Your Customer service is wonderful the reception staff were so helpful and friendly. We needed to stay longer in our room and they went over and above to help us. Also the Restaurant meal was fabulous. Everything was perfect.
- Nicole (3/5): Was not a nice stay especially for price but the location was great - The location was great walked to everything The first room the bathroom leaked into carpets and made them smell then was moved to another room for something to happen but the bathroom was moldy and slimy the air-conditioning was loud and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. We wasted money buying breakfast that was very little for the price and chooses and most looked dry (meats, cheese and a pasta dish).

- Les (5/5): Location, location, location. Room was great. - 1. Called the day before with questions regarding parking. No answer at three attempts. Eventually caught the train. 2. Sunday evening went to the bar, very disappointed. After a few minutes a staff member attended, however, was not trained bar person, didn't know how a make whisky and dry. We left and found another location for a drink and a meal. 3. Arrived Sunday afternoon. There were at least two meal trays on the floor outside rooms. Departed around 11 on Monday and there were trays still on the floor. I think they were the same trays, Not a great look.

- Thomas (8/5): - The room was clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, offering a great variety, and the morning staff was very friendly. Just a small detail, and I’m being quite picky here! There wasn’t really a place to put a suitcase, and because of the wardrobe’s position in the hallway, there was very little space left to open the door and move through comfortably.

- Sam (1/5): Never stay - Room was absolutely shit. Very small, bathroom was small and absolutely disgusting. Air conditioning was the worse. One min super cold and another min super hot. I didn’t like anything, the air conditioning was jet engine sound and I never ever recommended to stay in that hotel. I stayed 100 of hotels in my life but this is the worse hotel me and my partner stayed ever. Sorry to say this but we both stayed at Novotel before and we loved it, but this was the worse experience we ever had in our life.

- Todd (7/5): - Excellent location for Sydney CBD, Barangaroo and Circular quay. Right next to Wynyard underground station which was fabulous. Room was quite dusty in parts, chaotic check-in (they couldn't find all of our stored luggage), room quite small for 3 people.

Car park was a nightmare and was ridiculously tight to navigate with tiny spots. Smart TVs are a bit outdated and make it difficult to stream.
- Marko (8/5): - I like that the Shower is well bunded. I cannot stand hotels that have showers that spread water all over the bathroom, the beds were comfortable and pillows too. The light from the AC controll annoyed my brother. Maybe move them to the hallway to face away from the beds? It was a good location to everything within walking, the Rockals, circular Quay, Barangaroo, Darling Harbour. It's right next to Wynyard Station, Wynyard Bus Terminals and 1 block from Bridge Station Light Rail. The view of the opposite building. Nothing to see really.

- Jeffrey (10/5): Great hotel in a Great Location to enjoy Sydney - Hotel property is in the CBD (Central Business District) and is a short walk from the sights of the city and dining options. The property is clean and well kept and very quiet with a friendly and professional staff .. rooms and beds are very comfy and while a seemingly minor detail there are 3 lifts to serve the floors .. no waiting even during busy periods. The Lobby Bar was a great place for a cocktail before dinner or quiet nightcap. Close to the Metro Station and the Light Rail for transportation and a UBER stop just outside the front door. Just down the hill toward the water is Darling Harbor and the Barangaroo Area .. lot's of places to eat and drink .. also a ferry stop and sightseeing tours. Take a short UBER ride, or a medium walk to the Rocks, a pedestrian area of restaurants and pubs along with the Circular Quay (key) for nightlife. Great Hotel with a super location .. you will not be disappointed Nothing significant

Train line straight from airport. Nice rooms clean comfy bed staff very pleasant. Love how there is real milk foe the tea!

- D8TEterryh (8/5): Good hotel. Decent location. - Stayed in 13 hotels during our tour of Australia. We stayed in Room 808. Modern room with sofa, large bed, tv, safe and good AC. Nice bathroom with decent shower. Overlooking York Street. Breakfast quite expensive if not pre-booked. Had dinner one evening. Tasty. Three lifts servicing 21 floors. Good location. Stayed 3 nights. Good hotel.

- Christopher (3/5): Premium prices foir lackluster facilities - It does the bare minimum being a place for the night Novotel tries to milk as much money they can from guests and cut costs. The reception was mostly manned and staff looked tired. I was not given a good welcome or explanation of the facilities or amenities. The hotel charges you premium prices for bare minimum utilities. The room and hallway were uncleaned. The bathroom sink was slow and disgusting. No wifi or explanation on how to connect to wifi.
