• Simona (9/5): Puiku - The view was amazing, the bed was very comfortable, and the host’s communication was excellent. He was very friendly, funny, and easy to talk to. I also appreciated his patience — he didn’t get annoyed even though I asked some questions multiple times that he had already answered before 😄😂 Although the neighborhood is not the coziest, it has very convenient access to metro and bus stations, which are only about a 10-minute walk away. The only downside was the neighborhood, which felt a bit uncomfortable at times. For girls traveling alone, coming back late at night might not feel very safe or cozy.

• Vicki (8/5): Convenient spot to stay to explore Naples. Close to the railway station and Metro. Giuseppe was very informative on how - Good location. Near the railway station and a variety of restaurants. The balcony was a lovely place to relax and look out over the city towards the sea. The entrance to the building and outside the room could be a bit confronting for some people. Still felt safe though. Perhaps have China mugs and glasses instead of small paper cups for tea or coffee.

• Christina (10/5): Would recommend, great location and exactly what you need - Very clean and tidy room, the balcony was great with an incredible view of Mount Vesuvius and the sea. Great location near the train station to be able to get around; 5 minute walk to some amazing food places. Check in and out was very easy and clear due to the host being in touch prior to. The hotel, cleanliness and location were great. the only thing that could have been better would have been an extra pillow on the bed; but very minor issue.

Giuseppe, our host, was so kind and helpful, always friendly and super reactive! The cleaning lady as well, so adorable! The location is very central, you can easily walk to all places and just a 5-minute walk ro the train station. The apartment is located in an old, residential building with concierge, so you directly feel the local vibe. The best thing about it was the balcony with the amazing view! You instantly feel you’re on holiday. We’ll definitely come back and recommend this place to our friends! Grazie mille, Giuseppe & forza Napoli! 💙

• Carl (10/5): A nice place, just not in a great location. - The owner was very responsive and provide good instructions to getting into the room. Finding the building was a little difficult for us. The room was comfortable. The location of the facility was not in a great area.
• cristian (10/5): Nice place /great man . - Giuseppe's place is very close to the train station and bus stations but also close to the historic center, the famous pizzeria Michelle. His room is very clean, equipped with a coffee machine, minibar and a balcony with a sea view. The block is well guarded and secured, as is your room, the area is safe (even if it doesn't seem like it). Giuseppe is a special man, he was very helpful in solving a health problem for me. I loved the olive toiletries although i needed more of the shower gel. I couldn’t access Netflix and i woukd have liked more of the lovely shower gel.

L'appartamento è molto carino, con una pulizia impeccabile e un letto davvero comodissimo, perfetto per riposare dopo le camminate napoletane. La vista è semplicemente spettacolare. ​Un ringraziamento speciale va ai portinai, sempre gentili, e soprattutto al gestore, che mi ha seguita con cura per tutta la durata del soggiorno: non è facile trovare persone così disponibili e attente. La posizione è strategica e comoda per raggiungere ogni punto della città. ​Che dire? Super consigliato per un ritorno a Napoli! Grazie di cuore. Nulla

• Jonas (3/5): Teuer für das gebotene, Schimmel und unangenehme Lage (gibt für weniger Geld besseres!) - - Viel Schimmel im Bad. Fenster lässt sich nicht schließen, daher sehr laut (auch nachts mit Feuerwerk irgendwelcher Nachbarn). Im 13. Stock in einem runtergekommenen Haus wo Müll im Gang steht und man sich unwohl fühlt. Leider nur Self-Check-In, sodass wir ein Problem mit dem zweiten Bett hatten. Auf Booking ist das Zimmer mit zwei Betten ausgeschrieben aber es war nur eines bezogen - dann ewiges diskutieren über WhatsApp.

• Thomas (8/5): Eine gute Unterkunft für einen Kurztrip - Die Unterkunft liegt ziemlich zentral zwischen der Altstadt und dem Bahnhof. Das Zimmer ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hat einen Balkon und der Blick vom 13. Stock auf den Vesuv, den Hafen und die Altstadt ist wirklich toll. Guiseppe ist ein perfekter Gastgeber und jederzeit per Whats App erreichbar. Preis-Leistung war gut. Das Haus selbst ist nicht sehr schön und die direkte Umgebung ist auch eher nicht so toll, aber nur ein paar Minuten nach rechts und man ist in der Altstadt.

• Jorge (9/5): In LOVE con Nápoles - La situación es perfecta para explorar Nápoles, y también para hacer excursiones porque estás a 5 min andando de la estación de tren y a poco más de 15mim del puerto. Giuseppe ha sido muy amable. La terraza con vistas lo mejor Teóricamente no es la mejor zona en cuanto a seguridad, pero nosotros no hemos tenido ni medio problema en cinco días.

• John (8/5): - Guiseppe, the host gave clear instructions on how to access the property and was easy to communicate with during our stay. He even booked a taxi to take us to the Airport on our last day. South Hands is a ten minute walk from the main train station and is also close to many good restaurants and attractions in the Historic Centre. The room was clean and comfortable. Wi Fi was patchy.

Всегда отзывчивый хозяин Джузеппе, отвечал на все вопросы и помогал. Капсулы для кофе, для прекрасного завтрака на балконе. Рядом с вокзалом, портом, отличные пиццерии совсем близко. Немного шумно, и расположение со стороны вокзала грязно . Но мы ходили по нижней улице. Там всё ок.

We had everything we needed, and despite the fact that it’s in the city center it wasn’t too loud. We didn’t meet the host in person, but he was very communicative and we felt well taken care of. The staff there was very kind and open. Would definitely come back again.
• Sem (10/5): Fantastic! - Every morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a fantastic view from the hotel terrace. Giuseppe is the best host you will ever meet, you can ask him things to do around the hotel or have a beer with him, it’s always fun! The hotel itself is also very enjoyable, clean rooms and a nice swimming pool with the best view. Would recommed this place to everyone who would like to escape the busy atmosphere of napels! Nothing!
