Location was good and a 10 minute walk to a metro station, really easy to get to the city centre. The noise from the street was unbearably loud - all times of the day, from cars/trucks/people. The neighborhood is not the best you can wish, but this has nothing to do with the property. However, the appartment is very close to the metro station, which makes really easy moving around in the city.

Faisal the property manager makes a good effort to ensure everything is ok for your stay. The location in terms of distance is ok, you need to get a short 10 minute taxi to the main to area where it’s all happening , or a train if that’s your preference. The only negative though is the area itself is rough and not very pleasant to walk around

The lock system helped keep your ease of mind since you didn't have to carry a key. Great location too. Close to public transportation. Overall great value for money.

• Zac (9/5): - This is an exceptionally well-appointed, comfortable apartment at a really good price. Really large rooom and incredibly comfortable bed! Check-in was smooth, communication was very responsive and Faisal is an excellent host. Highly recommended! For those who are unaware, Attiki is a residential area - it's not in the heart of the tourist zone, so is a little grungier. But the apartment is close to Attiki metro station so you can very quickly and easily get to whenever you want to go.

• Margaux (6/5): Bien si on est de passage - L'hôte est très gentil et vous contacte en amont pour vous donner toutes les infos. C'est très agréable. Le lieu est propre et très bien aménagé. Check-in facile Le quartier n'est pas très agréable. Bien si vous souhaitez simplement passer la nuit pour partir le lendemain mais si vous passez quelques jours à Athènes, le quartier me semble un peu éloigné des centres d'intérêt. La nuit est assez bruyante dans la rue donc compliqué. Le panneau "exit" dans la chambre est très très lumineux donc si la lumière vous incommode en dormant, je vous conseille de prendre un masque pour dormir. Salle de bain assez sommaire mais suffisante pour une nuit
• Margaux (8/5): Un petit cocon pour vos vacances en amoureux - Terra Oliva est un hôtel charmant Les chambres sont belles et spacieuses, il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin dans les logements. Les hôtes vous contactent par message en amont, l'accueil est parfait. Vous êtes très proches de Pollonia, vous pourrez même vous y rendre à pied La proximité avec la route est vraiment surprenante. Peu de gens en parlent dans les commentaires. Ce n'est pas bruyant mais l'hôtel est vraiment sur la route. Quand vous êtes sur votre terrasse, dans le jacuzzi à l'étage par exemple, tout le monde vous voit. Je préfère le mentionner car je n'avais pas conscience de cela quand nous avons choisi l'hôtel. Attention à ne pas vous tromper en réservant, il y a 2 chambres avec piscine privée et une chambre à l'étage avec jacuzzi mais pas d'accès piscine si vous êtes à l'étage.

The room was very clean and cleaned every day with fresh linens. Very close to public transportation, grocery stores and bakeries. Grafetti was an eye sore, however everyone in the neighborhood seemed nice and we felt safe walking around. Building itself was very secure and the balcony was nice to be able to sit outside at night. Would highly recommend this place.

Close to metro station, not far away from city center and it was clean. I always like a bit warmer atmosphere. The flat felt cold and with no soul. That is a thing of personal taste, I guess - warmer light tone, some interior touches could make it feel more cozy.

• Jessi Joy (9/5): - L’appartement est super, il est spacieux et équipé de tout ce qu’il faut. Le service est comme dans un hôtel : le ménage est fait tout les jours. Le gérant est très sympa et répond directement au question, donne des bonnes adresses, … Pas grand chose à dire de négatif. L’appartement manque peut-être d’un petit peu de luminosité (extérieur) mais c’est vraiment pas gênant. Le matelas est un peu dur mais à nouveau ça n’a pas dérangé.

• Jacinta (10/5): A gem in Athens - We had a great stay and Faisal was an awesome host. A very gracious man and contacting him about anything was never a problem and he answered straight away. Faisal accommodated us staying longer in Athens in another room as by the time we realised ours was booked. Made local friends and ate local food, thoroughly recommend. Close walk to trains and we easily explored Athens.

• Dganit Enso (9/5): - We arrived at night and departed early in the morning. The room was spotless, and the bed was neat and comfortable. There was shampoo, soap, and clean towels. Also, a bottle of water and orange juice in the fridge, as well as coffee and tea in the kitchen.
• Abbey (9/5): Great apartment, would recommend. - The place was very clean, spacious and was perfect for our few nights in Athens. Bed was comfortable, shower was great. Less than 5 minute walk to the train station. Area didn’t have many restaurant options or much happening, but train station close by so didn’t matter much.
• Asia (10/5): Comoda e moderna sistemazione ad Atene! - Struttura molto moderna dotata di tutti i comfort. Vicina alla stazione metro Attiki. Personale super disponibile, ha saputo aiutarci anche per un check in in tarda nottata. Ottima struttura!

• Vicente (10/5): Buena estancia para una visita a Atenas - Limpio y con buena conexión de metro. El host es muy amable y te ayuda en cualquier cosa que necesites. Tiene cuenta de netflix por lo que no necesitas llevar tu propio usuario. Probamos ambos apartamentos y los dos tipos están genial. Además hacen limpieza de habitaciones diaria y tienes café té y agua disponible de forma gratuita. La cama es cómoda y tienes varias almohadas disponibles. El hornillo de cocina es auxiliar y en uno de los dos apartamentos no había. Creo que si lo hubiéramos pedido nos lo hubieran proporcionado, pero no nos hizo falta.
