• Çetinkaya (8/5): Keyifli, güvenli, rahat - Konum olarak metroya trene yakın olması, gezilecek yerlere ulaşımın rahat olması çok iyiydi. Güvenli ve rahat hissettirdi. Fiyat performans açısından tatmin ediciydi. Temiz bir oteldi. Odada mini buzdolabı, ikram kahve, kahve makinesi vs yoktu. Ancak çarşaflar havlular banyo malzemeleri yeterliydi. Zaten fiyat performans oteli olduğu için lüks otel odası ambiyansi beklemek anlamsız olur. Bize oldukça yeterli ve gayet temiz geldi bu bakimdan. İnternet bağlantısı iyiydi.
• Marlise (8/5): - Overall simple and quiet place. Beautiful court to have breakfast or just a time-out. All you really need in your room plus comfortable bed. Very clean, everything well maintained. A no nonsense place. If you like simplicity go for it. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Location is just great. 8' walk to Praterstern, a central hub for public transport, including the direct S7 line to Vienna Airport. If you love walking great routes to town centre. 2. Bezirk is still authentic Vienna. All good.

• Nicolas (10/5): - My girlfriend and I stayed at Hotel Kunsthof for just one night during our trip to Vienna, and it was amazing! We didn't spend much time in the hotel since we were out exploring and really only stayed there at night to sleep, but it was perfect for what we needed. The bed was great and super comfortable. The room also came fully equipped with fresh towels and all the bathroom necessities we needed. Highly recommend for a comfortable, hassle-free stay!

Zentral also Das mit Kunst bestückte Hotel insgesamt u das leckere Frühstück u das hilfsbereite U sehr freundliche u zuvorkommende Personal Da gibt es nichts! Leider konnten wir wegen des Wetters nicht im urigen Innenhof frühstücken .

• Christian (9/5): - Das Hotel ist aufgrund der Nähe zum Praterstern perfekt gelegen. Mit U1 oder U2 kommt man sehr schnell zu Karlsplatz, Altstadt, Schottentor oder Donauinsel, mit der Regionalbahn gibt es eine schnelle, direkte Verbindung zum Flughafen. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Personal hilfsbereit, das Frühstück hat ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Hotel hat uns wie gesagt sehr gut gefallen. Einziger Nachteil war, dass unser Zimmer mit Lage zum Innenhof ziemlich dunkel war. Wenn man aber den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist, macht das natürlich wenig.

Frühstücksbuffet hat alles was man braucht in sehr guter Qualität und sehr guter Auswahl. Frühstücksraum ist gemütlich und im Innenhof kann man auch wunderschön draußen sitzen. Personal sind alle sehr nett und sehr aufmerksam. Bin bei jedem Aufenthalt in Wien dort und fühle mich da sehr wohl. Zimmertrennung von Bad mit Toilette und Schlafzimmer hatte im Doppelzimmer keine Tür...man sieht nichts ums Eck aber ich mag das lieber wenn da eine Tür drin ist

Mi hanno cancellato il volo e la struttura non è stata disponibile a farmi recuperare i soldi della notte di cui non ho usufruito, nemmeno tramite voucher da spendere in un anno. Die Lage ist perfekt, 5 Min. von der U-Bahn Haltestelle Praterstern, Nähe Prater. Auch Strassenbahn-Haltestelle waren in unmittelbarer Nähe. Alles in allem waren wir positiv überrascht vom Hotel. Vorallem, dass wir nichts bezahlen mussten, für das Einzelzimmer, das wir kurzfristig absagen mussten. Herzlichen Dank. Das Zimmer war eher klein. Stadtsicht war etwas übertrieben, da wir nur 2 Dachfenster hatten. Unser Zimmer hatte noch Teppichboden, nicht wie im Beschrieb Holz oder Parkettboden. Ist aber kein Problem.

