- Coraline (8/5): Superbe - Nous avons aime la proximité avec les stations de métro et pouvoir faire tout à pied quasiment , la grande salle de bain et une assez grande chambre pour un hôtel au Japon ( même si avec deux valises c’est pas facile pour les ouvrir ) Très propre et personnel accueillant La literie , matelas très dur à part ça tout était bien ,nous donnions sur la rue mais n’entendions pas les voitures

- Zainal (9/5): The hotel is quite centrally located and the staff are polite and helpful . The staff are always helpful - Everything works. Comfortable beds, clean room, lovely bathroom. Lack of storage space. Nowhere to keep your clothes if you stay longer than two days. A drawer or shelf to keep your clothes would be preferable.

Breakfast was good and location was absolutely fantastic for exploring Namba, Shinsaibashi, etc. Rooms are slightly small but that's expected in Japan. The beds are slim and firm, so it can be uncomfortable for some.

- Doris (7/5): Good location, rooms on the smaller side and dark. - The location is pretty good, within walking distance to Dotonbori, Den Den town, and public transportation. Convenience stores and many restaurants close by. The bathroom is spacious and the hotel will clean your room and provide free water bottles. Although the bathroom is large, the room itself is on the smaller side and the room is quite dark even with all the lights on. Difficult to open luggage. The bed was ok, not the most comfortable. Also waiting for the elevator was annoying since there is no access to stairs.

- Arnoud (7/5): - De locatie, vanwege de nabijheid van 2 stations. De kamer was prima, ruim, en met gescheiden toilet en badkamer. Ook de service was goed. Wat onhandig dat de lobby van het hotel op de eerste etage is, met extra liftverkeer tot gevolg.
- Anne Margarette (10/5): Overall better than our experience in Tokyo. Location was great. Staff were nice. Amenities were good. Only down side is - The bed was comfy. The AC power was good. They provided 2 bottles water everday and a change of towels everyday at the door. The toilet and shower facilities are great. I like that the toilet and shower are not “built in” and has enough space for 2 people to prepare especially when the schedule is too hectic in the morning and time is gold. I could spend hours at the shower if we had the time. The room is bigger compared to usual Japan hotel rooms. Only downside is there is not enough room space to fully open a checked in size/oversized luggage in the floor. We had 4x oversized luggage which were all parked only on the entrance hallway. We also could not open our luggage fully on the floor and it was a good thing that we were able to pre pack our set outfits in separate ziplock bags which made it easy for us to manage our clothes and just pull out what we needed for the day with our luggage semi opened while standing upright. We had to pack our 4x oversized luggage 1 by 1 on bed on the 2nd to the last night of our stay because of the limited space.

- AntandNeil (6/5): Great Location & Helpful Staff in Osaka - We had a good stay at Hotel Gracery Osaka Namba, with some real highlights that made it a convenient base for exploring the city. The location is excellent—just a short walk from Namba Station, making it really easy to get around Osaka and beyond. It’s also close to plenty of shops, restaurants, and key sights, which made exploring very straightforward. The staff were a real positive—very friendly, helpful, and always on hand if we needed anything. Service throughout our stay was consistently good. ( The hotel restaurant was perfectly fine, with a decent breakfast and enough choice to start the day well. The rooms are on the small side, even by Japanese standards, and the windows aren’t really clear, which can make the space feel a bit enclosed. However, everything was clean and well maintained, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, while the rooms are compact, the great location and genuinely helpful staff make this a solid choice for a short stay in Osaka.

- Wei Chen (9/5): - 房間該有的都有：空氣清淨機、加濕器、保險箱，還有一張沙發搭配邊桌，可以舒服的在邊桌吃東西；很喜歡浴室跟馬桶分開的格局，而且浴室空間很大；自取的備品齊全；員工親切有禮貌，也有會中文的櫃檯人員；地點也算蠻不錯的 早餐種類少，不過還不錯吃；電梯只有兩台，要稍微等一下；房間以單人來說很夠，不過如果是兩人入住搭配兩個行李箱的話，行李箱只能半開，還會有點不好走路

- Yulia (9/5): Great location, pleasant room and super breakfast - The location is great - very close to the metro, and walking distance to Dotonburi and central areas. Lots of restaurants in the area and a 7/11 close by. The room was simple, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast is definitely worth it, with a range of different foods (vegetarian and vegan-friendly). Not something that can be changed, but the elevator was a bit of a pain. There are only two elevators in the building, and since the hotel reception is on the second floor, the elevators are in great demand. No obvious option for stairs either, though I assume they exist somewhere. Just be prepared to wait.
