• Stéphane (9/5): - La chambre était confortable et bien agencée malgré la taille typique des hôtels à Tokyo. L’ensemble était propre et agréable à vivre. L’hôtel est dans une zone assez calme, avec plusieurs konbini à côté. De plus, plusieurs lignes de métro se trouvent à proximité, ce qui rend les déplacements très faciles et pratiques pour explorer Tokyo.
• Daphna (3/5): Will never stay again - It’s my third time in the hotel. Something has completely changed from the previous times I stayed. The staff was not helpful, even rude. During checkin they asked for my passport 'I need yur passprt'. No please, no thank you. Very unpleasant, especially after a 15 hour flight. It turned out that the rooms are now being cleaned just once every three days. If you want your room to be cleaned in between, you need to request it at the front desk. Very unusual system

• Simon (6/5): Loved Tokyo but breakfast is an important start to the day . - It was clean and the staff were wonderful. The breakfast was utter chaos , one small coffee machine for the whole hotel, no bowls for cereal, no plates for food until others had been washed. Queues building up in the reception area. Clearly not enough staff , 3 members trying their best to cope but to be honest they had no chance. The management needs to get a grip and help them out !
• Michael (8/5): Tolles Hotel mit ruhiger Lage und guter U-Bahn Verbindung - Bäckerei gleich um die Ecke + Restaurant. Wäschautomat hat die Wäsche nicht sauber gemacht. Wäsche hat danach noch gestunken obwohl die vorreinigung 2mal davor betätigt worden ist.

Good location not in busy area close to many subway line and cute neighborhood, food in this area amazing and it’s real local place,Nice facilities especially the Ice machine hahaha we love it so much and room very spacious with luxury interior when compared to to the price. I don’t think this place deserves only 3 stars! I would love to give them at least 4stars! The public space and sofa on the reception area very small because they give those space for buffet restaurants and to keep luggage but it’s not a problem for us. Only downside for those who want to wait for taxi or waiting to check in or check out.

There were plenty of amenities supplies in the reception area for our need as well. Would definitely stay here again! The breakfast buffet seems a bit limited. Other than that, nothing negative I would say.

The room was good, clean, but very small. Breakfast was ok, not too much variety but enough, both asian and some european options. Reception staff spoke good english and helped us transfer our luggage. I liked the toiletries available The room was very small, we did't have space to open 1 luggage. The window in the room could not be open, and there barely was any natural light Did not like the hairdryer that keeps overheating.

• Samet Murat (6/5): - The hotel's location was good. Althought the rooms were small, they were compactly designed and not bad. We were not satisfied with the breakfast. Besides local products, there should also be optionsa from international cuisine that everyone can enjoy. We found the available food tasteless. Also they keep a lot of luggage in the hotel lobby, which creates an unpleasant sight from the moment you enter. This is our second stay at this hotel. We loved our first stay, bu we weren't as satisfied this time.

Слабое освещение. На фото номер выглядел больше, по факту негде раскрыть чемодан и между столом и кроватью приходится пролазить бочком.

The room was fine but the bathroom was very sloppily cleaned; fingermarks on virtually all fittings, one of the glass walls to the shower was probably completely overlooked, fingernail on the floor and so on. Simply not a great impression.

На высоких этажах ( мы жили на 12) был прекрасный вид, жаль окно нельзя приоткрыть для проветривания. В комнатах душно утром. Мы на вечер приоткрывали дверь в коридор , чтобы проверить комнату. В целом в комнате чисто , но уборка не идеальная.