Estuvimos en la última planta, con ventana en el techo. La recepción cierra a partir de las 9, si lo necesitas llamas por teléfono.
• Toni Prov (9/5): - Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut. In nur wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man sowohl die U-Bahn als auch die S-Bahn, sodass alle wichtigen Verkehrsmittel schnell erreichbar sind. Das Hotel selbst war schön und gepflegt, und im Zimmer hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der einzige kleine Nachteil war, dass das Zimmer etwas klein war.
• Bombastik (9/5): Bel relax a Vienna - Hotel accogliente da ogni punto di vista. Silenzioso. Camera (abbiamo preso l'appartamento) rispecchia le foto. Molto ampia e luminosa. Divisa in due parti in modo tale da avere due letti matrimoniali in due stanze diverse. Acqua di cortesia data ogni giorno e due wafer di "benvenuto". Pulizia camera quotidiana. Prese elettriche ovunque. Due televisori. Hall molto accogliente e personale super gentile. All'interno vi è un cortile con le pareti esterne coperte di edera con tavolinetti dove ci può rilassare magari bevendo una birra (come ho fatto io). Posizione strategica a due minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria del Prater e da due linee della metro. Davanti all' albergo passa una linea del tram ed un altro nella strada a lato (mai presi quindi non saprei dire), A 5 minuti dal Prater. Bagno cieco senza ricircolo d'aria. Qualche gancio in bagno non sarebbe stato male.

• Veselin (8/5): The hotel is located in an excellent location because it is close to the metro station and provides - I want to praise the friendly staff at the reception. The guy and girl who work at the reception gave us good advice about things to do in Vienna and arranged a taxi to the airport. Kudos to the reception staff.

Ik had verwacht dat het te voeten dichter bij het centrum was. Ongeveer 40 min tot Stefansdom. Er is wel een metro dichtbij.

• Esther (10/5): - L'hotel è in una zona tranquilla, a due passi dal parco divertimenti di Prater (la ruota gigante) ma anche dall'omonima stazione di interscambio, da cui è comodo raggiungere sia il centro della città sia l'aeroporto, con i treni suburbani. Staff gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, abbiamo anche potuto lasciare gratuitamente in custodia i nostri bagagli dopo il check out, per goderci le ultime ore a Vienna prima del volo di rientro. Colazione varia e abbondante, servita fino a 10:30 nei giorni festivi e weekend. A voler proprio trovare dei "difetti", direi che alcune aree della struttura sono evidentemente datate (corridoi, bagni, moquettes) e avrebbero bisogno di un aggiornamento, ma sono comunque tenute pulite e in ordine. I bagni -almeno il nostro- compensavano però con le notevoli dimensioni e abbondanza di superfici per appoggiare oggetti e prodotti. Peccato anche l'assenza di un mini-frigo in camera, ma si potevano recuperare bevande fresche direttamente dai frigo vicino alla reception.

• Kathleen (8/5): Kunsthof - klein aber oho - Zentrale Lage zur Bahn und zum grünen Prater, dabei in ruhiger Seitenstraße. Schöne Eingangshalle und hübscher grüner Innenhof. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Einzelzimmer unterm Dach war sehr eng und hatte keinerlei Ablagen - abgesehen von ein paar Bügeln und einem schmalen Schreibtisch. Hier lebt man komplett aus dem Koffer.

• Ann (9/5): Quiet hotel near good public transport - The hotel is situated about 5 minutes walk from the underground station/ train station, and tram station. The train for the airport goes from this station, excellent service, about €5 fare. The hotel was very pleasant, a little dated maybe but it did have a lift. Our room had all we needed for our week’s stay, my only quibble was that there was no refrigerator in the room. The rooms were cleaned every day. We went for the breakfast included option and it was very good. My travelling companion loved it as it definitely leaned towards the Austrian/ German forms of breakfast, but there was plenty of fruit, cereals, yogurt etc. Along with the cold meats there was scrambled egg. The staff in the dining room were incredibly pleasant and friendly. We were able to leave our bags in a room behind reception on the day of our departure which was great. The reception area also had an honesty bar. Nothing really, the rooms could probably do with a little freshen up.

• Gerardo (10/5): Perfetto città bellissima - Struttura pulita con personale cordiale e non invadente, pulizie giornaliere in camera. La struttura si trova a due passi dalla metro di Praterstern una delle fermate più importanti della città visto che unisce le fermate metropolitane U1 U2 U3 Treni come S7 (che arriva dall’aeroporto) e non solo e tram . Non sono riuscito ad impostare il condizionatore con aria calda ma credo sia colpa mia

We had windows towards the backyard, which was very nice and quiet. Nice art in common area . Good breakfast! Unfortunately, the backyard, which actually is a nice garden was reserved for smokers. So we could not open the window because the sigarett smell came into the room.🤢
