Als Entschuldigung bekamen wir eine Flasche Sekt....das Personal war ziemlich geknickt deswegen...die Lage ist top...könnte nicht besser sein...alles fußläufig bestens zu erreichen...

• Peggy (10/5): Our visit exceeded our expectations. - From the moment the doorman greeted us, we knew this was going to be a great stay. Check-in went smoothly with a glass of prosecco. The staff are professional and friendly. Our room was very spacious. The bed was luxurious. Hot water was plentiful with good pressure. Cookies, a bowl of fruit (replenished daily) and a starter bottle of wine shouted welcome. Every morning we got our breakfast voucher from the front desk and enjoyed a simple but delicious treat from the patisserie. The pistachio croissant is divine and the avocado toast delicious. Our room was cleaned daily. The elevator was efficient. Our room faced Dean St. and was a bit noisy at times. The location in SoHo is convenient to theaters, Chinatown, Trafalgar and Leicester Squares. Bus transportation is excellent. Brilliant hotel!! Everything!!

Bed was comfortable with good bedding. Room was a decent size. We had the four poster bed. Nothing really. I would’ve maybe liked somewhere to have breakfast in morning. But it wasn’t an issue.
• Elisabeth (9/5): Sehr freundliches Hotel in zentraler Lage - Ich war beruflich für einen Kongress dort. Das Hotel hat eine ideale Lage, sehr zentral, aber auch unweit zur U-Bahn zum Kongresszentrum. Das Zimmer war angenehm groß, gut ausgestattet auch mit Sofa, Tisch und Stuhl, und trotz Fenster auf die trubelige Shaftesbury Avenue erstaunlich ruhig. Es gab jeden Tag frisches Obst sowie Tee und Kafee im Zimmer, eine Minibar, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett und auch genug Platz dafür. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war bemerkenswert für Londoner Verhältnisse. Personal äußerst nett und zuvorkommend. Das Bad selbst war wirklich sehr klein, ein paar Haken oder Ablagemöglichkeiten mehr hätten nicht geschadet.
• Jillian (6/5): - The space itself was clean and nice and the staff were friendly. It was way too busy all around it. So much so you couldn’t get thru the crowd to get in the door sometimes. Heavily touristy area. Lots of bars. Very loud. Because it was so central there was also very very little space. Almost no room to move around at all. I barely had enough floor space to open my suitcase and still walk around the room. As much as I really found the staff to be lovely I wouldn’t go back because of this.

• Catrin (8/5): Vi är mycket nöjda med vår vistelse i London. - Hotellet har ett toppenläge och personalen är mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Välkomnadet var förstklassigt med bubbel både vi incheckningen och en flaska på rummet som ingick. Fritt vatten, frukt och kaffe på rummet. Finns även minibar, men den utnyttjade inte vi. Med ett rum ut mot gatan måste man vara beredd på att det är hög ljudvolym. Vi köpte öronproppar på Boots och då var det inga problem att sova, men omöjligt utan :-(

• Tammy (10/5): Excellent choice in SoHo - A very excellent experience staying here, perfect location- a ten minute walk in any direction to so many sights and yet absolutely quiet in our rear room, only hearing the nearby church bells. Excellent staff, early check in available, fresh fruit and beverages, they really go all out. Perfect room as well, great size, bed and lovely walk in shower. Great value in London, nothing I saw matched the amenities and comfort of this wonderful hotel. Absolutely no complaints.

• Luiza (9/5): Great location, great staff and would stay there again, but some renovations are due. - Location is definetly the best advantage. Near both Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square, it was a perfect choice to get anywhere in a short period of time. The hotel itself is just fine, the room was good and staff is amazing. Special shout out to the man who stays by the door, I have unfortunately forgotten his name. A real gentleman and very funny! Some things do deserve better attention. Lighting could improve, and the lights on the mirror inside the bathroom kept turning on and off (they were mostly off).

• Katie (10/5): Absolutely fantastic, especially the amazing staff who made our stay really special - The hotel was in a fantastic location and the rooms were great. The best part was the service. All the staff were really polite, friendly and attentive. We only stayed one night but they made our stay really memorable, adding extra touches that made us feel really welcome, so I would definitely stay here again if I get the chance. One of our rooms was at the front of the property which was a little loud, which was to be expected considering the location, but didn’t bother me at all. The hotel had arranged for the second room to be at the back of the property, which was fantastic as this was quieter.

It was a great boutique hotel, very clean, organized, and in a great location. Everybody was nice, no matter what time we came in or went out. They were helpful; they helped with the luggage. Everything I expected at a hotel, I got. I mean, it's not a huge grand hotel, but it was perfect for what we needed it for. There wasn't anything that we didn't like or were disappointed in.

• OnlyMorell (7/5): Lovely stay but breakfast let it down - We enjoyed the room and the location. staff were friendly. There wasn't any communication about the breakfast situation, we were expecting cooked fry up food but we were given a voucher for the shop next door. We don't like pastries and so we were not impressed with that. Had I known that we wouldn't have had breakfast.
• Markus (3/5): Geniales Hotel, Finger weg vom Frühstück! - Das Hotel selber ist gut 5+ Sterne wert. Hier gibt es eigentlich nichts zu bemängeln, ausser leicht die Sauberkeit im Zimmer. Gratis Früchte im Zimmer und uns wurde eine Flasche Weisswein geschenkt. Ein Mitarbeiter begleitete uns sogar zum Zimmer. Rahmenbedingungen, die man nur in viel preislich teureren Hotels kennt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Weit unterdurchschnittlich ist die Situation mit dem Morgenessen. Dieses Hotel würde ich empfehlen, zwingend ohne Morgenessen zu buchen!! Das Morgenessen gibt es in einer Art Bäckerei in einem Nebengebäude. Unsympathische Holztische, kalt, kein Buffet, lange Wartezeiten und schlussendlich gibt es eine Betragsgrenze von 15 £. Als wir um 8:00 Uhr dort waren, war eine Person allein und eine Riesenschlange. Jeder Kaffee wird einzeln berechnet, wie auch jedes Gebäck oder ein anderer Bezug. Die Verkäuferin muss alles in eine Kasse eintippen und gleichzeitig weitere Gäste bedienen. Mit Morgenessen im klassischen Sinne hat dies nichts zu tun!! Dies kriegt man so im Supermarkt!

• Beat (9/5): An exceptional small hotel, perfectly located, with awesome staff and great rooms. - The hotel Montcalm Piccadilly Townhouse with its rooms, facilities and the people who run it, is fantastic. It’s not just the location between the West End and Soho that impresses, but above all the team – from check-in through to my stay and right up to departure. The welcome was warm and helpful, and the room not only had everything I needed but much more than I had expected. There was fruit, a working coffee machine with capsules, mineral water and more. And there was also a well-stocked minibar available if needed. The spacious bathroom was just as pleasant. Everything was also very clean, and the housekeeping staff were very attentive. There is nothing I could mention.
