Guest Reviews
- Yulia (10/5): - Excellent location. Rooms are small (which is usual for Japan hotels) but clean, convenient and equipped with all required facilities. Friendly atmosphere. There was a free coffee and tasty croissants in the morning which was nice. We liked it a lot. It was not important to us at all but to whom it matters - the windows could be into small inside technical space.

- Brittany (9/5): - Tsuki Hotel in Ginza was clean, quiet, and perfect for exploring the city since the closest metro line was the most well-connected and often didn't require transfers. The hinoki tub was clutch for easing our jet-lagged bodies after long days of walking. The rooms have really nice touches like recess lighting, soft features, etc. Overall felt like this was a splurge but totally worth it on our first trip to Tokyo, and really really loved Ginza overall!
- Amir (9/5): Nice, very friendly and great location - The staff welcomed us at check-in, and were very helpful during the entire stay, including the check-out.
The Sake lounge experience of Sake tasting was nice.
The location and its proximity to good restaurants and Ginza shopping area is excellent. The room was too small for tourists who have a lot of stuff while in Tokyo. The breakfast room which was the lobby entrance hall was too small (to sit maximum 8 people in bar stools). However, you had a chance of taking things to your room, which was again inconvenient because the rooms were small.

- Markus (10/5): - Staff and especially front desk were very friendly and accommodating, many thanks!
- Magnus (5/5): Ekelt ”overpriced” boende i bra område. - Bra läge nära Ginsa. Många bra restauranger i området. Dyrt, trångt i rummet, dålig frukost. Samma bentolåda i 6 dagar. Saknas en varierad frukost. Pappmuggar och plastbestick.
- Aamna (4/5): Very small worth 3 star - Location Very small worth 3 star

- David (9/5): -
- Vasilena (10/5): Great hotel - Everything was super nice, amazing hotel and great location. The cedar bath is worth it.
- Karla (8/5): Good option - The bath is very beautiful! The location is good, just a walking distance to the most luxurious shops in Ginza. The room was very clean and had a closet to store jackets, clothes, etc. The bento breakfast was very delicious but if you stay for many days it can feel repetitive. The breakfast comes in a bento with only two options to choose from.
- Christopher (10/5): -
- Vladimir (8/5): Good property! Need improve rersonal. - Nice location, comfortable beds, wooden bath is incredible. Stylish rooms. Personal is poor. Personal is not so friendly.
- Christopher (8/5): -
- Akanksha (8/5): -
- Catlin (8/5): A small friendly hotel. We enjoyed our stay. - Great staff, and very comfortable bed. The rooms were on the small side, but we quickly realised that is quite common in Tokyo. Not very close to Metro stations, so we tended to walk to Ginza Station, approx 1 km, to travel around Tokyo
- Yu Yuan (8/5): -
- Steven (10/5): -
- Lesley (7/5): Good stay in Tokyo - The location of this Hotel was great. Just a nice leisurely walk down to the main shopping area of Ginza.
It has a sake bar downstairs if you would like to do some tasting. Coffee and small pastries in the morning. We understand that the rooms in Tokyo are small but with our two suitcases out and the bed against the wall there was barely enough room to get around. Though I have to say the bathroom was generous which was great. The room just needed a little updating I think. Though it’s being a bit picky to say so but it gives people an idea. Location though wins out.

- Craig (10/5): - A nice welcome and lots of information. The room was small, even with an upgrade but well appointed. The coffee and pastries for breakfast were a nice touch. Nothing

- marla (9/5): Great location, nice they had coffee and pastries for breakfast in the lobby. Nice that the staff was on site. Very clea - Nice staff, great location small rooms
- Emmett Martin (9/5): -

