• maria Alexandra (2/5): - The position is great The showers are both broken we went there two years ago and already mentioned to the managers that one of the showers needed repairs therefore we were shocked to see that now even the second shower is not working- there was no hot water in the sink… no water in the fridge honestly the most sloppy and poor welcoming ever. And fur the price definitely not worth it. Totally disappointing

• Mariea (10/5): - Excellent start to our touring holiday of the Venetto and lakes. Spacious and very clean apartment for family of 4 with older teenagers. Well equipped kitchen. Washing machine great to have - bring tablets. Locations excellent- a stone's throw from the San Silvestro water bus terminal. Plenty of eateries in the area and walkable to most key attractions. Lots of steep steps to reach apartment, fine if relatively fit. We loved it! Our error- 20 minute walk from key pick up with 2 large cases - would bring smaller cases (×4)when returning so think carefully about luggage!
• Stuart (6/5): Nice apartment - good for four people - at a push five or six. Excellent location! - The location of this property was clearly the highlight of the stay, centrally located near to Ponte di Rialto - but far enough away to avoid the noise of tourist traffic. Plenty eating establishments nearby. Great cafe beneath the flat! Communication with the host "Wonderful Italy" was good prior to our arrival, but given the multiple platforms - it was not clear whether communication was preferred: via Whatsapp, via the Wonderful Italy portal or the Booking.com platform. The building in which the property was located was classically Venetian, however the interior of the property had been modernised for all our needs. Collecting the keys was exactly as described by the host - and easy - if you travelled by road (ATVO) from the airport to Piazzale Roma. If you had taken a water taxi or bus (Vapereto) to the appartment (S. Silvestro) - then it would require a 40min walk there and back to collect keys. The apartment was clean and had sufficient clean bedding for the party of five that we were. The appartment was quirky in its design with two kitchen sinks and a washing machine in the bathroom. The water pressure for the showers was quite weak, although there was no shortage of water. One shower was located in a bath - in the bathroom, a second shower was available the alternative toilet which was quite small in size (don't use both at the same time). The views from the apartment were varied - but good given the apartment is located on the third floor (i.e. G - 1 - 2 - 3 - 4). Kitchen appliances/utensils were limited but sufficient for making small meals. We stayed for 4 nights - and overall the accommodation was good. 1. Please make clear to guests they will be climbing stairs to the third floor - with no lift, it may be more challenging for those with mobility issues. 2. Provide a single and clear platform/point of contact - and a back-up, depending on the needs of the guest. 3. Supply a photo for the front door of the flat (not the main building - that was good) on the information pack - to avoid embarassment of trying to access the wrong door. For the price point, I was not disappointed - but minor improvements could be made to maximise the guests experience. For example: put new batteries in the air-conditioning controls. Provide a better set of knives and forks, a matching set of crockery capable of serving six people at once. Make the sofabed easier to use. Have proper double beds rather than two pairs of single beds.

• Debbie (7/5): The location is excellent and the apartment is perfect for 5 people. - The location was excellent and everything was clean and comfortable. The instructions to get the keys and get to the hotel were very detailed and spot on. The stairs. We had heavy suitcases as we were travelling further after Venice and the stairs are steep and there are 49 of them, so if you are older and have heavy bags, I wouldn't recommend this property.

• Muhammad (7/5): Good Location - Location was good. Very close to all major attractions. Never been told before booking that need to pickup keys from a different location. No proper instructions about the apartment inside the building. Beds make noise. Very dim lighting inside the apartment. They instructed to sort the rubbish before checkout but didnt provide and rubbish bags.

• Gabriella (6/5): Pleasant - The location was nice and central. It was a 5 minute walk to Rialto Bridge and 15 minute walk to St. Mark's Square The property was outdated, the beds weren't too comfortable. The bathroom was backed up when we got there.
• Anonymous (9/5): Had a great stay and would book again. - The location is fantastic. Just a minutes walk to the Rialto bridge. You can reach all of the major tourist attractions within 20 - 30 minutes. Having two bathrooms was very handy as a family staying there. There was a slight smell from the drain in one of the bathrooms. It wasn’t bad enough to bother reporting though. The upstairs neighbours were quite loud at times but I suppose that could be the case anywhere.
• William (6/5): - The pictures on the advertisement do not reflect the actual layout. Some closets are just cover for the electrical room or water heater. Also you find a sink and a kitchen burners inside a closet.? Towels warmers are cover by walls made then useful. The king bed is very uncomfortable and noisy. Too many light switches. The bread toaster shut down all apartment light I had to call for service. I had to go to the building power brake and reset due to the braker inside the appartment didnt works?. Old 15inch TV only 1 works.The apartment has very good potential and excellent location.
