mcguire (9/5): Excellent accommodation in the heart of Rome - Excellent accommodation. Staff were all super friendly. Great location. The only downside to our stay was the rooftop area was closed due to renovations. We weren't aware of this before arrival so it was a bit of a disappointment. Everything else was perfect!

Anne-margrethe (9/5): It was delightful - The location was perfect. I have never stayed in such a clean apartment, and it was very spacious. The staff were terrific, especially Maria was kind and helpful, she even checked in at 6am in the morning to make sure the car taking us to the airport had arrived. How thoughtful. The shower handle kept falling off. The freezer needed defrosting, it was dripping a bit into the fridge, and 2 champagne glasses would have been nice.

Travellover99999999 (8/5): Repeat customer but could improve on description to guests. - Location is fabulous! We’ve stayed here three times now, travelling from Canada. So just that says a lot! I was slightly disappointed this time when I inquired months ahead to reserve I asked if there were two large balcony rooms I could reserve. I was told yes, Both also the same price as they’re superior. When I checked in I find out they only have one large terrace room and the other.. I wouldn’t even say it is a balcony... No chairs or table can even fit out there. It’s a Juliet balcony. You can only stand one person on it. If I knew that I would have just booked the cheaper room for the second as they didn’t even compare. It was disappointing especially as a repeat customer. Regardless. It is a great location, clean rooms and lovely staff

Dvormoos (10/5): בסך הכול היה מעולה במלון זה - אין במלון זה ארוחות בוקר- ניתן לקבל שובר להנחה במסעדה קרובה. מיקום המלון מעולה- ממש במרכז המקומות המתוירים ביותר לא אהבתי- את התאור של החדר הסטנדרטי באתר של בוקינג-קום, החדר שקיבלנו היה קטן במידה מוגזמת עד כדי כך שלא ניתן היה להכנס מזוודות למעט טרולי אחד.לאחר לילה קשה-ביקשנו לעבור חדר-כמובן בתוספת מחיר ואכן קיבלנו חדר גדול ,נח שמילא את כל ציפיותינו.

Ricky (8/5): Great area and well equipped rooms. - Loved the area right by the Spanish Steps. Bed really comfy. En suite was fab with plenty of toiletries supplied. Although we didn’t go for the breakfast, it was expensive and not provided in the actual hotel. Room was on the small side. Could have paid an additional fee for a larger one but felt the cost was expensive enough for what we had.
Philip (9/5): We had a great time and other than the noise the hotel was great. - The Hotel is ideally located. We stayed in the annex which is a 1 minute walk from the main reception. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. As with all of Italy the hotel are not allowed to use the air con at certain times of the year. This made for a hot room to sleep in so we had to open the window which made it quite noisy, especially early in the morning (05:00) as street cleaning and rubbish collection takes place.

JULIANA (5/5): Ficar nos quartos onde está a recepção. - Do apoio do recepcionista Alberto, que foi muito simpático e nos ajudou bastante. A recepção do hotel - mesmo, é engraçada, apesar de pequena em relação as Fotos, e a localização é muito boa se ficar no hotel principal. Ficamos em um edifício que nada tinha a condizer com as fotos do Hotel em si e só soubemos após ter reservado sem reembolso. Quanto muito simples, as almofadas muito duras, e o WC ainda precisava de obras ou estava por acabar. Fiquei com receio a noite pois não me senti muito segura, a rua muito barulhenta e as janelas na tinham boa insonorizaçao.

SJ911 (8/5): Clean and comfortable, but small and expensive with no atmosphere. Nice helpful staff. - This review is based on the amenities, not the staff - they were amazing and very helpful. The hotel consisted of solely a room and a small reception area that was busy with arrivals and departures. The room was clean and comfortable and well decorated. There were tea and coffee making facilities, a welcome biscuit, and bedside lights. It was not a bad stay once you got used to the downsides. The staff were great; very helpful and friendly. Overall it was a lovely hotel, but it lacked atmosphere and some basic room practicalities, and the rooms were mis-sold in terms of their definition of a 'suite'. I paid for a junior suite, but got no more than a room with a double bed and a put you up bed. it was not a 'suite'. There was no storage for unpacking (only three small drawers and some hanging space), and not enough room to leave suitcases open which was inconvenient. There was no surface area in the bathroom either to put anything, so with three people in the room, it was difficult. There was no atmosphere to the hotel as there were o communal areas, no bar, restaurant or lounge. Also, breakfast was served in a neighbouring restaurant, but it was very ordinary. The staff in there weren't particularly friendly, and the menu was limited and rigid. For the price point of this hotel, I would have expected much better. Overall, it was a lovely hotel, albeit a bit lifeless. I would visit again, but only if the rates were lower. For €300-400 per night, I found it quite overpriced for 'just a room'.
