- Lap Tak (10/5): - The Nikko Premium Twins room is spacious and with great view of Shinsaibashi. The temperature of the room can be adjusted. The floor is quiet and privacy is ensured. The location is convenient, with a lift going down to exit 8 of the metro station. Breakfast is good with many choices.

- Jose Fernando (4/5): - The bathroom was smelly, probably due to humidity and the age of the facilities. The rooms need to be renovated now. The bathroom door was old and dirty. It is impossible to sell a room like this, it was very deceiving. The closet was dark, no light inside means no way to see what to choose to wear. The room was very tight, there was no space for opening the carry-ons, why would Nikko Hotel do this??? Far from comfortable, this was unacceptable. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel seemed busy every day we were there, but the staff does a great job at moving lines for check-in and help quickly. Very close to the train station (across the street) and walkable to some of the main attractions in Osaka, including Dotonbori. There are premium shops nearby, including a mall across the street. The hotel room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We traveled with our nine year old son and they even included a robe for him, which was a nice touch. If you are traveling to Osaka, Hotel Nikko is one of the best options out there. We really enjoyed our short stay in Osaka in part because of our great experience at Hotel Nikko.

The restaurants upstairs are pricey but there are more reasonably priced options in the basement and through the subway stations. Spacious rooms and the staff are all friendly and helpful. Fantastic location with literally walking distance to the shopping malls, shops and restaurants, and conveniently connected to subway downstairs. Hotel staff were amazing - friendly, polite and professional and actively engaged in providing top level services. Only downside was the road noise during the night because the hotel was right next to the main road. Highly recommended. We will definitely stay here again next time.

The view and location was amazing just walking distance from the mall, many shops and great restaurants/bars. The staff was very friendly and seemed like all of them spoke English. They also had the Yamato traveling service right by the lobby so I was able to ship my luggage to Kyoto before leaving Osaka. The subway entrance was conveniently on the basement of the hotel so that was nice

It's about 10 mins walk to Dotonburi, which is an ultimately short walk once you get distracted with all the shops in Shinsaibashi-suji. It's 4 stops by train to Umeda. There's high-end shopping just across with Daimaru and lots of boutiques available all around.

The room itself had other peoples hair in the bed and bathroom making me think it wasn’t cleaned. The bed felt really uncomfortable and I came during summer so without being able to control a/c you can’t sleep at all in this place. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you’re paying extra for staying in the luxury rooms.

- Kimberly (10/5): - This hotel is very conveniently located right by the train station as well as across from Parco (department store). There is also a Family Mart right around the corner if you need to do any convenience store runs. Room is a little small (Which I expected, so not complaining) but very clean and nice. The free amenities provided were also very nice- I particularly liked the shampoo. I did not try them, but there were even free skincare samples provided in the bathroom. We tried some of the onsite dining as well (The Teppanyaki place and Japanese Restaurant Benkay) and although they were a bit pricey, they were well worth it! Amazing food with beautiful presentation! If we visit Osaka again, we definitely want to come back to Hotel Nikko just to eat the food! The only complaint I have is that the walls seem a little thin, and we could often hear the room next to us when they spoke loudly. However, this did not greatly impact our stay, so it was okay. Thank you so much for great service and we hope to return in the future!

Rooms are on the small side with very little space for suitcases etc. There are no drawers, there’s a small wardrobe. Bathroom is lovely and modern with a wet room including a bath and shower. We didn’t eat in any of the restaurants but we did use the bar. Lovely space with great drinks and service. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Osaka

- Erika (8/5): - This hotel is in very close proximity to Dotombori and various shopping choices, as well as train entry just below the hotel. There is also a great 7-11 down the street. The staff is amazing, helpful, and kind. We had a neighbor that was being very loud all through the night. We asked for help and the staff handled it very promptly. The only downside we could find is that the beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Be ready for a very stiff mattress. Otherwise, we had a very pleasant stay.
