Hay que tener en cuenta que puede tocarte el departamento en segundo o tercer piso por escaleras. Está ubicado en una zona tranquila de Old Town así que no se sienten las voces y las risas de turistas pasándola bien! Para el que quiere dormir y descansar muchas horas está buenísimo. La pasé de maravillas ! Súper recomendable hospedarte aquí. Sin duda volvería Me gustó todo!
• Sara (8/5): - This apt is just like what the photos show, good size room with modern bathroom. Host Nina was very responsive and accommodating. The best part is the location, close to everything. As noted in some reviews, the apartment is at the end of the street, a little away from restaurants, you can hear the people walking by and the restaurant traffic which is expected staying in Old Town, but not too loud and does become quiet after 11pm, so it doesn’t bother us who sleep after that time anyway. I would’ve give a 5 star if they have a bigger TV in the room.

• Jessica (9/5): Muy bien - Apartamento pequeño (la cocina está dentro de un armario!) aunque suficiente para una estancia corta, muy bien decorado, con cama cómoda y aire acondicionado bueno. Lo mejor de todo es la ubicación, en el centro de Dubrovnik y sin tener que subir escaleras para llegar al alojamiento (en Dubrovnik hay muchas cuestas y escaleras). La anfitriona fue fácil de contactar por booking y nos dejó entrar al apartamento una hora antes No tiene microondas ni tostadora. El precio es muy caro para lo que es realmente, pero en Dubrovnik los precios están disparatados… fue lo mejor que encontré y lo recomiendo :)

• Catherine (8/5): Loved our stay. - Great location. So central, but very quiet little street. Nina checked in with us a few times in the week. She left us a bottle of wine, which was a lovely gesture. We stayed 7 nights and we were given a change of towels and our bed linen was changed halfway through our stay. We didn't expect this. There was only 1 wine glass and only 1 teaspoon. On our last day we did turn on the TV and we couldn't get it to work. Also the hairdryer stopped working after 20 seconds.

• Sílvia (1/5): Noisy , unclean and dull apartment - We are in the Old Town but it was quite noisy from early in the morning because of some containers and construction works. The bed sheets were not very well ironed and looked old and used. Small television did not work The hair dryer is a nightmare and did not work properly as well. The entrance and the apartment were not clean at all

• Alexandra (10/5): Lovely stay - Lovely room in great location. Easy to get to, right in Old Town and close to restaurants but quiet at night. Check-in instructions were clear. Comfortable bed. Good AC. Even had a tiny kitchenette in the cupboard. Only downside was that the people walking the town walls had a direct view through the toilet window....

• Delynn (8/5): - Very tiny it nicely cared for. The host was very responsive and helpful. The kitchenette was the size of an armoire (literally it’s in a cabinet) but it worked for us to make breakfast. The location was fabulous, nice and quiet.
• nayiri (4/5): - I was really disappointed with this stay and don't think the other reviews accurately reflect the property. 1. There are comments saying it's an old apartment but it's updated inside. It's not. I don't know if the water heater doesn't work but we showered with ICE cold water ( after which of course we got sick). Also, I'm a size small, and I could barely fit in the shower ( without hitting my head or elbows) it is VERY VERY small. 2. Wifi is basically non existent. She said she put an extendor on the second floor but we were on the third and had no connection. Why not also put an extendor on the third floor? 3. I have never once complained about a mattress before but the mattress is rock hard. Overall we were very uncomfortable which was a disappointment because the location is great.

• Lauren (8/5): - Fantastic location for Old Town: only a few minutes from Pile Gate (where you get Ubers/bus from) also it’s the flat side of town so only a small flight of stairs upto the apartment. Every place we wanted to go was only 1-7 min walk. The room was small but very clean, had everything we needed and what we expected for the affordable price. Also right around the corner from Hard Rock where they had great live music Fri & Sat night. Great stay, Nina the host was detailed and prompt with communication. If you stay here, the door is right before the ‘private’ iron gate at the far end of the path, on the left. It was quite hidden and took us a bit to find it.

Here are the pros and cons: Pros: -very good location close to the front gate where the ubers drop you off with no stairs to the property -quiet part of town but still close enough to restaurants and the wall -very clean and updated -self check in/ out -amazing owner who responds quickly -kitchen Con: -many stairs inside building- not suitable for elderly people -top floor has slanted ceiling (watch your head!) -hair dryer in our room didn’t work -people on the wall had a direct line to our toilet With that said- AMAZING place and will come back.

It was located on a side street, so quiet but close to everything. The apartment a was very clean, and, though located in a very old building (expected), it was surprisingly modern inside. I enjoyed it so much I did not want to leave.

• Julie (9/5): A perfect stay in Dubrovnik in a lovely clean apartment. - This apartment was perfect for us to stay as it is in a great location, in the old town near the Pile Gate entrance and has no steps to get to the entrance. It is spotlessly clean and has everything you would need for a short stay in Dubrovnik. Nina the owner is quick to reply to any messages and very helpful with anything you may need. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. We loved the character of this property with its exposed stone walls and wooden ceiling’s. I guess a couple of hooks for towels may be helpful but overall it is a great apartment to stay in if you want to be close to everything
• Emmet (8/5): Really great location - In terms of location and value, this is a great option! We were on the top (3rd) floor and there's no lift so lugging suitcases up is an effort. Ceiling is quite low also so there were a few bangs to the head! But these were minor negatives compared to how central you're located in the old town. Sp handy to be able to pop back anytime you need and its also on the flat / same level as the majority of the town (a lot of places are up big hills / lots of steps. Would definitely stay here again (ideally on the 1st floor though!)

