- Valentino (9/5): - Alles in Ordnung. Vermieter sehr nett. Hat uns sogar Frühstück gebracht obwohl wir es vergessen hatten dazu zu buchen. Die Lage ist zentral. Zu Fuss alles erreichbar. Ich glaube generell einfach der Lärm in Neapel..da kann das Hotel aber nicht zu.

- Yanina (10/5): Espectacular - Estuvo genial la ubicación, mejor no podría ser. Si bien no conocí al dueño, su atención fue muy buena y estuvo muy atento. Las instalaciones son muy lindas y limpias. Brindó agua gratis, que para los viajeros eso es muy importante (también café, té y algunas cositas más) El agua caliente de la ducha podría salir un poquito más caliente, no se pasa frío y para mi marido estaba bien, pero para mi le faltaba un poco más de calor.

- Justyna (4/5): Nie wróciłabym na pewno. - Lokalizacja bardzo dobra Ręczniki i pościel śmierdziały tania chemia. Do tego ręczniki powinny być już wymienione na nowe, te wyglądały jakby były używane od 10 lat. WiFi działało tylko na krótko po naszym przyjeździe. Po wiadomości do hosta, że nie działa WiFi- zero odpowiedzi. Odpisał o 2 w nocy, że już powinno działać- niestety tak się nie stało. Na zdjęciach pokoje wyglądają pięknie, jasno i przytulnie. W rzeczywistości był bardzo ciemny i zimny. Długo musieliśmy go nagrzewać klimatyzacja. W pokoju też było czuć ochydny odświeżacz powietrza, który chyba miał zamaskować stęchliznę.

- Патрикеева (10/5): - Отличное расположение. Уборка в номере ежедневно. Я посещала Неаполь в декабре, номер обогревался кондиционером и было достаточно тепло. Номер достаточно просторный и чистый. Больше всего меня выручала и помогала решать все вопросы чудесный администратор Mariachiara. Очень внимательная, доброжелательная, всегда на связи и готова помочь. Она сопровождала меня с момента бронирования до моего заселения в отель и дальше, до моего вылета из Неаполя. Благодаря ей не было никаких проблем. Большой респект!!! Это очень полезно для тех, кто посещает Неаполь как я впервые.

En 1er. piso con ascensor. Ademas el anfitrión, Mattia es muy amable, nos ayudó con el equipaje desde el auto en la calle hasta el apartamento y también nos acompañó a estacionar el auto. Tambien está en los detalles, deja un juego de cepillos dentales, pantuflas y café plano turístico e indicaciones. Muy buen lugar lo recomiendo ampliamente. Todo excelente

Большой номер, прекрасно оснащенный, очень комфортный. Управляющий Маттео очень внимателен. Понравилось все. Единственное - почему он назван Неаполитанский Завтрак, если завтрак не входит в проживание? Конечно, мы не остались без скромного завтрака, но он оказался любезностью Маттео. Так что, только нейминг озадачил, все остальное порадовало. Очень советуем.

Our plan in Napoles was more than perfect because staff help us a lot, with tours recommendations, help to get taxis or Ubers, and also my wife got sick and the staff help me to get a pharmacy options, next day gave us breakfast to help her to get better, so love it. Very secure and nice place! Closer to everything in Napoles and very close from Metro università stop, which make everything easier. NO applicable

- Christian (7/5): Okay für eine Nacht - Die Lage war gut, man ist fußläufig in 10 bis 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt oder am Hafen. Das Bettzeug war leider etwas fleckig. Einiges an Einrichtung sah schon recht verbraucht aus, im Bad hat die Hälfte des Türrahmens gefehlt und in die Tee-Utensilien waren teilweise verstaubt/dreckig. Dennoch war es für eine Übernachtung okay.

- luca (10/5): Un ottimo soggiorno al Neapolitan B&B - Il Neapolitan B&B è una bellissima struttura situata in una via centrale di Napoli. Il proprietario, Mattia, una persona gentile e disponibile mi ha anche usato la gentilezza di offrirmi la colazione, che non sarebbe stata inclusa nel prezzo. La camera è ampia e di design su toni neutri, che personalmente amo. Il Wi-Fi molto potente, a differenza di molte altre strutture. Il bagno ha un arredamento moderno e la doccia in pietra era davvero stupenda. In più un sistema di luci permetteva una micro esperienza di cromoterapia grazie ad un sistema integrato che permetteva di cambiare la luce alla doccia. Aria condizionata perfetta. La camera ha un soffitto altissimo, che dà un tocco di maestosità. Il prezzo, per il mese di luglio, in piena alta stagione, era più basso che in altri posti anche di rappresentanza

Non mi è possibile valutare la colazione perché nel mese di agosto il servizio è sospeso, come ci avevano comunicato in fase di prenotazione, ma nei pressi ci sono molti bar

- Kyriakos (8/5): Great location and stylish room - The room was stylish, beautifully decorated, and kept very clean. Mattia, the host, was extremely helpful, friendly, and made the smart check-in process easy and fast with his clear guidance. Check-out was also straightforward, and we appreciated being able to leave our luggage securely before our return flight. The location is excellent—very close to the metro station and within walking distance of Napoli's main attractions. We felt safe during our stay, as the external door of the complex is locked and monitored by a security guard, the B&B floor is accessed via a passcode, and the room requires a key card. Breakfast was provided in the room on the first day at the agreed-upon time, which was convenient. From the first evening, the room had a noticeable smell of humidity, which was unpleasant. Additionally, breakfast was only provided in the room on the first day. On the second day, we were asked to have breakfast at a nearby coffee shop. We understand the change but the offering of just a snack and a drink felt very basic, especially considering we had paid extra for breakfast. The most significant issue was the lack of warm water. It was rather lukewarm. We were unable to take a proper warm shower during our stay, which was quite inconvenient and disappointing.

So many great restaurants nearby, and Mattia from the hotel gave lots of touring and restaurant information. Inside the hotel had been freshly painted just before we arrived. The rooms were large and clean.

The rooms were not big enough and the walls are not sealed, you can sometimes hear what is happening in the next room or in the corridor..

- Richard (10/5): Excellent B&B in Central Napoli - Stayed for three nights on rail trip around Italy. The B&B is ideally situated within comfortable walking distance of the central railway station and bus from the airport, along with the main tourist sites/areas within Naples. The accommodation is also near the Metro and located in what appears to be a very safe area, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The room itself was comfortable and spotlessly clean and the helpful, and friendly host (who took time to advise on what was best to see), was easily contacted via WhatsApp if needed or to answer any query. The breakfast was also plentiful; delivered to the room on each day. Would stay again if the opportunity arises.
- Françoise (9/5): Good stay - Very clean! We’ve always received fresh water. The bathroom was insanely perfect. It has a good location. You can park your car nearby.
