- vyrus_x (9/5): Apartament curat și relativ mare - Apartament mare, cu 3 băi, din care două direct în două camere, cu balcon imens, de jur împrejurul apartamentului, plus un balcon în spate. Camera de zi imensă, cu canapea, măsuță și bucătăria dotată cu plita electrică, cana de ceai, aparat de cafea pentru capsule Nespresso, căni, farfurii și veselă. Mașină de spălat vase. Am primit instrucțiunile de acces in apartament pe whatsapp și totul a mers șnur. De la apartament se ajunge ușor și relativ repede la obiectivele turistice ale Atenei, fără să trebuiască mijloace de transport. În băi au fost câte 3 geluri de duș, din acelea mici, de hotel, deci, s-ar putea sa mai aveți nevoie de săpun. Aveți acces la sala de sport a scării și la mașinile de spălat rufe, care se află la subsol. Storuri la toate geamurile. Bateria de la chiuveta din bucătărie trebuie reparata/strânsă, pentru ca altfel va cădea în scurt timp. Trece trenul prin apropiere (asta doar așa, de detaliu).

Loved early access to store luggage, quick response from the hosts, nice to have laundry, helpful to have elevator, and excellent children’s play space in the basement. A few appliances in our apartment didn’t work well - kitchen sink was very loose, dishwasher had strong odor and didn’t seem to be used often, shower with poor draining and some light mold around the edges. They were mostly minor though!

- claire (8/5): - L'appartement dans un immeuble récent et situé dans un quartier agréable et animé. Divers magasins et restaurants à proximité. La vaisselle mise à disposition est trop peu restreinte (uniquement 4 verres à pied dépareillés, 4 fourchettes, 3 cuillères à café, aucun plat... etc...). Table trop petite pour 4 personnes - Belle terrasse mais salon de jardin trop petit et inconfortable.

Czysto, kuchnia dosyć dobrze wyposażona, a co było zaskoczeniem to pralnia z suszarką i proszkiem do prania, co mam się akurat przydało. Polecam 😁 Łóżko w salonie, na którym spały nasze dorosłe dzieci było nierówne i niewygodne. Lepiej było spać na nie rozłożonych częściach sofy.
- Patricija (7/5): An apartment with access to gym - Quite well equipped gym available for the guests. Nothing crazy, but fit for purpose, and a pleasant surprise since it's not a hotel. There are washing machines and dryers, too. Also, the street is quite quiet, the balcony is big, the bed a bit softer, but comfortable. Communication great! The location is nice, many things within walking distance (approx. 2 km), and two metro stations are close, one that connects to the airport. The cleaning service could put a bit more effort, a few more cups or an additional set of linen or just sheets for warm nights would come in handy. The bathroom is ready for some make up, some scraping and changing grout. This was the case in one apartment, the small one, maybe it's different in others.

- NACHUM (10/5): מקום מושלם - שהינו במקום משפחה עם 3 ילדים ותינוק, החדרים היו גדולים מאוד, המקום נקי ומטופח מאוד, השירות היה מצוין הגענו מאוחר מאוד וקיבלתי הוראות כיצד להיכנס ללא צורך במידע נוסף. המקום מרוחק כ10 דקות הליכה מ2 קווי מטרו , אבל לרוב שכרתי קורקינט ואיתו התניידתי
- Klara (10/5): Świetne miejsce na pobyt w Atenach, zwłaszcza dla rodzin. - Świetny stosunek ceny do jakości - mieszkanie duże i czyste, bardzo dobrze wyposażone, wygodne, z dużym patio, salą zabaw dla dzieci, pralnią i siłownią. Znakomity kontakt z gospodarzem. Mieszkanie dobrze skomunikowane, okolica spokojna, łatwy check-in i check-out. Kuchnia mogłaby być nieco lepiej wyposażona - brakowało małych garnków, patelnie mocno zużyte, nie było nożyczek. Nie udało nam się także znaleźć kontenerów na śmieci poza budynkiem. W mieszkaniu była zmywarka, ale nie było tabletek do zmywania (mogłyby być dwie-trzy), podobnie z kawą - był ekspres, ale bez choćby kilku wkładów.

