Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Beds super comfortable, very big shower. The black out shutters and the quietness of the area meant a good nights sleep. Secure access to both the building and the apartment. I found communication with the company excellent too. I would stay there again. We were very happy with it. Very light sleepers might struggle with the noise of the fridge going off and on but it didn’t bother us.

There is a cafe on the ground floor where you can grab a coffe and some breakfast. Nearest supermarket is 6-7 minutes by foot. The mattress was not very comfortable for me, and there was no exhaust in the kitchen.

Voorzien van badkamer Keukentje en een goed bed. lokatie tot de Messe is heel goed en de bakker benenden is een groote plus Apartement is erg warm zelfs als je verwaarming uitdoet. gelukig kan de raam open maar dan heb je laast van de buren die op de balkoon zitten en erg veel lawaai maken.

• Simona (9/5): Una vacanza andata oltre le mie aspettative. - Appartamento completo di tutto, C'era anche un asciugacapelli potente e fero da stiro. Molto comodo poi avere microonde e macchinetta del caffè. Wi-fi perfetto, tv grande, due tipi di cuscini e soprattutto riscaldamento da poter gestire in autonomia e super confortevole e caldo. Bagno grande. Cucina completa. C'è anche un piccolo balcone. Il posto è silenzioso e in un attimo si arriva alla linea metro U2 e sempre dalla metro c'è un centro commerciale di tre piani con qualsiasi cosa, un piano dedicato al mangiare e un supermercato grande. C'è anche la possibilità di parcheggiare gratis. Noi abbiamo sempre trovato posto. L'appartamento non è stato pulito bene. Pavimenti e bagno puliti, ma la polvere era veramente eccessiva. In alcuni punti tipo dietro al letto e i comodini e nelle lampadine e altri punti, è come se non fosse stato pulito da tempo. Anche il forno a microonde non era molto pulito. Frigorifero leggermente rumoroso, letto leggermente mollo. In dotazione viene data solo una spugnetta con del detersivo per i piatti. Sarebbe necessario avere almeno anche degli straccetti e un detergente per pulire quotidianamente.

• Binwen (4/5): - Close to the mall. Size of room is big. We didn't use the kitchenette, but it looks like you have everything you need. Management was nice to let us check in earlier. The toilet was dirty and smelly. One towel was dirty as well.

• AmandaRamalho (9/5): Confortável - O apartamento é muito bom, espaçoso por ser uma kitnet, bem equipado. Usei muito o microondas que também é forno e o frigobar, que tem um tamanho excelente. O anfitrião fornece informações bem detalhadas para nossa chegada, ainda assim custamos a entender a dinâmica das senhas da porta de entrada do prédio e do apartamento, mas nada que um pouco mais de atenção não resolva. O prédio está bem no meio de duas estações de trem/metrô, em uma delas tem um centro comercial com farmácia, mercado, restaurantes, DM, etc. Muito útil pra tudo (lembre-se, de domingo tudo fecha!). E na outra estação tem um Rewa, com refeições boas. No prédio também tem lavanderia com máquinas de lavar e secar (EUR 2,60 cada) e foi extremamente útil para nós que precisávamos lavar roupas de bebê (compre sabão nos mercados!). Como só tinha disponibilidade de quarto com camas de solteiro, e estávamos viajando com um bebê, tivemos que juntar as camas para o bebê dormir com a gente, já que ele não se adaptou ao sofá cama. Isso acabou sendo desconfortável, mas resolveu nosso "problema".

• Anniken (5/5): Decent stay at a sentral location for conferences - The location is very good if you are using the conference facilities near by. The description from booking.com made it difficult to find the way, but the person on the phone was super helpful. There were bearded fish (bugs) on the wall, which is super hard to get rid of if they spread.

Bakkerij op het gelijkvloers serveerde heerlijk ontbijt en vriendelijke bediening. Appartement is voldoende groot, net, en bedden liggen goed. Kussens waren iets te zacht. In de winter kan wellicht een bijkomende deken voor extra warmte zorgen. De douchezeep wordt tijdens je verblijf niet bijgevuld. Op is op.

• Ivan (7/5): Aceptable. - The apartment is small but comfortable. Overall, it's a nice place. Located outside the center of munich but near the ICM. Subway is close. I stayed there during the summer, when temperatures reached around 30°C (86°F), and the apartment was very hot. It does NOT HAVE air conditioning, which I find unacceptable.

Earliest check in 5pm is quite late. No luggage storage. Apartment clean, until you look in shower, mould on bottom of shower screens and drainage really needs to be attended to.

The space too small for three persons; if you open the sofa, the place become very tighten. This is a studio rather apartment, all 3 beds in the same area.

• Melillis (8/5): Overall a positive stay - The apartment is very close to the fair grounds and underground station and was pretty easy to find and check in. It got all the basic necessities needed for your stay. It was mentioned that there is no airfan or air conditioning system but given the weather forecast we thought it would be bearable but it wasn't always the case. Maybe not very common in the city but would have made the situation better. There is good airflow but you cant always keep windows open due to flying insects.

• Enkhmaa (9/5): Overall it was a good stay - location was excellent, super close to the convention center and restaurants and shops. I found a roach inside the fridge, which was very uncomfortable. Additionally, I saw mice at another hotel in Munich, so this might be a city-wide issue. The water boiler had some white residue inside that appeared to be a cleaning agent. Despite my efforts, I couldn't remove it. Unfortunately, I only noticed the residue after making tea, which was quite unpleasant. It would be helpful to provide a broom, dustpan, or vacuum and garbage bags in the room for guests staying for several days. I stayed for five days and wanted to clean up a bit. That’s all.
