• Mohamed (2/5): - The worst experience I’ve ever had since booking hotels. Faced a calamity of errors: 1. After organising an early check in, the Sonder team forgot to approve it meaning that we were forced to find baby changing facilities elsewhere. 2. Apartment itself is equivalent to a hostel. There are marks on the wall, plugs that don’t fully work, bathroom panels that are sticking out. 3. Sonder customer service doesn’t care. There’s no front desk and we had the fire alarm going off the entire first night - after informing Sonder all I got was an ok. Yes it’s in a good location but in short, save yourself a lot of money and trouble and stay elsewhere.

• Nabila (10/5): Great location and quiet - The location was perfect. It was 5 mins from Trevi fountain so super central! It was quiet which was nice, spacious and beds were comfortable. Our coffee machine wasn’t working and the sofa bed sheets took a while to find but other than that it was great!

• Agnes (10/5): - A very clean, beautiful apartment. Easy access to additional supplies (coffee, toilet paper…). Complex provides filtered drinking water. Located in a popular location yet very quiet.
• Justin (10/5): - This place was amazing. It was centrally located and easy to walk to most tourist sites. It was spacious, clean and had A/C. A couple of the doors wouldn't close properly but nothing that was a big deal. Stayed there with 3 Adults and 3 Kids. All of us loved it. Would highly recommend.

Communication with the management was amazing they set up a WhatsApp chat with me and was able to communicate and ask any questions and receive immediate answers and assistance.

Some of the door hinges make a lot of noise and need maintenance. The coffee maker and toaster are very small for 7 people who were in my group

• Helen (8/5): - This is ideally situated for the Trevi fountain about 140yds away. Supermarket outside and bar/pizzeria below. The apartment itself was spacious but there were wear and tear issues like a hole in the sofa, which is the only place to sit comfortably on an evening. Beds were comfy and there were lots of towels.l, kitchen also well stocked.

• Jennifer (6/5): Spartan but fine - if the A/C works - The location was great if you are a tourist. The apartment was a little spartan, but nicely appointed. Our primary issue was that the air conditioner turned off every night of our stay somewhere between 1-2am and we had to call Sonder to restart it. Needless to say, it did not contribute to a relaxing night and is not what I expect from a professionally run operator.
• Virginia (10/5): - We loved our stay at Sonder Roma!! We had the two bedroom apartment with a pullout couch. We found this hotel to be the best quality out of all of our stays in Italy! Safety: we felt incredibly safe in the neighbourhood that the hotel was located in. We roamed early in the morning, and late at night. Door codes: we had zero issues, accessing the room, or entering the hotel with the codes given. Convenience: there are many things within walking distance of the hotel. There is a supermarket right across the street which is incredibly convenient. We stocked up on fresh produce, wine, and fresh pasta! Many landmarks are also located within a very very short walk. One thing I would not recommend is eating at the restaurant downstairs (not affiliated with Sonder). The food is pricey, and was not the best quality in our opinion. There are much better restaurants in Rome. Communication: the staff were extremely helpful and quick to respond to every small question or request that we had. They pre-booked us a shuttle to pick us up from the airport as well! They went over and beyond to ensure that we had an amazing stay, and we are forever grateful! Comfort: everything about the room was perfect. We had all the amenities of home. Fridge, freezer, stove, top, pots, pans, frying pans, all utensils, a water station in the building, two bathrooms! If you are staying in Rome, this is where you should stay! 10/10
• Nicole (8/5): - This is a centrally located, spacious apartment. It is the perfect pit stop for your Rome holiday. It’s centrally located by the bustling Fontana Di Trevi. Plenty of space and really nice bathrooms. Not much communal space. Definitely utilitarian when it comes to kitchen amenities. We had to buy salt, oil, stuff that we had come to expect. But otherwise - highly recommend!
• ANGELA (10/5): - Very clean and spacious. Amazing location with shopping and food all around. Very safe. I would have liked extra towels and if it had a washer n dryer i would be extatic. But overall amazing and i will definitely be at sonders in the future. Oh also the key code did not work a few times but another person let us in.

• Shazia (10/5): - Sonder property was very clean and spacious. They had everything that one would need including iron , espresso machine, extra towels and more. We had an issue with the entry code so we text them and they responded immediately with a new code. Great service!! One draw back was that even though the windows were closed the sounds from outside came through as if they were open. Overall 5 star!
• Maria Aparecida de (8/5): Excelente localização em Roma! - Apartamento muito bem localizado e muito bem equipado, de modo geral. O atendimento da Sonder é excelente! O único ponto negativo é que enfrentamos problemas graves com entupimentos na cozinha, que fizeram com que nao pudéssemos usar a pia da cozinha e maquina de lavar louça por 3 dos 5 dias alugados. Box de um dos banheiros estava sem a porta, o que causava incômodos. Caso a administração corrija isto, o apartamento é fantástico e vale a pena!
• Rosalie (4/5): - This 2-bedroom apartment is big but not pleasant at all. It's pretty run-down - scratched walls, no curtains in the living and dining room. The towels do not look look and smell fresh at all. There are not enough electric sockets in the apartment. The kitchen lighting is very poor. The cooking utensils are in poor conditions. Both bathroom doors cannot be shut properly as the doors touch the floor! The mattresses are too soft. Overall, it is not worth the money.
• Matthieu (4/5): Awful experience - The flat was in dull condition, the paintings were dirty, the worst was the noise in our bedroom on the top floor (air entry to the street by which all noises arrived), a heater which was making some noise even when turned off in the other bedroom and there was an awfull smell in this bedroom. The sheets were not really cleaned, my daughter ended up being biten by some insect during the night which is what happens when things are not not cleaned ... it attracts all type of insects. We were also told that we could leave our luggage during the day in the resudence as we had a late flight was a lie, so we had to leave then in another Sonder property nearby. We will never book a Sonder flat again!

• Midona (10/5): - Appartement spacieux et très bien équipé situé à une minute de la fontaine de Trévi et très proche de la place d'Espagne. Emplacement idéal pour visiter Rome. Deux chambres, deux salles de bain, cuisine équipée avec batterie de cuisine, wifi, climatisation, bref, tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un excellent séjour. S'il y avait eu une machine à laver et un balcon, il aurait été parfait. Je n'hésiterais pas à y retourner.

• Yorly (10/5): Superb! Excellent option! - It was amazing! Location is excellent!, two blocks from the Fontana di Trevi. The apartment is beautiful, clean and easy to access, everything in the apartment is as described. There is a grocery store steps from the building and Sonder staff is super professional. I would definitely stay again in this apartment next time.
