- YOSHIKI (10/5): セキュリティー厳重。 - エレベーター乗る際に毎回カードキーが必要なので、セキュリティーがばっちり。 外部からのUber eats配達員や尋ねてきた友人が、宿泊フロアまで行けない構造になっている。それが不便という人もいるだろうが、泊まる側としては安心安全なので助かる。 朝ごはんは、焼きそばが絶品すぎた。中華料理店で1200円くらいで出されているような味がした。 前回、東横インに泊まったのはコロナ禍でバイキング中止→1人前の幕の内弁当だった為、今回大満足！！ あの焼きそば目当てでもう一度泊まりたいくらい。 豆腐ハンバーグもあった。減量中や筋トレ勢にはありがたいメニュー。納豆や茹で卵は無かった（もちろん、日によってメニューは違うそうです） 気になったのは他の部屋からの水道、排水管の音。それと、エアコンリモコンに「ひかえめ」や「しずか」が無かった為、最弱でも効きすぎな印象だった。その辺は部屋着やパジャマを持ち込むと、調整できて良いかも知れない。

- Joel (8/5): - Toyoko Inn- Shinjuku Gyommae was in an excellent location for public transport and is within walking distance to popular shopping locations and landmarks within Shinjuku. My room was also quite spacious and had quite a bit of floor space. The breakfast offered was nice, but it was mainly a selection of savoury dishes. I would definitely stay here again due to the convenient location! :)
- Jocelyn (6/5): - This hotel is showing its age a bit. Great location, close to subway entrance and short walk to the Shinjuku gardens. Staff a little reserved, but had no problems asking for a taxi. Breakfast was a bit ordinary. Rooms very small, recommend one person to a room.

Também percebi dificuldade no uso de inglês, mas os funcionários fazem de tudo pra conseguir se entender com você, então nao considero isso exatamente ruim. Considerando o preço praticado e proposta do hotel, apesar dos pontos citados,considero uma otima opção econômica em tokyo sem ser hotéis capsulas.
- Cédric (10/5): Hôtel calme et bien situé pour Shinjuku - Le personnel est accueillant et serviable. Ils m’ont aidé et rempli pour moi le formulaire pour le transfert de bagage de leur hôtel à celui de ma prochaine destination. Et j’ai bien récupéré mon bagage au nouvel hôtel à mon arrivée.

- kuniko (10/5): - 御苑がとても近かったり、コンビニ等も近く、良かった。ホテルの受付の人の聞き返しの返事の仕方が、「ん？」っておっしゃられるので、それが、気になったのど、食事テーブルが食後少しですけど、清潔感がちょっと無いのが気になりました。(でもこれは少数精鋭で頑張っていらっしゃるのに手が回らないでありましょうから、お客さん側に問題があるのかな？)あと、ランドリー回りと、製氷機回りも、マナーがイマイチなお客さんがいらっしゃったのでしょうけど、煩雑に見られる場面がありました。でも、全体的にきれいですし、お部屋の中もきれいでした。また、東横インさん、だいぶ前に泊まったことがありまして、その頃はおにぎり2つくらいと、あと忘れましたが、何か軽いものだったと記憶しておりますが、だいぶ力を入れられたみたいで、お食事がちゃんとしっかり栄養バランスを取れる満足のお食事に変わられていて、びっくりしましたし、有り難かったです。お世話になりました。

- Jonas Suurballe (8/5): Nice stay, very central in Shinjuku - I had a nice stay. It’s very central in the Shinjuku and I could walk everywhere. The room is small but very nice, comfortable bed and it has everything you need. The breakfast which is included is traditional Japanese and I love the japanese cuisine but I still have to get use to eating rice and soup for breakfast so I didn’t have the breakfast. One thing that annoyed me, as a solo traveler, is the sign hanging everywhere that you are not allowed visitors to your room. This ‘rule’ wasn’t clear when I booked and I think it’s a bit ridiculous since we are all adults. The staff was friendly and the reception was manned 24/7.

- Mattias (8/5): Great location, small room - The location is very good. Subway station is just around the corner. There's a convenience store open late very close. It's also very close, only a couple of blocks, to a lot of gay bars in Shinjuku. Very convenient. For some reason they have latest check in at 10 p.m. even though the reception is open 24 hours. There's not always English speaking staff in the reception. Some of the staff are very friendly and service minded, others have room for improvement. Rooms are small. Breakfast is poor. Definitely not a lot of western style options. But it's a buffet, so if you're not picky you can always fill up.

- TAEWOOK (10/5): 혼자여행으로 매우 만족 - 신주쿠교엔마에 역에서 걸어서 5분 안쪽으로 있어 접근성은 매우 우수, 직원들도 친절하고 전체적인 컨디션은 좋았습니다. 연박시 수건은 매일 문고리에 걸려 있었지만 청소는 3일에 한번 진행한다는 문구를 본 것 같습니다.(3박동안 청소는 X, 수건은 매일 지급) 조식은 따로 먹진 않았지만 매일 무료조식 지급 체력만 받쳐준다면 신주쿠역에서 숙소까지 도보로 충분히 가능한 거리입니다. 여행객들도 많지만 출장나온 일본인들도 제법 있었던 것 같고, 전체적으로 조용하니 편안한 분위기입니다.
- Jose (8/5): - This hotel is good, there is plenty of restaurants nearby a metro station just 5 minutes away walking and shinjuku 15-20 minutes walking. The staff doesn’t know much English and I don’t speak Japanese but they still helped the best they could with check in. The staff always welcomed me when I entered the building and left. There is a elevator that requires your room key which makes it safe for the people staying in this hotel. Rooms were cleaned every 4 days. Overall I would stay in this hotel again because shinjuku is nearby and it’s convenient for sightseeing visitors.

- TAKAE (10/5): バレエ - チェックインの時から、スタッフの対応がとても気持ち良かったです。駅からも近く、伊勢丹や新宿駅周辺のお買い物や飲食店、カフェ、コンビニも多くとても便利な場所にあります。ホテル内もとても綺麗で居心地も良かったです。朝食も和食、洋食のバイキング形式になっていて、しっかりいただく事ができました。東京に行く際は、こちらのホテルを利用させていただきたいと思います。

- Brian (10/5): Well situated and comfortable. - Located very close to a metro line, the hotel allowed me to explore the local area of Shinjuku and also the rest of the tourist areas of Tokyo. My room was clean and comfortable and its size was adequate. It was serviced every three days although fresh towels were provided daily, even when I didn’t want them! Breakfast was free and was excellent, giving me a great start to my day. I would certainly use this hotel again if I was coming to Tokyo.

- Seth (10/5): Best Stay in Tokyo in Memory! - It was actually an unexpected stay that night. I was in Tokyo for two days. I was staying at another hotel. And the bill was being paid by the company that was hosting me in Tokyo. When I found out in the morning how much the bill was, I was so surprised and decided to move to another hotel. Because of my experience with and use of Hotel.com, I immediately checked Hotel.com and found this hotel quickly, and easily. It was a so much more convenient place for me to stay that night, and the rate was 1/3 of what we were paying at the other hotel. In addition to that, the service and the convenience the hotel afforded me was far superior to what was available at the other hotel. I couldn’t have been happier with my stay. In addition to that, as I had come from the other hotel in the morning, the staff could not have been more helpful with my baggage, things that needed to be refrigerated, and hanging things that I needed to take out of my bag so they could air in preparation for my evening that night. They took care of everything at the front desk with a smile and a thank you and, again, could not have been more helpful and supportive.
