And there was lots of parking space which is unbelievable in Rome. We had to taxi in and out of town but at least the staff helped with that as well.

Ha anche uno spazio esterno molto bello sul retro. Le finestre a mo di seminterrato al Piano terra non mi hanno fatto Impazzire, ma nel complesso tutto davvero bene.

- Filippo (1/5): Un incubo …. - L hotel è esteticamente bellissimo e nuovo le stanze molto belle ….ma A fronte di un costo ragguardevole, non mi sono mai trovato così male in un hotel 4 stelle di questa caratura. La stanza non è mai stata pulita. Erano presenti sporco e peli in bagno e una borraccia sotto il letto. Dopo averlo fatto notare …sono rimasti lì per ben 4 giorni. Non era presente acqua nel frigo in stanza neanche dopo espressa richiesta a pagamento. Una notte siamo stati svegliati alle 5:30 perché sopra la nostra stanza i facchini trasportavano valigie per un gruppo di turisti numerosi. A fronte di non aver dormito, la reception ha detto vi offriamo un aperitivo…mah, che per inciso non è mai arrivato. In più abbiamo preso due caffè che ci sono stati fatti pagare. Carta igienica che non veniva aggiunta e asciugami da bidet inesistenti. Ciliegina al check out invece di scusarsi ci hanno fatto pagare anche 2 bottigliette di acqua…..assurdo. Per concludere ogni sera dovevi scendere a far rimagnetizzare la chiave perché non funzionava. …

Tengo la impresion que el Hotel esta empesando en el negocio, si bien es cierto las instalaciones estan en buen estado, no funcionan completamente. El TV del room no funcionaba, la ducha estaba atorada, hubo problemas de alarmas innecesarias el dia que estuve alojado.

- viviana (7/5): É stato molto piacevole vivere Roma da questa particolare prospettiva - Ho amato la mia stanza affacciata sulla piscina, il bellissimo scambio tra interno e esterno offerto dall'architettura delle stanze del Midas. Un'apertura verso l'esterno che non rinuncia alla riservatezza. I dintorni, i percorsi pedonali per raggiungere i negozi e i mezzi pubblici senza auto o taxi. Questi percorsi sono molto disordinati e degradati, a tratti addirittura pericolosi. Un albergo cosí bello non puó essere un'isola nel degrado: gli immediati collegamenti pedonali con l'Aurelia devono essere molto piú curati e resi piú sicuri.

For example, a couple of times reception wouldn’t respond to calls even after calling like 5/6 times in a row. Other than that the staff were all really nice. Another thing that was a bit disappointing was that they didn’t have room service which we were looking forward to. Overall the hotel and the room were great and everything was good except for slow service sometimes and the location is a little far from the center. Some points to consider, they should add tissues in the rooms as they only provide toilet paper. Also a big trash can in the hallways would be good as the trash that is in the room is pretty small and because they don’t have room service we ordered food a couple of times and needed a bigger trash, or one in the hallway to be able to throw the food and not have the room smell like food through the night. Overall good experience but could’ve been perfect if they just fix the stuff I mentioned.

- Martin (1/5): Refund - I am writing to formally request a refund for our recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the conditions we experienced were unacceptable and did not meet the basic standards promised at the time of booking. There was no functioning air conditioning in our room, and we were told to keep the only window open. However, that window faced an employee stairwell, leaving us with no privacy and making it impossible to rest comfortably. In addition, there was a constant, loud, and unsettling noise from large unidentified machines nearby, which further disrupted our sleep and sense of safety. This situation occurred not only in our first room but also in the second one we were moved to, because there was no functioning air conditioning throughout the hotel. The heat made conditions unbearable. What’s worse, we witnessed elderly guests pleading for a room with a suitable temperature, which was distressing to see. We raised these concerns with your staff, but the responses we received were dismissive and ineffective. Instead of resolving the issues, we were given inaccurate information and left without a solution. Given the circumstances, I believe a full refund is warranted. Please confirm how and when you will process this refund. I look forward to your prompt response.

The breakfast buffet was stocked full of fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, hot foods like eggs, a green sautéed veggie, meet, beans, rice, fresh bread, fresh juice and of course coffee choices galore! The pool looked amazing although we didn’t use. We didn’t use the gym or iron our clothes in their room specifically for ironing! Staff was very professional and kind and responded very quit to the couple questions I had. Taxi’s were there within 10 minutes! And each ride was close to €10 one time more but it was a hell if a ride back to the hotel and even that was around €15. We highly recommend this hotel if you want to be on the outskirts of town away from all the chaos. And there was plenty of free parking!

We ended up paying $65 (for shuttle we didn't take due to getting luggage late), $50 for replacement taxi and another $65 to go back to the airport. Front desk was going to check to see what they could do for us, since it was falsely advertised and never got back to us. They asked if we wanted a King or 2 beds and we said 2, but got a King. The hotel is nice and restaurant was good, but we would have stayed at the airport hotel if we had been properly advised that there would be a fee for the shuttle. Our flight left early the next morning. They were not timely in answering our request confirming whether or not there was a charge for the shuttle. They answered while we were on the flight there, which was too late.
- Sherry Ann (10/5): - Right from the moment we walked in the front desk. Staff was very attentive very helpful very accommodating. The front lobby was very clean. We got in early so our room was not ready but within 30 minutes they had a room ready for us and upgraded us. They had our luggage brought to our room. Our room was clean. Beds were comfortable housekeeping. Did a wonderful job throughout our entire 14 day stay. We chose half forward because it would be convenient for us and maybe a couple of dollars along the way. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We had a lot of choices. I would say the only downfall on a 14 day day. Was everything pretty much was the same as far as breakfast food went but you really didn’t get bored because it was a lot of choices and what was there was delicious and well cooked. As for dinner, the majority of our stay, we ate dinner in the restaurant. I do think that most of the time the choices were well. We will get to choose between two different appetizers, two different meal choices and two different desserts every night they did rotate those so it was wonderful once again. The food was magnificent and staff was great. I do wish they had more of a menu for dinner. I would have to say the weight staff themselves where the highlightof our time in the restaurant you have a magnificent weight staff I wish more of them were permanent . The last three days, The dinner buffet we were switched to was very disappointing. But overall, I would say and highly recommend
