• Rosso (2/5): Je ne recommande pas car c’est tout sauf un hôtel 4 étoiles. - Pas grand chose, l’emplacement, le petit déjeuner qui rattrape le niveau de l’hotel et la personne à l’accueil qui était disponible pour aider - Les photos et description de la chambre mensongers et qui ne reflète pas le prix payé - La propreté de la chambre laissait à désirer - Ascenseur minuscule - L’accès au dernier étage se fait une partie par ascenseur, une autre par escalier ce qui n’est pas pratique quand on est avec des personnes âgées (non précisé dans l’annonce) - Le restaurant de l’hôtel/bar chicha pas très bien famé (nous avons assisté à une bagarre les 10 premières minutes après notre arrivé…)

The cleanliness was outstanding — the rooms and all areas were spotless and very well maintained. The location is also perfect, as it’s close to everything you might need, which made our stay even more convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly, respectful, and always welcoming. A special thank you to Ahmed, who made breakfast time really enjoyable. He was very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed, making sure we were comfortable. Also, Ahmed at the reception was extremely helpful and professional. He was always willing to assist us and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Nothing.

Un séjour très agréable et avec un sentiment de sécurité ! Le service impeccable, la chambre était vraiment super et propre. L'emplacement était bien située et à proximité des transports en commun. Le petit déjeuner correct. Bon rapport qualité prix Je recommande vivement cet hôtel aux futurs voyageurs pour Istanbul 👍 Le seul petit bémol.... fenêtres mal isolées donc bruit intense de circulation (tout le temps)..... Mais j'ai mis des boules quies et j'ai pû dormir correctement ! 😃

• Svet23 (7/5): - Location was good, close to public transport with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants around. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. There is a shisha bar under the hotel where you can enjoy non-alcoholic bevarages and good music. My room was facing a busy boulevard and the window was not closing firmly which allowed the traffic noise to come inside the room. I guess in colder days cold would also get in. I hope my complain will be considered and this will be fixed for future guest, because it's extremely annoying and unpleasant. Breakfast was poor, coffee was terrible. Hygiene is fine. Bathroom is tiny, a larger person would have difficulty using it.

• Olesia (3/5): Ужас - - Ужасный запах сигарет в номерах, который понимается с нижнего ресторан . Во всем отеле стоит дым . Номера требуют ремонта . Так называемый люкс это вообще ужас . Стены пробиты чем -то, небрежно заклеены куском обоев , полы грязные в пятнах , мусорки все измяты кулаками или ногами. Кто пишет про чудесный завтрак видимо не ели нормально завтрака )) тут есть нечего, курица с привкусом тухлятины , салат бар заветренный . Не советую место, дабы не портить отдых . Мы съехали раньше, деньги за проживание нам не вернули .

• AbdulRahman (7/5): Goed tot het einde, ik was echt geschrokken van de Taxi - locatie, cafee, sfeer Ervaringen met Vliegveld Taxi Service Tijdens mijn verblijf heb ik gebruikgemaakt van de door het hotel aangeboden vliegveld taxi service. Helaas verliep deze ervaring zeer teleurstellend. De chauffeur bleek niet betrouwbaar en handelde op een manier die ik als oplichterig zou omschrijven. De chauffeur was zich er goed van bewust dat ik op tijd op het vliegveld moest zijn. Nadat we waren vertrokken, meldde hij plotseling dat ik extra moest betalen als ik op tijd wilde aankomen. Op dat moment had ik geen andere keuze dan akkoord te gaan met de extra kosten, omdat ik afhankelijk was van deze rit en geen alternatief achter de hand had. Dit voorval heeft mijn vertrouwen in de door het hotel georganiseerde taxiservice ernstig geschaad. Mijn advies is daarom om nooit gebruik te maken van een vliegveld taxi service die via het hotel wordt geregeld, om onaangename verrassingen en onnodige extra kosten te voorkomen.

The staff are super friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is really good with nice options. I also love the café at the hotel — it’s a great place to enjoy a shisha, and have a good time. Everything about this place feels welcoming and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back again!
• Amaan (8/5): Nice hotel, would stay again. - Staff were excellent, english understanding varied among staff, but they still tried to help. Rooms were left clean daily and the room came with a small fridge where we could store drinks. Beds were very comfortable. The room (4 bed) was spacious with plenty of light. In October we found the room nice and warm and the AC was perfectly fine for cooling the room slightly. We were provided with a Kettle and some tea coffee etc Nice buffet with good selection. Mostly the same items everyday though. But plenty of choice. Very few people seemed to be using the buffet at any one time. Excellent location with a small park outside. Shops outside the door, where we could buy water, snacks and drinks Transport links were good, and we were not far from the tram or the underground (metro), Getting to the main sites was very easy. We even walked back once (stopping at Chef Murad for dinner) Across the main road, there were many restaurants and takeaways. The staff were happy to let us store our large pram downstairs which did make things easier, when were coming and going. On the first night on arrival one of the staff members brought us up a selection of fruits, this was very kind of them (possible as we had children) The main restaurant/cafe appeared to be very smokey and used like a shisha bar, we didn’t use it. (The breakfast buffet is served in another part of the hotel. Which was spacious and quiet ) There was also loud music playing in the evenings. We were on the second floor. And the music did not affect us or our children. We could hear it in the distance. I would happily choose the room again. Entrance is at the back for the hotel, which is a small road, so unloading and loading in to your taxi was a little rushed. (this is only a minor issue)

• Cristian George (8/5): - Locatia aproape de obiectivele turistice, magazine si restaurante in apropiere. Mic dejun bun si variat. Spun ca asigura parcare dar nu este asa. Trebuie sa parchezi intr-un loc cu plata. Noi am avut noroc si am gasit un loc liber in fata hotelului si am putut lasa masina acolo pe perioada sederii, fara plata.

Even buses to ISTANBUL INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT are 2 minutes walk from this hotel which saved me a lot of unnecessary traffic and resources. Breakfast starts 7-11 am. Not a lot of selections but bread, coffee, juices and few other items. This hotel can fit 3.5 stars hotel.

• Ivana (5/5): It was good, but we were disappointed by our quadriple room. - Staff was friendly and they were available for all the requests. Their English is poor, but google translate helped a lot :) Breakfast was very good and served until 11 am. Quadriple room at the 5th floor could not be recommended. Dirty curtains, moisture on the walls, the cealing does not have regular height, for men it could be a problem. All the mirrors in the room are for the kids I guess, since they are positioned at 1,4m at highest. You can not use it unless you squat. There is no chair in the room.

• Ali (10/5): Excellent - This hotel is really perfect , it is modern not an old hotel . the location is near all the transportation stations , aksaray metro station faces the hotel ( 3 min walk ) , historia mall is also 3 min walk , all the buses stations are on the same street with the hotel ( less than 5 min walk ) , yusuf pasa tramway is also 5 min walk . The staff is so friendly like a family and they talk arabic , turkish and english , we booked a double room but because we have a baby ( 1 year old ) they gave us a quad room to stay comfortable without any extra fee , room cleaning everyday , the breakfast is sooo yummy and various . The wifi is excellent . parking for the hotel and directly near it there is a park and play area for kids , And at last it’s worth every dollar you pay here Nothing

• Verified traveler (8/5): My experience - The staff was great, the hotel clean, and the breakfast food was amazing and fresh! My only issue was with the heating/cooling unit in the room, it was too loud and gave me a headache. It was the room close to the elevator. Reception space was compact and elevator was too small. The room was compact as well, with no chair for the table, and just enough space for two people's bags and to walk across. Again, staff and food were 10/10. Location is great too, close to several bus lines on either side and to a metro.
