Joseph (2/5): Awful place never stay - Never stay here i’ve seen prisons cleaner and and staff were incredibly rude and hotels.com didn’t give us any help with a refund, place looks nothing like the photos and we came back to a room stinking of cigarettes after we went out because the staff were smoking right outside of our room with the window open
