Chisa (10/5): Excellent, perfect stay. - Town Hall駅から近く分かりやすい立地が最高でした。受付のスタッフに45階のランドリーの使用方法、設備について聞いたら大変親切に教えてくれました。こちらを選んで大正解でした。また利用しに来ます！歯磨きのとき、水道を利用する際に壁の中にある給湯器が「カタン、カタン」という音がするのが気になりました。夜に水道を使うと音でビックリしていました。

Paul (1/5): Don’t stay here. - Not much, the location is convenient Noisy, dirty, the bathroom floor clearly hadn’t been mopped in a long time and had a dirty plastic shower curtain, how is that a thing in2026! Carpets were filthy. A lot of noise from outside and the room was close to the lift which in almost constant use. I met a senior lady in the lift as I was about to check out and she said she was going to write a letter of complaint to the agency she booked with as she was equally disappointed with the hotel.

Das Hotel-Wifi war ungeschützt und hat oft nicht einwandfrei funktioniert. Es gab keine Option, im Hotel zu frühstücken.

Next to Hyde Park, super close to Oxford Street, and only a 10 minute walk to Sydney Opera House. Staff were friendly. Allowed to check in a couple of hours earlier, which was appreciated. Free room upgrade also. Have stayed here previously, and would stay here again for sure. Don’t expect luxury, but it was more than comfortable for a two day stay. Shower was of a weird layout, which is in the corner of the bathroom, right up against the wall almost, so space wasn’t the easiest while showering. But didn’t affect my stay.

Ben (5/5): I started in a bad mood because I had to juggle several bags to find ID after walking 1km - It’s was nice enough, the cleaners obviously made an effort. It was frustrating to hand over details and go through bags looking for ID and credit card when I’d just walk 1km carrying several bags alone. The curtains don’t prevent light coming in and I had to move the bed to push a chair against them to keep light out, and I had to move the bed to access the PowerPoint for my phone at night. The kettle worked once in the evening but then not in the morning, I didn’t like only having access to water for the kettle from the same room as the toilet. Face cloths and hair dryer stored directly above the toilet his very unhygienic, and hanging towels adjacent to the toilet is also unhygienic, this would be better stored outside the bathroom on the shelving. The bathroom is also so small that you can’t open and close the door to get to the sink without the back of your legs brushing against the toilet which is a bit gross.

phillip (10/5): - Great location. Right in the middle of town across the road from the metro, the light rail and town hall train station. Woolworths, Pubs bars restaurants and Hungry jacks nearby. Very friendly staff, the rooms were really clean. Excellent in every way. Can't fault it any way.
Carolyn (8/5): A very reasonably priced stay in a super convenient location. I would stay here again. - Great location opposite Gadigal Metro Station and close to QVB. Hotel was safe and staff were very helpful. Shower curtain in bathroom. I prefer a shower screen. A couple of steps up to lift make it a little difficult for luggage transfer. Roadwork outside a bit noisy but not the hotel’s fault.

Catherine (5/5): Wonderful location but the rooms are very small and the showers are terrible. - The location was fantastic. Close by to Woolworths and the train station. Walking distance to other great locations too. Rooms made up each day and we were able to easily store our bags on our last day when our flight wasn't until the evening. The shower was absolutely horrendous, either boiling hot or freezing cold with no inbetween. We booked a room for 3 people and it was the same size as the rooms we had booked for 2 people leaving us with very little space to store our bags and move around. It was extremely close quarters for the 3 people staying together.

Elizabeth (1/5): Unpleasant, tiring and not worth the money - The location was good, close to train stations and easy to get to from the airport When we arrived we were given a room that reeked of chemicals and had hair in the shower, the reception staff were good and gave us a new room and a bottle of wine. The second night there was a fire alarm at approx 2am and the security guard was extremely rude to a lot of disoriented guests The showers are really horrible to use with the hot water system in the bathrooms difficult to use to regulate the temperature

My sister and I took our Mum to a show a the Theatre Royal, which is two blocks away and an easy walk - great location! The room was clean and nicely decorated. Jeffrey (2/5): Will not stay again - The staff were hard to converse with. The room wasn’t cleaned, I returned at 5 pm first day & 2nd day 4.15 after being at a convention all day. Had to ask to get room clean the last day, their excuse was they are busy but I paid same as everyone else. Poor service. Will not stay there again

No PowerPoints near the bed, iron didn’t work, TV didn’t work, no housekeeping. Booking also said parking included only to have to pay an addition $100 for parking. Wifi also didn’t work and limited cell phone service inside the room.
