- Leticia (8/5): - Hotel is well located, near good restaurants and public transport. Excellent breakfast, but if you’d prefer you can use the small kitchen in the apartment. But our 3 nights were in the summer, and the room has no air conditioning. Very hard to sleep. One of the beds was broken, but it was replaced after notifying the staff.

Our double room was spacious and the staff was friendly, but our stay was brought down by the lack of air conditioning. The neighborhood is also quite boring and there was construction going on outside starting at 7am. Next time, I will stay in a hotel with AC.

However understandable that there isn’t any air con due to the property running on entirely green energy which is amazing! And we got used to the heat. - Jason (6/5): - First off, what wasn’t clear to us when booking was that this is actually a student dormitory building that also functions as a hotel to the public (possibly because it’s summer break). We booked what was advertised as a two bedroom suite, but these were actually two single dorms connected by an entry way and bathroom. There was no living room or couch. Secondly, the street outside is under road construction so the tram line is not running. The nearest U Bahn station (Schottenring) is also under construction so trains are only running in one direction, making it quite inconvenient to get around from the hotel. More importantly, the road construction also started at 8 am on weekday mornings and was very loud from our street facing unit, making it impossible to sleep. The hotel staff did not warn us about this noise at all

- Andre (10/5): - Eigentlich ein Studentenwohnheim - im Sommer teilweise umfunktioniert zu einem Hotel. Modern, hell und sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtete Zimmer mit Kühlschrank zu einem sehr fairen Preis. Hervorragender Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Stadt. Einziger Nachteil: die Straße ist stark befahren und der Verkehrslärm je nach Lage des Zimmers und gekipptem Fenster sehr deutlich zu hören, einschließlich der Straßenbahn. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung!

- Pamela (10/5): - Everyone thinks about staying in District 1 - but this location has lots to offer. Great restaurants and bars just near the river. Close to metro and tram service. Accommodations were nice.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - There is no AC in rooms, there is no TV and no parking space. It wasn't advertised that parking on street is not an option and that parking garage is about at least 1/2 mile away and that it cost €22 to park.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice - Everything was good. Room was clean and big enough. Check-in and check-out were really easy. Location of the hotel is a bit away from the city center but you can find something to eat in the local area. The only negative thing was that the hotel is charged me whole price prior 2 days to my stay although I preferred "pay at the property", so you don't have any chance to pay at the property since without payment they are cancelling the booking.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Firstly, this is NOT a hotel. The rooms are basic. It is set up more like a youth hostel. That said it is clean and staff are very helpful and it’s in a good location for the main city sightseeing.

We were offered an early check-in at cost to a family room which we should have refused on inspection as the room lacked: chairs, a tv, luggage stand, towel rack, proper lighting, utensils for the kitchenette and decoration of any kind - basically, a college dorm.

The staff, especially Teresa, was very helpful and kind as we got to the hotel late at night due to an issue with another reservation. She also helped us with our visit to Vienna and how to get to the sites we wanted to see. They had a nice laundry area with 4 new washers and 4 new dryers which we needed to use. The only thing I didn’t love was the simple, modern look of the room. It was great for one night, but not very comfortable for a long stay. Also they had a lot of great places to hang your clothes, but no hangers in the room.