- Stephen (10/5): I stayed 6 nights with breakfast. Single room by myself. Perfect room amenities. Safe, fridge, hot drinks, etc.. all eas - Cleanliness, orderliness. Good water pressure and heat. N/a
- Terrance (10/5): -
- Anne (10/5): Made my trip to Japan the absolute best! - I loved that it was five minutes from the hustle and bustle of the Giza Main Street yet set just decide so there was some quiet to the end of my day. I also loved coming home to a beautiful big Japanese tub to soak in after walking for hours and hours, it was just perfect. Nothing!!! if you’re looking for ultra luxury of a American style five star Hotel, this is not it if you want something quaint in Japanese clean, beautiful authentic and only this is what you were looking for.
- Sergio (9/5): -
- Rebecca (10/5): A great way to start our Japan trip! - Great location, comfortable room, spacious bathroom and quality products. I wish we stayed longer than one night!
- Pascal (10/5): -
- Morven (9/5): Comfortable stay - Well located, clean, comfortable with Japanese hospitality. Nice to be offered a free green tea from the hotel. Great bath in our room.
- Dominique (9/5): Uitstekend - Very nice hotel!
- Stella (8/5): -
- Raquel (10/5): -
- Lorenzo (7/5): Good if you want a nice Ginza hub, but wouldn’t recommend for very long stays if you have multiple luggages - Great location.
Big bathroom.
Overall good cleanliness.
Good staff. Pillows were awful.
Toilet was big, but weirdly the rest of the room was small (average Japanese hotel room size).
Barely any space to open luggages.
- Miki (9/5): Cozy and clean - an excellent stay - 2nd time staying - quiet neighborhood. Great hotel to finish a long day sightseeing and shopping. Near many lines. May be too far for those who don’t like to walk
- Dan (9/5): -
- Sergio (10/5): -
- Katrin (10/5): - Fantastic space, upgrade to get the bathtub (worth it!), very clean. Highly recommend and will definitely come back in the future!! Asked for late check out for 1 hour longer and the front desk lady said that they would charge another nights rate. Disappointed to hear that for only 1 hour.
- Jens (9/5): Absolutely great for a first time visit in Tokyo - Great staff, perfect location Early checkin seems pricy
- Eunice K H (7/5): - Twin beds are v small and mattress too soft. All of us has bad back from softness of mattress Beds are not good
- Veronica (10/5): Absolutely loved it and will stay again if the opportunity arises - Quiet, big rooms and wonderful facilities
- Debin (10/5): Exceptional - Exceptional in every way. The staff were super friendly and helpful and gave us great recommendations around the city.
- Christine (8/5): very comfortable and they went above an beyond during our stay here. Very much recommend staying her - Very friendly staff upon entry and was very helpful with everything. Every time we came in during our stay they greeted us and made sure to press the elevator button so we would not have to wait too long There were no clothes washing machines in the building but they were very helpful in directing us to the nearest one so it did not matter too much.

- Ieva (10/5): - Everythink was like I expecting! That was great experience in the bath.
- Ryan (8/5): - I loved the breakfast and staff were super helpful Personally nothing but Instayed here shorter than usually and didn't use the private lounge
- Tracy (10/5): Made my next hotel look like a wet cookie. - Beautiful property. The hinoki tub was a real treat. Staff were exceptionally kind. Building and room was extremely quiet. Comfortable beds and duvets! Nothing bad to say.
- Matthew (7/5): It’s a great place to stay, I think with some small updates it would be even better. - Close to the fish market, quiet compared to super busy areas. The in room hinoki bath was great for rejuvenating after a long day. Friendly staff willing to help. Pillows were more comfortable than the average Japanese pillow. Willing to accommodate and consolidate multiple bookings into one stay. No laundry was the biggest miss for me at this price point. only one elevator so come check out time you might have to wait 3+ rounds of people coming and going before you can fit on, and the cleaning crews block the stairs with all of their supplies (they’re labeled as emergency exits anyway so I’m not sure you can even actually use them normally). Only the waters in the mini fridge had complimentary labels on them so I’m assuming the 2 small beers, 2 small cokes, and 2 mixed drinks all would be charged to the room if you drank them, again something i would expect to be fully complimentary at this price point. Better ventilation in the bathrooms would help with drying out too, i found the hinoki bath still wet 24 hours after the last bath and that can’t be good for mold growth & overall care for the bath.
- Sarrah (10/5): We loved it here! This is our second time staying. The hotel is great and staff are very friendly and helpful - The location, the pyjamas, free mini bar, decor, sushi next door, private bathroom you can rent Change in kid policy - used to be for kids under 12 now certain rooms only allow kids under 6
- Anthony (10/5): -
- Francesco (10/5): Great stay in Tokyo in a cozy area away from the noise - The property was incredible clean tidy in a perfect location near good restaurants and then easy to reach by public transport. The staff is extremely kind very explanatory of everything that you need to know as a first time in Japan and also provide the facilities that you require. Nothing to mention here everything was really good
- Keymani (10/5): -
- Nathan (10/5): -
- melissa (9/5): Fantastic - The hotel was near three different metro stations and within walking distance to Ginza's shopping streets. I loved the bathroom with a separate toilet and of course the furo bath tub. I've stayed in many Tokyo hotels but this is easily one of my favourite hotels. The breakfast was nice but I can imagine it's not to everyone's taste. You had a choice between a fish or chicken bento and there is also viennoserie and I guess if you stay for longer that you are easily bored with it but for 3 days it was ok.
- Trent (10/5): -
- Qiuping (10/5): 一个人旅行,不会英文。但是服务员会德语,太高兴😀非常干净和舒适,还有很多免费的饮料,咖啡☕茶 -
- Keshav (10/5): - Amazing hotel with an outstanding location. Rooms are very comfortable, and the staff is very polite and helpful with recommendations for things to do nearby. Amazing sake bar at the lobby too.
- Aric (10/5): Great place but far away from everything. - Very nice staff and room was clean. Very out of the way nearly 15 minutes to the main train line and 30 minutes from tokyo station. The location isn't to great in terms of convenience but good for a short stay and if you're planning on hanging around the ginza area.