- Flavia (9/5): - Très bon séjour en famille dans cet appartement situé à Athènes, idéalement placé à environ 15 minutes à pied du Parthénon et à 10 minutes du métro et des commerces. L’arrivée en autonomie est simple et bien organisée, avec des instructions claires et un hôte réactif. La propreté est irréprochable et le logement est bien équipé, avec une cuisine fonctionnelle et un réfrigérateur, parfait pour un séjour en famille. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les équipements de la résidence, notamment la salle de gymnastique, les espaces pour enfants et la laverie commune, très pratiques au quotidien. Les lits étaient faits à notre arrivée et la climatisation rend le séjour très confortable. L’appartement est bien agencé pour une famille, avec un lit double dans la chambre, un canapé-lit double dans le salon et deux lits superposés dans une chambre séparée, ainsi qu’une TV dans la chambre et le salon. À noter que le logement est en rez-de-chaussée : la rue est calme mais il est préférable de laisser les stores fermés pour plus d’intimité. Globalement, une très bonne adresse pour découvrir Athènes en famille, que nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Podczas 5 dni w Atenach tylko 3 razy skorzystaliśmy z komunikacji - w tym 2 razy na lotnisko. 10 minut spacerem do metra. Okolica bezpieczna, przyjemną, sam budynek też estetyczny. Duży plus za pralnię i siłownię. Świetny kontakt z gospodarzem. Jest dosyć mało miejsca na blacie na przygotowywanie posiłków i rozłożenie wszystkich sprzętów podczas gotowania. Apartament jest mniejszy niż wydaje się na zdjęciach - ale przez te kilka dni wystarczył dla 2 osób. Zbyt miękki materac. Brak miejsca na przechowywanie drobiazgów - kosmetyków i podręcznych, małych rzeczy.
- Maldonado (9/5): Cómodo y cercano al centro de Atenas. - El edificio es chulo y nuevo. Tiene muchos servicios: lavandería (gratis), gimnasio, zona de niños, impresora, consigna de maletas. Para hacer el check in, muy fácil con un código, la chica que me atendió muy amable y comunicativa. El apartamento está bien, con muchos utensilios necesarios (secador, plancha, plancha ropa, microondas, tostadora…) La zona tranquila y accesible al casco antiguo 15 min andando. También muy cerca del mirador. Eché en falta escoba y fregona por si lo necesitas. Tampoco había trapos.

- Wouter Pasman (7/5): - Locatie ligt in een hele leuke buurt met een paar leuke tavernes op loopafstand (minder dan 5 minuten) en tevens op ca 15min van Acropolis en andere drukke wijken. In de kelder een prima uitgeruste gym. Wij huurden een zeer ruim appartement op de benedenverdieping. Wat opviel op dat de inrichting na enkele jaren verhuur achteruit is gegaan qua kwaliteit. De patio is niks gezelligs aan, geen kussens en oud meubilair. De uitzet is echt minimaal. Zo zijn er geen schoonmaakspullen voor de afwas (vaatwastabletten, spons, borstel en handdoeken ontbreken). Ook is er geen koffie, suiker, olijfolie peper of zout voorradig. Een gemiste kans, wat ons betreft.

- Maria (10/5): Perfect apartment for a group stay - We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the apartment. There are three separate bedrooms, each with a double bed and a private bathroom, which was very convenient. Since we were a group of seven, the seventh person stayed in the living room, which also has its own separate bathroom. The apartment is clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything you might need and even more: a hairdryer, iron, microwave, coffee machine, sandwich maker, and many other useful items. The location is great — most of the main attractions are within a 10–15 minute walk. On the lower level, there is a shared laundry room where you can wash your clothes. There is also a gym and a children’s playroom, although we didn’t use them. Additionally, there is a luggage storage area, which was very helpful for us since we had a late flight. The hosts were always responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this place. - Bostjan (9/5): Relax e riposo. - Struttura molto bella e comoda. L'appartamento e' stato ristrutturato e offre molto spazio anche per i gruppi numerosi. Oltre alle camere con un bagno sciascuna anche la cucina e molto comoda. Anche la stanza giochi e' stata aprezzata dai bambini. Non avrei niente di cui poter lamentarmi :) Siamo stati contenti e non mi viene in mente niente che potrei suggerire. All'inizio forse e' un po complicato come muoversi con i mezzi per arrivare in centro ma una volta capito risulta facile.

Tivemos alguns problemas com a máquina de café, que foram resolvidos prontamente. O local é bem espaçoso. Sugiro confirmar antes da estadia o que está disponível: se há pastilhas para lava-louça e básicos de cozinha. Nosso check-in foi um pouco confuso, porque ao chegar ao apartamento a pessoa ainda estava a limpar. O bairro é OK, mas o apartamento não fica tão perto de nenhum metrô. Recomendo para quem não se importa de caminhar - é possível chegar à Acrópole em 25 minutos.

- Monica (10/5): Great value for money - Very well equipped apartment with comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms. Very convenient situated at a walking distance from the city center. It was very quiet at night and we could sleep very well. During the last day, we were able to leave our luggage in a secure place and collect it in the afternoon. We will definitely come back here.

