• Maria (1/5): Bad - The neighborhood. The apartment is NOTHING like the photos. While it’s somewhat comfortable, it’s completely run-down and in bad condition: we didn’t have cold water for the entire stay, and when they finally responded to our complaint, it was already time to leave. Absolutely unacceptable service—nobody helps you, and you’re left stranded. Instead of offering a simple WhatsApp number for quick support, they force you to send an email, making everything slower and more frustrating. This place is a disaster, and I will NEVER come back. The water DOESN’T WORK. Avoid at all costs!

• Matthias (8/5): Very good - The view was nice and the flat interior was cosy. The location was close to shops, restaurants and metro. The electric controls in the appartment are a bit challanging. The lady who let us into the flat was not familiar with the flat at all. She didn't know how to turn on the lights and wanted to call an electrician an 10p.m., she didn't know how to open the windows in the overheated flat on the fifth floor at 30°C outside and she didn't know that there was an air conditioning or how to use it. The only thing she did know was that she could charge us 30 € for late arrival. If we had all those information right from the start, our stay would have been much more pleasant. The water pressure in the shower was low and the temperature could not be regulated. The overhead shower part did not work. The street before the apartment was very noisy, so I would recommend this flat for colder months, when you can keep the windows shut.

• Dana (9/5): Nice stay - the apartment is very well located, in a very nice and quite bloc, the neighborhood itself is quite, a coffee shop is just across the street, a restaurant is located in the building next by, the metro station is very close by, also is very well linked by public transport. the host was very nice and kind, very helpful, as we had an morning flight she let us leave our luggage in the apartment since 10.30 in the morning and give us the apartment key. also in the apartment there is a booklet with all the explanation need it regarding using the apartment, the neighborhood, public transportation, taxis and so on. inside the apartment there are all the facilities need it. the terrace is very nice, with a nice 360 grade view the things that could be improved are: - the light in the bathroom because is very dim. in all the apartment the light is very dim, but in the bathroom for make up and not only an alternative source of powerful light would be good - the bath tub shower does not work so can not be used - a little repainting of the apartment for freshening up would be good, as well as small repairs here and there

• At (8/5): Very good - Excellent view from the terrace. Spacy rooms. Lift in the building. Bus stop right there and metro 350m. Very good pizzeria next door. Poor shower water temperature controls. Cleaning for arrival could be better.
