• Genette (9/5): Extremely Disappointing Breakfast. - Clean, modern. Compared to global hotels of the same standard the breakfast was very disappointing. The provision of gluten free alternative food… (as someone who suffers Coeliac Disease and cannot eat anything made from or coated with wheat flour or wheat based soy sauce) for the breakfast left me very little that I could eat. I was unable to eat most of the hot dishes, all breads and cakes. Simply not good enough! All chefs worldwide should have allergy training if they wish to attract international customers.

• Genette (9/5): Comfortable hotel but no understanding of gluten free diet - This hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was not able to provide gluten free choices like hotels of the same standard globally so if you are Coeliac you have a very limited breakfast with no bread, no muffins, no cereals, no soups, no yoghurt and very limited hot dishes. However this is not a specific feature of this hotel as there is a lack of understanding of allergies nationwide.

• rodolfo (9/5): The room and staff are great, the location is right at the spot. - Staff, cleaning, breakfast. All of those were great. The spa/gym was terrible. Not equipped. Air conditioning had not enough power. Should not be listed as such. It’s only a thread mill running and a bike. That was it.

• Jeffrey (10/5): Perfect location for our event at the convention center, would recommend staying here. - The staff was very very helpful. Even if there was a little bit of a language barrier, they were still able to accommodate all of our needs. Of special commendation, we were doing Hyrox next morning, we asked if we can have coffee at 6AM before our run, even if we weren’t having breakfast yet (we planned on eating after the run), the staff apparently took down our names. The next morning, a different staff member automatically knew who I was, allowed me to grab coffee, and knew that we would come back after an hour to have our actual breakfast. The small acts mean a lot. Hotel room was nice and clean and we enjoyed our stay here. None, this hotel gave us what we needed

• Csaba Holló (7/5): It was ok. - I visited the Nangang Exhibition Centre, for what the location was ideal. The room was clean and fair in minimalist style. The stuff was kind. When I travel to the tropic I wish to have fruits in wide range for breakfast. Unfortunately there wasn't many kind of fruits on table. The pilot in the room for me didn't fit the best.

• 佳琪 (1/5): - 幫家人預訂（非自己入住），但因重複預訂，飯店端也沒有電話提醒跟簡訊通知說當天沒有人入住，是後來跟家人詢問住的如何才發現重複訂房了！打電話到飯店端也說兩個禮拜了不能退款，我詢問是否可保留，飯店說不能？貴飯店住宿不便宜，但這樣的服務我真的不敢苟同！快6000塊不是600塊！兩方都有疏失的情況下只能消費者買單，以常客去消費的狀態下，以後我真的不會再考慮住老爺了！

• Sonia (3/5): A low quality hotel run by unpleasant staff - go somewhere else. - The location is good. It offers good connection to different subway lines and many good malls around. What I liked about the location the most is it has a nice running trail by the river nearby. Poor service: The staff is extremely unhelpful and unpleasant. No greetings, no means of offering help. What disturbed me the most is the female receptionist at breakfast - terribly rude and impolite. So sad to start my day seeing a sad and angry face who is lacking decency to greet back when someone/ a guest greets. Poor facility: A sad little gym offers nearly nothing. A small breakfast space mix with external business affairs. There is zero space to hang out in the hotel except your own room. Dirty room: The room wasn't clean when I checked in the first day. I had to use my own wipes to clean the stained surfaces. The soundproof: Poor.

Also just outside the city (avoid the jam) if you intend to stay here before heading off to the eastern towns from Nangang station. Room is small but it is expected since this is a business hotel
