut eingerichtet, mit einem Verduklungsrollo ausgestattet - vielleicht etwas hellhörig, wer einen sehr leichten Schlaf hat, wird es merken. Das Frühstück bietet wenig Frisches (Tomaten waren das Einzige, was es täglich frisch gab) und den Espresso (oder auch andere Kaffeespez.) leider nur aus dem Nespressoautomaten (nicht schlecht aber eben Espresso, wie man ihn in Italien bekommen kann). Wenn ich bei der Abfahrt nicht zufällig gefragt hätte, wie man rausfahren muss, wär ich sicher in eine der "Verbots-Zonen" eingefahren... also unbedingt vor der Abfahrt nochmal erfragen.

É só chegar e ir a pé. Equipe do café da manhã excelente, muito prestativa. Café de manhã maravilhoso. Quarto confortável. Internet boa. Localização maravilhosa. Faz tudo a pé do hotel até os pontos turísticos. Muito fácil de se locomover e de se achar por ali. E deram um mimo na saída. Itens de higiene completo, até escova de dente, esponja para sapato, lâmina de barbear tinha no quarto. Achei bem legal a equipe do balcão e do café. A descarga do banheiro era dura para "apertar", solicitei que alguém fosse dar uma olhada e um senhor rude foi no quarto e mostrou que tinha que apertar com força, mas fez um cara de que eu não sabia usar. Mas em todos os dias tínhamos que ficar apertando várias vezes e com força o botão. Para um hotel 4 estrelas achei bem ruim usarem ainda caixa de descarga de parede. Televisão antiga, sem possibilidade de assistir uma Netflix, mas quem para quem passear todo o dia não será problema.

Cerca del terminal Navona caminando y seguro. Como tomé habitación con desayuno y nuestras excursiones eran muy temprano, nos dejaban cajitas de desayuno con lo esencial para iniciar el viaje. Personal muy amable y atentos todos. Buena opción de alojamiento. Cerca de todo caminando. Volvería sin duda.

• Saverio Maria (8/5): Hotel comodo per un soggiorno breve - L'hotel è in ottima posizione: facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione e vicinissimo al centro. La struttura è un po' datata, ma molto ben tenuta. La colazione è buona, ma si potrebbe fare di meglio. Il personale è gentile e professionale. L'hotel affaccia su una piazza abbastanza rumorosa (ubriachi che cantano, nettezza urbana, ambulanze, ...). Questo è stato un problema soprattutto perché la nostra stanza era al primo piano.
