- Claudia (9/5): Ideale Wohnung für einen Kurztrip - Apartement liegt ideal um Florenz zu erkunden. Die Wohnung ist einfach eingerichtet, Betten sehr gut, grosse Terrasse, wenig Küchen Utensilien aber wir haben sowieso nichts gebraucht, waren immer essen. Es gibt überall wunderbare Trattorien und Osterien. Wir haben eine andere Wohnung bekommen als gebucht (ein Schlafzimmer weniger) sind aber gut damit klargekomnen. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hervorragend. Man bekommt ein paar Tage früher die links für den Check in zugeschickt und sollte das dann auch noch in Ruhe vorher zu Hause machen. Es dauert etwas mit den Eingaben wie Passnummer, Foto usw.. Aber man wird auch direkt darauf hingewiesen, dies dann zu beginnen. Die Kurtaxe muss dann bei der Anmeldung auch direkt bezahlt werden.Aber dann hat man alles auf dem Handy, braucht nur den Button für die Haustür und oben für die Wohnungstür auf dem Handy drücken. Bei uns hat es immer einwandfrei geklappt. Trotz dieser zentralen Lage bei diesem tollen Preisleistungsverhältnis war es sehr ruhig, nur ein paar summende Mücken. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem wunderbaren Gebäude. Besser, preiswerter und zentraler geht es bestimmt nicht in Florenz. Also klare Empfehlung. Danke für den netten Kontakt. Das die Zeit zu schnell vorbei war

There is no connection possible near the door , there is a cafe near the door . I used their Wi-Fi to open application and can be open door , it was s very bed experience for me

The apartment is gorgeous, situated in a beautiful building, and the location is unbeatable. It is right next to the Ponte Vecchio bridge, just a 3-minute walk to the Ufizzi Gallery, a 10-minute walk to the Duomo, and a 15-minute walk to the central station. At night, you are in the heart of all the action, with street performers, cocktails, and restaurants nearby. The apartment itself is incredibly quiet, clean, and easy to access. Additionally, my husband forgot his wallet at the property, and they immediately contacted us to let us know. We are currently arranging for it to be shipped back to us. This will be our go-to place for our next visit, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting this beautiful city!

- Milana (2/5): Не рекомендую - за несколько часов до заселения я связалась с хозяином апартаментов Лукой и он написал, что необходимо доплатить за апартаменты, якобы оплачено только половина. Пришлось очень долго разбираться и связываться с московским офисом для разъяснений. По итогу оказалось, что доплачивать нужно только налоги и уборку, за жилье все было оплачено. Лука нас заселил в апартаменты хуже, далеко от центра и с неприятным запахом в старом доме на улице Via Dei Macci 82/84, впечатление было испорчено, ведь я оплачивала апартаменты другого класса.