- Natalia (9/5): Great days in Athens - It is a very clean and spacious apartment. We have especially loved the TV that moves from salon part to bedroom. It is well located- walking distance from main historical buildings, close to the metro. Eva is absolutely lovely and replies to all questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend choosing this place. -

- Sylwia (10/5): A great stay in Athens - Hercules offers clean and spacious flats accessible by lift. The building has a gym, a children's playroom, laundry rooms and a place where you can leave your luggage if you are checking out later. The building is in a great location, on a quiet street, with bistro bars just a few steps away. The apartment is well equipped (air conditioning and TV in every room). The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave and plenty of dishes and pots. The beds and sofa are very comfortable. Communication with the facility staff is efficient. The management could have taken better care of a few details, such as providing welcome coffee and tea. The apartment should have been checked before guests arrived to ensure that the equipment was in working order. When we arrived, the wall lamp and toilet flush were broken. The shower head broke during our stay, but it was already quite worn out.

- Natália (10/5): - Ubytovanie Hercules Residence bolo výborné pre 8 osôb. Boli sme babská skupina na poznávacom zájazde a apartmán splnil všetky naše očakávania. Poloha apartmánového domu je vynikajúca – do centra aj k Akropole sa dá dostať pešo približne za 10 minút. V blízkosti je množstvo skvelých gréckych reštaurácií. Raňajky s gréckym jogurtom a sezónnym ovocím boli perfektné, odporúčame reštauráciu Mikromeria Athens. V apartmáne sme mali 3 samostatné izby, každú s vlastnou kúpeľňou, plus obývačku s rozkladacou sedačkou a ďalšiu samostatnú kúpeľňu. Z každej miestnosti bola terasa, čo sme veľmi ocenili. Kuchyňa s vybavením. Určite odporúčam – ideálne ubytovanie aj pre skupiny.

It is located in a quiet neighborhood, so we were able to relax and sleep peacefully and comfortably. There wasn’t always hot water.

- Saskia (9/5): Mooie appartementen, hele fijne bedden, genoeg ruimte, zeker ook de grotere appartementen. - Locatie was top, 10 min lopen van de metro en 15 minuten naar het centrum. In de buurt ook genoeg winkels.
- Mia (10/5): Apsolutna preporuka - Apartman je odličan. Sve je točno onako kako je na slikama, ali smo svejedno bile jako ugodno iznenađene. Kreveti su jako udobni. Svaka soba ima svoj balkon, od čega su dvije sobe balkonom povezane s kuhinjom i dnevnim boravkom. Svaka soba ima svoju kupaonicu plus je jedna dodatna. Pored svakog kreveta se nalaze utičnice. Kuhinja je dosta velika. Mikrovalna, kuhalo za vodu i kava aparat su dostupni. TV ima mogućnost povezivanja na Internet. Dobili smo i više nego dovoljno ručnika. Zadnji dan smo iskoristili lockere koji se nalaze u podrumu kako bi ostavili kofere prije odlaska u zračnu luku. U kuhinji jedino što smo koristili su šalice za bijelu kavu/čaj i samo su dvije velike, definitivno bi trebalo staviti više većih. Kada se više osoba u isto vrijeme tuširalo pritisak je bio dosta slab i temperatura vode je dosta varirala. Sobe koje su okrenute prema cesti su bile bučnije preko noći zbog prometa, a smještaj se ne nalazi u bučnom kvartu.

Zona este liniștită si parcare am găsit fără probleme. Totul a fost ok iar Eva a răspuns rapid la toate întrebările noastre! Mulțumim -
- Daniel (7/5): Mimo nieprzyjemnego początku związanego z nieprzygotowanym apartamentem i problemami z kontaktem, ogólnie pobyt był udan - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja – wszędzie było blisko i łatwo było się poruszać po okolicy. Apartament był przestronny, co zapewniało komfortowy pobyt. Duża powierzchnia sprawiła, że czuliśmy się swobodnie i wygodnie przez cały czas. Po przyjeździe okazało się, że apartament nie był posprzątany po poprzednich gościach. W efekcie straciliśmy ponad 3 godziny, zanim mogliśmy się do niego wprowadzić. Na szczęście zostawiliśmy chociaż bagaże, ale mimo zmęczenia po podróży musieliśmy wyjść do restauracji i czekać, aż apartament zostanie przygotowany. Nie podobał mi się również kontakt z osobami odpowiedzialnymi za obiekt. Po próbie kontaktu otrzymaliśmy informację, że dana osoba jest niedostępna i sprawą zajmie się ktoś inny. Następnie zostaliśmy odesłani do kolejnej osoby. Takie odsyłanie było bardzo irytujące i nieprofesjonalne.

Though the metro station is not immediate close, the walking path to the metro station is lovely. The host is very kind and helpful, always responds promptly and tries to provide what we need. It would be better if there could be a dinning table.

- Kleanthis (9/5): Comfortable and safe residence! - The apartment was very clear and comfortable. There was a bottle of water in the fridge which was a pleasant surprise. Suitable for 3-4 people. Great choice for vacations with nightlife, as it is very close to Kerameikos/Gkazi area. Felt really safe. Will visit again! The curtain of the living room balcony door was missing. The warm water in the shower was getting cold very quickly when we were turning it a bit to the cold in order not to get burnt. Also maybe some extra floor towel in the bathroom will come in handy.
