- Jason (9/5): Great place to stay - Everything. Pool is a great time. Rooms are always clean and very nice. The “lifeguards” are a little too aggressive for a kids slide. Really should address the parents not the children. You’ll shit the slide down to be on your phone. Shit it down to address the parents kids and explain the rules.

Muy buena locación a restaurantes y parques . Recomendado !! Todo estuvo bien pero me hubiera gustado que hubiera música afuera en la piscina .

The staff I didnt like all the add on fees like Parking, $100 a day being held for incidental. For someone staying a week that's $500 to $700.00 plus room fee, taxes, etc. In addition, parking was $35 a day also. You have to pay for everything, and there is no free breakfast. I requested room upgrade, and a little special attention as it was my husband and I first time traveling together, They did absolutely nothing. I was disappointed. Also when we went to our room, we found items from the previous guest in the night stand. We reported it, to no avail.

We did use the hot tub in the morning on a cool day but it was not hot and when we asked if they could fix it we were told there was a certain time in the morning that it would be turned on.

Pool was clean and staff always around to help with anything you need. Starbucks on site for a quick breakfast was ideal. Shuttles are available to the theme parks if you need them, Breakfast in the restaurant was nice, had a great choice. Would return.
- hospitalitysolutionc (10/5): Good meetings hotel, end of International Drive - This hotel is situated at the far end of International Drive, which presents some logistical challenges if property sells out for a trade show, overflow next door but after that it’s a remote bus ride. There are no dining options within safe walking distance, and the property’s ' exit makes accessing the main I-Drive restaurant hub a bit of a maneuver (about a 10-minute drive). While the on-site catering is standard meetings hotel fare, the RFP process was handled excellently by David W. and his team. Just a heads-up for contracts: while DOS S.S. manages sales and marketing, Amaury P. is the final signatory for any major contracts."

The check in is keind of unfriendly and lacks service. Rooms are renovated but still have broken items and mold. This hotel seems like a good deal but add ons like food and parking are a total rip off. Parking is 34 dollars ex tax which is more than parking at disneyworld! Just a simple breakfast of fried eggs is 23 dollars ex tip and tax. Sandwiches at the market for 17 dollar that are not good. Very big crowded hotel that attracts loud people

- Paul (7/5): Been many times, food standard good , comfortable rooms . - Beds and clean lines pretty good considering its size. The bar and general pricing of the drinks all round are too expensive. 1ltr bottles of water ? $7.99-10 in the cafe ! ? Are you sure ? And your room you pay for water despite the price of the room , elsewhere in the world you get complimentary water . , also it feeels as though the pool bar staff need to be more mindful about manors with regards to seating and serving. It’s not always clear to paying guests . Also the tipping and service charges are extremely high when added in to the price of food and drinks and requesting tips in the cafe for even just buying a bottle of water are terribly insulting ..the hotel should be paying its staff properly , not the guests .

- Kimberly (8/5): - When my best friend and I vacation in Orlando we always stay at Caribe Royale. We love all the restaurants and Starbucks! You do not ever have to leave the hotel. We stayed in the villas last time and, being both girls, we loved the separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The private pool used for villa guests was super nice also. For the amount of money we spent to stay in the villas we did not feel that “closeness” as staying in the hotel. Barely saw any staff around, hot tub was not hot AT ALL, pool chairs had bird poop on them and most nights it smelled like marijuana. We loved the villas but, for the money, these concerns should be addressed.

- Dor (7/5): Just nice but don’t worth the price - Nice . Quick check in. We loved the water slide . Breakfast buffet was closed for the whole stay because of some event. Every day was other event and it lioks like the hotel didnt even car for the other guests . Parking was 34 for a day! And almost all full due to events Prices at the bar was over the top and for the room service they charged 23% + 5$ + late night fee so for a 6$ pizza and a fruit cupi paid almost 30 And i mentioned my birthday they said that i can upgrade the room for 50$ per night to a view but not even a happy birthday note .

Clean, great staff, lots to do, great pools and slide. $35.00 for a draft beer and small glass of Sangria?? Every morning, staff moves metal dumpsters with fork lifts. This is extremely loud. Parking is way over priced and the gates are not user friendly.

Love that they had food options and Starbucks even though we only went to Starbucks and the market . So convenient! Also dog friendly and even had a dog goodie bag ! I think the pricing of the food is high and wasn’t the best .Also having to pay for Parking as a guest wasn’t the cheapest either .

The accommodation was comfortable, spacious and spotless along with the whole resort teamed with fantastic facilities, great choices of food and ideally situated for Disney and all the other parks. The pool was lovely and was heated meaning you could enjoy it from dawn to dusk. I look forward to visiting again the next time we visit Orlando. Thank you to the hard working team it was amazing.