The hosts were really helpful organising an out of hours check-in and even offered to help arrange transfers. We loved our stay :)

Really easy to find thanks to Nina’s directions and is close enough to pop back in the day if you need to in between exploring. Nina was so helpful and friendly and replied really quickly to any queries on WhatsApp. Absolutely loved the apartment…I had the top one and it had great views on the old walls and was nice and cool, very clean and had everything you would need. Thank you!
• Daniel (10/5): Great location close to Pile Gate in Old Town Dubrovnik. - I loved the location because it was so close to Pile Gate...There are many many stairs in Dubrovnik..This eliminated that whole issue. You did have to take your luggage (in my case just one flight...) to the apartment but very manageable. nothing

• Martin (9/5): Ideal location to explore Dubrovnik old town - The location is just perfect: we parked the car quite faraway from the city center (due to the insane parking costs close to the old town) and used the bus to get to the Pile station (entry into the old town). To get to the property from the Pile station, it takes some 3 minutes walking, no need to go up the hill or similar. The room looks awesome - the stone walls inside, the wooden ceiling, the matching lamps, the wooden window shades. Wonderful. Facilities - toilet and shower were modern and clean. The bed was not that much comfy, it was a bit squeaky.

• Claire (10/5): - What a lovely small apartment, would recommend staying here. Close to everything in old tow Dubrovnik. No steps to climb to get to the building-only stairs to each apartment.
• Harm (7/5): Too crowded, too hot. - Small, but nice room, nice location. Relatively good price. Dubrovnik is beautiful, but looks like a film set or a theme park. If you want to experience a real city, better go somewhere else. There are many beautiful medieval towns in this area. It'll probably help NOT to go in July or August. The amount of tourists is unbearable, and so is the heat.
• Eva (5/5): Only for the location - Great location, right in the city center. Not so noisy as other apartments and no stairs to reach with the luggage. When we arrived there and we used the bathroom, we realized there was no toilet paper!!! Fortunately, host scheduled to bring us after some hour. The shower was propably blocked, as the running water made a lake (!) under our feet and in a bathroom drawer there were hairs inside it. Early in the morning, we tried to have a shower and there was no hot water. Plus, there wasn't a single little bottle of water in the fridge for us, at least for the 180,00 euros charged for 1 night.
• Brian (10/5): - Beautiful and up-to-date within the Old Town walls. It is in a very quiet corner of the Old Town. Delightful. Parking a private vehicle is brutal unless you get there early in the morning or later in the evening.

• Brett (5/5): Great location to explore Old Town Dubrovnik but the room was very cramped - Great location right in the old town very close to Pile gate. Nice clean bathroom with good shower, the TV and air con worked. Quiet. The room was TINY, not enough room to open your suitcases on the floor and as were on the top floor the roof angled such that you had to crouch down or you would hit your head (which I did multiple times). Window by the bed creaked through the night as it was windy.
• Austen (6/5): - Great location near Pile gate. AC was great and kept us cool in the hot temperatures. Room was small but that was expected. Communication from host was good. Difficult to get past some cleanliness factors, however. The blanket did not seem particularly clean so we opted not to use it, and there was a small blood stain on the sheets which was really disconcerting. I’m certain the sheets had been washed, and some stains don’t come out.. but I think it’s necessary to get new sheets if there is a blood stain.

• Jessica (10/5): Nice and quiet in a great location, good value! - Very nice location close to everything but down a quiet back street. Easy access to Pile gate. Host sent all the checkin information ahead and allowed us to store our luggage. There were a bit of stairs in the building depending on your room, but not terrible. The room was a good size and bed comfortable. Shower was hot with great pressure. AC works (but not super strong). There seemed to be in floor heat on in the bathroom and I didn’t know how to turn it off (I should’ve just asked) but unnecessary in June. Some additional shelving in the bathroom would be nice. And a blanket that gets washed or has a duvet instead of just a sheet plus a blanket from the closet that gets reused. Really clean place though.

The host sent info about directions, keys, wifi, etc. Bed was uncomfortable, the mattress is either old or not a good one. Place is very small, I would not recommend if there is more than 2 people. Under the bed it was very dirty/dusty.

Unit was nice , comfortable with kitchenette . Only drawbacks were poor towels and couldn’t operate the AC unit (but it was cool outside, so not an issue).
• Tonya (10/5): - You seriously can’t find a location better than this in Dubrovnik. It is in the Old Town in a quiet corner close to everything. It is beautifully decorated and clean with a small kitchenette. It was absolutely perfect!
• Antonio (10/5): Superb apartment and location - We are so happy that we chose this apartment for out 7 day stay in Dubrovnik. It ticked every box we could wish for. It's inside the City Walls but so close to the entrance and completely step free from the main road to the front door of the building, which was quite handy as we had loads of luggage. It was such a quiet place to sleep and the host was lovely. She made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else when we come back to Dubrovnik. One hundred percent recommended. Thank you.
