El personal también atento y correcto. Las camas cómodas. La cama de la parte de arriba era algo pequeña para dos personas. No repusieron el agua de cortesía ni las capsulas de café en los 3 días que estuvimos allí alojados. Son pequeños detalles que importan.

- Mina (8/5): Prisvärt boende vid Spree - Bra läge nära tåget och trevlig promenad till stan. Bra med två våningar i rummet Första dagen. Var frukosten kaos och vi valde då att be om att slippa äta och få boka av frukosten den dagen. Inga problem sa personalen och gjorde en antecknnng, men när vi skulle checka ut ville de absolut inte gå med på detta och ville först ha betalt för 4 personer i 3 dagar trots att vi bara bokat för två. Mycket otrevligt bemötande tyvärr. Frukosten var också kaosartad vid ”incheckningen” vilket ledde till köer som hade kunnat undvikas.

- Heiko (8/5): - Der Balkon am Zimmer mit Blick auf die Spree war sehr schön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. In der Tiefgarage gab es genügend Parkfläche, so dass wir ohne Probleme mit dem PKW parken konnten und einen direkten Zugang zum Hotel hatten. Ich freue mich immer wenn das Auto sicher steht und wir keinen Parkplatz suchen müssen. Der Frühstücksraum war sehr voll, eng und laut. Ruhiges Frühstück war nicht möglich, auch wenn das Frühstück gut geschmeckt hat und das Angebot gut war. Mir haben auch normale Kaffeekannen gefehlt, die den Stau am Automat verhindert hätten.

Ringbahn-Station in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Frühstücksraum zu Stoßzeiten voll besetzt, etwas Wartezeit um an einen freien Tisch gesetzt zu werden.

- Karl (9/5): Souveräne Übernachtungsmöglichkeit - Ich mag die Lage am Wasser. Das Hotel ist nur eine S-Bahn-Station vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Man ist sehr schnell an der Friedrichstraße, am Hackeschen Markt, am Alexanderplatz und auch alles andere ist über die Bahnen zu erreichen. Und das Hotel funktioniert, damit meine ich, dass sich um alles, was einem am Herzen liegt, gut gekümmert wird. Mmh, was mir nicht gefallen hat, hat nichts direkt mit dem Hotel zu tun, sondern mit den Gästen. Ich mag es zum Beispiel nicht, dass die Leute schon beim Frühstück am Laptop sitzen, telefonieren und dadurch stören. Aber das ist wohl so bei Hotels, bei denen viele Geschäftsleute übernachten. Aber es ist doch sehr nervend.

Sehr nette Begrüßung, inklusive Flasche Wasser und Nescafé.auf dem Zimmer. Angenehm ruhiges Zimmer, sogar mit etwas Blick auf die Spree (um die Ecke). Bequemes Bett. Beste Lage mitten in Berlin. Hervorragendes Frühstück. Allzeit hilfsbereites Personal.Jederzeit gerne wieder. Fast nichts, war alles super. Nur morgens früh der Lieferservice oder ähnliches war bei offenem Fenster etwas laut. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

- Udo (7/5): für Kurztrip über Ostern in die Stadt (Kudamm) in Ordnung. - Tolle Aussicht auf die Spree, für Bootsfahrten geeignet. Und in der Ggegend auch gute Essenmöglichkeiten, und man ist schnell in der Stadt/Kudamm mit der S-Bahn. Das Restaurant vor Ort hatte über Ostern wenig, nur resevierte Gerichte für die Feiertage.
